Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist natürlich genial - wir schauten direkt auf den Dom. Von außen sieht das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus, von innen alles einwandfrei...

This was a nice hotel, however it was expensive. For a hotel this nice & expensive, I did not feel like the toilet should be stopped up for three days without attention despite my requests. Also tissue was out for two days without attention.

Family stayed for 4 nights in 2 standard rooms on visit for Mother's birthday. Both rooms were on one side of hotel and were very comfortable with views of Christmas trees etc. Hotel is in a fantastic location - as you exit reception you walked straight into the large Christmas Market in front of the cathedral. City was very festive and has great shopping. We […] drove over from UK and my only criticism is the directions provided for the car park under the hotel - which led us astray (nb no access to front of hotel). You want 'Dom' parking on Trankgasse with the entrance opposite the Excelsior hotel. However, there is direct foot access to hotel reception. Other than that - great stay. Mehr

The DOM is really an exceptional hotel. We had a suite overlooking the famous cathedral. The location could not be better. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay...stayed for business for a few nights, and it was great. Location is right next to the Dom Cathedral and train station within walking distance. Only thing...be aware of the breakfast buffet...28 euros a day! Didn't find that one out until I got the receipt from my stay. Thankfully my business picks up the tab. This was a nice hotel, situated right next to the Cathedral and train station (we travelled by train via Eurostar/Thalys). We paid a bit extra for a Cathedral view room, which meant that we looked out directly over the Cathedral and the Christmas Market. We had gone to Cologne specifically for the Christmas Markets. Some staff were helpful others were just plain terrible - weird mixed bag Room vary widely so double check what your room may face / brick wall vs courtyard are in the same class of room

This has to be the hotel in which to stay when visiting Cologne. It is right on the Domplatz, next to the cathedral, close to museums, restaurants and the railway station. The rooms are great and the staff are friendly and English speaking. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a great location -- very close to the main station and on the grounds of the Koeln cathedral. There was no free in-room internet, but the business office was open 24/7 and easily accessible. The staff was very nice. even providing coffee and croissants for guests who had to leave before the breakfast room opened at 6:30 am. Only two things […] bothered me. I called someone in Duesseldorf thinking it was a local call. Because it was a cell phone and not a land line, the cost was 8.40 euros for only a few minutes! They also automatically put a 1 euro charge on my bill for "the children of Africa". Despite the small cost, I resented the fact that it was my responsibility to refuse to pay. People make personal choices about the charities to support. If the hotel wants to support this cause, they should ask "would you like to donate 1 euro . . ." before printing the invoice. I felt that adding the cost to the bill first was really inappropriate. Mehr

Right opposite the Dom. Excellent hotel, excellent service. Really enjoyed my stay.

We loved this hotel. It was maybe the nicest hotel that I've ever stayed in. It was located right next to the Dom Cathedral so we not only had a beautiful view, but we also enjoyed the sound of the bells in the morning. The staff was exceptional, very professional and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Truly a fantastic […] value for the money. I would definitely stay there again. However, we booked this hotel for 4 adults and 2 children in 2 rooms. The confimation clearly states this and we paid a certain reasonable price to hotels.com when we booked it. When we arrived at the hotel, we were very surprised when they informed us that what we paid did not include the extra beds for the children. This extra fee was 30 euro per night per child which was an extra 120 euro on top of what we already paid when booking the reservation. Again, I can't say enough about the hotel itself. The disappointing part is that we had to pay more when we arrived when we clearly stated our needs when booking this. Somewhere there is a lack of communication between hotels.com and the Dom Hotel. The room we stayed in was definitely only a 3star, if not less. We felt like second class guests and were wondering if we had reserved through the hotel had we been given better rooms? Restaurant and terrace very nice . Location superbe

The Hotel is in the shadow of the Dom Cathedral & this makes it an absolutely delightful place to stay! We were there on a weekend which probably made for a particulary nice location because there was alot of activity going on in & around the hotel with a fun beer garden on the side & music both around the side & in front of the hotel. Excellent "grand-hotel" style old hotel right across from the Cathedral at a good price.

Cologne was easily accessable by air with good transport system from airport. The city had a good feel about it - good shopping, sightseeing and river trips. The Dom Hotel was ideally situated in the main square and was an easy couple of minutes walk from the rail sation. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was really comfortable, clean […] and well equipped as expected from a 'five' star hotel. Food was good and I would certainly reccommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Cologne. Great hotel, great staff, perfect location, excellent price.

