I'd stay there again. The staff were very nice and were helpful.

Room was good. the people that i assume had rooms there made the experience unpleasant. women walking around looking like hookers, people going through merchandise in the parking lot, men you can mistake as being pimps based on the way they communicated with different women and people hanging outside in a hotel parking lot. cant imagine this happening […] at the 4 seasons, hyatt, etc. room wasnt bad, environment was terrible and i was visiting from another city. It is in a Less desirable part of town and people get mugged and you can pay for the room by the hour!!!

I have been staying there weekly for two years and it is just fine for a bed and the location. I own my own business, so when you're in a budget, this is a decent place with no frills.

it was terrible. The security features wouldn't work. The room had a funny smell to it. It just didn't seem clean at all. My dad and I felt so uncomfortable there due to other guests and slamming doors and loud parties in rooms down the hall. I was so scared to go to sleep that I made myself sick, and it didn't get better till we moved to a hotel across […] town. If you want a good hotel in Houston go to the Days Inn Houston on Northwestern Fwy. So much better. Mehr

These gentlemen were very unprofessional, arrogant and rude. They did not make you feel welcomed nor were they accommodating when asking a simple question concerning parking or directions.

Their complimentary breakfast was not good at all AND you can't take any of it to your room. I was on my way with 3 mini muffins and some coffee and was stopped by the front desk breakfast police and told i had to have it in the lounge area...lame

It's right next to the asian community on Bellaire! Awesome food and places there. The rate is great for short term stay like mine, while the room condition is good. They tried to make you feel comfortable and all. A bit of noise from outside, especially when the trash truck comes by. The entrance into the hotel is right after the intersection, you […] might have some trouble getting if you do a U-turn from southbound of hwy-59. Receptionist and maid in this hotel don't have a service mind. It is like they don't want to work at all. All ice machines are broke, they don't even know. Also, they keep saying that there is another one on the second floor. Yeah, the second floor is broken too!!! Moreover, on the 24th morning. My friend was using the bathroom. So, I went to use the […] bathroom in the reception area. After I finished my business, receptionist on 24th morning (don't know his name) asked me that what room are you in? Does the room have a bathroom? I said yes. He asked why don't you use in your room? I think, why receptionist ask like this? I said my friend is using a bathroom. He said why don't you wait? Darrr!!! What an excellent service from this hotel? I have one word NO MORE for this hotel... Mehr

The only problem I had was not really the motels fault. There were people cussing and a lady throwing up at 2 a.m.. Other than that it was excellent.

I stay here often for business. I own my own business so keeping cost down is important. This is definitely a no frills place, but all I need is a place to lay my head for the night. Better than a place that's 3 times the cost and washes their blankets and comforters just as often, i.e. NEVER!!!

not recomend for family. room did not have an iron called front desk they told me come pick it up in the front desk and was told to return it asap cuz other guests had to use it. Did not try the breakfast, just got a glimpse the day i checked out looked like beagels and muffins not much selection. only upside was we get a 15% off our meal at next door […] denneys when u show ur room key or mention ur staying at the hotel. Very clean... when we woke up all the breakfast was gone. it was OK though because there was a Dennys next door... :)

the location was great. It was very convenient to rhe freeway. However, the room was not real clean, the breakfast was not good at all and the faucet dripped/ran all night on the tub. I will not stay there again.

The actual location and hotel rate were excellent. I booked a King bed....but got two doubles that were not comfortable and were short-sheeted. Had to ask multiple times for microwave & coffee-maker which were listed amenities. Going between upstairs room & car was circuitous and very inconvenient. Very clean & in very good condition. Had to wait 20 […] minutes for desk clerk to return to provide toilet paper and extra towels.....both like sand paper and towels way too small even for just showering, and it took three towels to dry off from pool which was freezing cold in 80 degree weather and way too much chlorine that burned eyes. For $$ dollars a night , if all they had was a bed in the room then you should be happy... There a bed a tv and shower , for $$ dollars , you just can't beat that.. Now lets be truful your not in a five star hotel and that's cool $$ a night is a still

I could not understand workers very poor english. I had to tell them numerous times about ants in room and in the eating area. They would just make bed and take out dirty towels, they never cleaned the room and I had to ask them to do that. Glass around the pool, my daughter cut her foot. The worst hotel. Worst customer service I have seen since the Chicago trip. The maintenance manager was rude, and did not help getting rid of mosquitos, roaches. the lobby looked good, but the breakfast was rough. no eggs; juice machine was broken; I did not like staying there overall....sorry.

It's a very old motel. We booked a non smoking room, but they gave us smoking room. Then we changed the room. Still the room smelled bad. The bed was very bad. It has lot of stains. The carpet also very bad. I stayed in the hotel with my wife. We did not fell safe at all. My wife did not sleep whole night. We heard some strange noise. Please avoid this […] motel. Mehr

This is to not bash the hotel itself because it is what it is, but I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay there. It reminded me of those hotels in your own hometown that charges by the hour for street-walkers. I was scared to sleep on the bed and had to go purchase my own sheets.Some people may like this kind of discomfort, but it isn't for me.

Decent hotel, you can't expect too much for such a low price. Located next to a gas station, Denny's, 99 cent store. The staff was friendly.