Dom 호텔을 베이스캠프로 하고 가족과 함께 짧은 유럽여행을 다녀왔습니다. 2실 3박을 하였습니다. 도착한 날이 카니발이어서 흥청대는 분위기였구요 덕분에 밤에 주위를 돌아다니며 각종 분장 속에 맥주 마시며 즐기는 독일사람들 구경을 했습니다. 카니발 마지막 밤이것 같은데 역시 독일사람답게 기초적인 질서는 잘 유지되고 있었습니다. 룸은 적당한 크기로 (애들방은 더 커보였지만) 화장실이 좀 좁은 것 외에는 흠잡을 데가 없고, 인터넷 요금은 매우 비쌉니다. 아침식사 비용도 만만치 않지요. 시내 레스토랑의 저녁식사 비용과 비슷합니다. 식사는 깔끔하고 유럽 아침식사치고는 다양한 편입니다. 아침식사 포함하여 계약하지 않는한 매일 먹기에는 […] 부담이 있습니다, 저희도 하루만 호텔에서 식사했습니다. 밖에 잠깐 걸어나가면 큰 빵집에서 (유명해 보이던데) 커피와 함께 다양한 샌드위치, 프레첼 등을 먹을 수 있습니다. 훨~씬 저렴하게. 포장해서 가면 더 싸게 주는둣 했습니다. 독일사람들 특징 중 하나가 걸으면서 먹는 사람이 무지 많은 것입니다. 식당의 식비가 비싸서인지 너무 바빠서인지. 호텔 위치는 환상적입니다. 쇼핑가는 바로 앞, 유명한 돔도 바로 앞, 쾰른 중앙역도 수 분 거리, 라인강도 잠깐 걷는 거리. 연인들이 자물쇠 걸어놓아 유명한 쾰른 다리도 잠깐.... 쾰른은 철도의 중심지라 독일, 아니 유럽의 어느 지점도 연결됩니다. 저희도 매일 아침 기차를 타고 돌아다녔습니다. 출장 중 이 주변에 투숙한 일이 많았었는데 돔호텔이 인상적이어서 가족과 함께 꼭 와보고 싶었습니다. ケルン大聖堂からとても近く、 運がよけれがお部屋から 世界遺産のケルン大聖堂を 眺めることができます。 スタッフの方も親切で、 分からないことも丁寧に 教えてくださいました。 出かける時や帰って来た時に 声をかけてくれたり、 とてもフレンドリーだと思います。 ホテル内もとても豪華で 宿泊できてよかったです。 シングルルームを利用で テーブルとソファーがありましたが、 十分な広さでした。

C'est tout simplement sans faute! La chambre était luxueuse, elle donnait sur la cathédrale. Je le recommande à tous et je compte y revenir

Este Hotel que se ofrece, quizas en buena fe como un 5 estrellas, es solo de 3! Si bien su ubicación es optima, a un costado de la Catedral, no existe servicio, el baño es una miniatura y varios elementos no funcionaban, tuvimos que llamar varias veces para que hiciran reparaciones, hay que pagar el agua mineral, no exixtió comunicación con el huesped, […] aunque estuvimos cuatro noches. 全て満足でした。 大聖堂周辺で行われていたクリスマスイベントも部屋から眺望できました。 大聖堂にも近く、周辺にはレストランも豊富で立地は最高です。朝食も美味しかったです。 ただし、鉄橋と聖堂を共に眺められる風景を希望される方は川向こうのホテルに泊まられることをオススメします。

De ligging van het hotel: perfect. Je bent zo op alle plekken in het centrum. De Dom, op een steenworp afstand. Fantastisch, maar maakt zondagochtend wel veel herrie. Het personeel in het hotel was erg vriendelijk en professioneel. Ontbijt, zeer goed, maar stevig geprijsd. Heel positief op de kamer, de goede airco. TV ook erg goed (belangrijk voor de […] kinderen). Op korte afstand zit je van Der Altstad en de boulevard aan de Rijn. Beide ontzettend gezellig. De Hohenzollernbrücke vonden de kinderen echt fantastisch: al die slotjes. In het Rheinpark konden ze leuk spelen. Mehr

This Hotel is absolutely perfectly located on the Plaza of the Cathedral and steps from the rail station. Would highly recommend this Hotel for all it has to offer as well as its superior location. The food is excellent as well.

Wij zijn voor 100% tevreden !!! Al van bij het ontvangt is alles vriendelijk en vlot verlopen .Deligging van het hotel is opperbest , in volle centrum , en parking onderaan . We moesten zelfs onze valiezen niet dragen .Alles werd door hun gedaan !!Het ontbijt en het avondeten was ook van het allerbeste .Een dikke proficiat voor de organizatie .Een aanrader […] voor iedereen !! Dom Hotel er et utrolig flott og luxeriøst hotell med en opptimal service. Rommene er fine, og rengjøringen er veldig bra. Beliggenheten er opptimal, med shoppingen rett utenfor døren. Med andre ord en perfekt kombinasjon for forretningsreise og fritidsreise. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Inmejorable situación. Justo en la plaza de la catedral. En cuanto a instalaciones y servicios corresponde a un 4 estrellas bajo.

Rent, snyckt, trevlig personal och barnvänligt, nära till både nöje och mässan. Kanske inte så prisvärt till ord. pris dock

Et meget flot og klassisk hotel. Renlighed og stil i top. Personalet er venligt og imødekommende. Den fri minibar var i top og opfyldning fungerede til ug. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ligeledes i top og der var alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Hotellets beliggenhed lige ved siden af Den gamle domkirke er unik.
