Great room will definately use them again

I was not pleased... The front desk clerk was rude and I had to go to the doctor when I arrived home for bed bugs. OMG!!! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE HYATT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Have stayed at this Hyatt Place and similar ones before. The best feature is that the facilities, quality and service are consistent, and I know what to expect. The staff is apparently well-trained and motivated and was easy and pleasing to deal with. We will stay again.

I had a relatively pleasant stay at the Hyatt. I was in town for a family event and the hotel was convenient to the airport and all the destinations I planned to get to over the weekend. The complimentary breakfast and wireless internet were nice value adds. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were modern and trending toward upscale. My […] one negative experience was with the bathroom. It hadn't been updated in a long time and showed its age. First the door opened inward to a small bathroom which made entry and exit a little difficult. The vent was loud and appeared to do very little if anything since I noticed some mold on the tile. Overall it was a nice hotel for the weekend. I wouldn't mind using it again if something is done about the bathrooms. Mehr

I am a frequent travler and this was the first request to pay reservations in full in advance..50 miles from the city bummer.

Overall, my stay was good. I was disappointed that I specifically booked double beds and it was unavailable. The employee informed me that a large group that comes to their hotel every year needed additional rooms. Therefore, my room was given to that group and I was provided a King bed in which was not convenient for my party. I thought that was rather […] unfair as if my money wasn't as good. I have booked this hotel several times and I would think twice in the future since I was treated differently. Also there were plumbing problems with the toiliet and sink. Mehr

I would stay here again if i need to come back to ATL.... Great Hospitality, Great room, .... however the location of this hotel is average. Hard to get to where you need to be, lot of curves and side streets you need to turn to to get to the highway or off the highway....

This was the first time staying in this brand hotel and I was happy with my stay. The only thing that could have made it better is the breakfast selection.

My stay there was great and I look forward to staying there again

Great Room, Great Price &Great Location. Highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel but I was going by the Hyatt name itself. The One staff member I came across when I Checked in near midnight wasn't friendly at all. The room was clean. The only problem I had with the room was the water in the shower was barely warm & took for ever to heat up.

This hotel had friendly staff!!! But were then charged an extra $100 on our bill for JUST IN CASE charges!!! WHICH we never were told about!! We then complained to the hotel manager who said this is what happens at this hotel!! I have never been charged extra in case we ordered food, movies etc and charged it to our room!!! They said it would be back […] in our bank 3-5 days later!!!!! There are so many hotels closer to the events/attractions that I would recommend visitors stay in..... Mehr

Busy place. Hard to get to, but isn't everything in Atlanta? Staff could be friendlier. Smaller bathroom that could be updated. Otherwise as expected and clean.

The morning staff was not in any hurry to help us. I was at the counter waiting for assistance for 10 minutes and both of them were playing on the guests computers. I was also very dissapointed in the "complementary" breakfast. The bread was stale, the oatmeal was disgusting and the choices were limited. I would not reccomend this hotel.

Hotel staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Room was all I expected except refrigerator that wasn't cool enough for my meds. Need some protein added to breakfast, but still an enjoyable experience.

We arrived late at night around 9:30. The line was LONNNNNG with just one staff checking in guests. 15-20 minutes later another clerk finally show up and the two was fighting over the floor (who gets to book where first) in front of me. Booked 2 Rooms but was put in different floor. Bring plenty of snack if you travel with children or have late night […] cravings. So So breakfast, no restaurant unless you drive out of the hotel, pay hightway robery price for cold sub, or you can order Chinese delivery (really!?). We've drove over 30 minutes everynight to eat something nice yet resonable (honey pig Korean BBQ in Duluth is pretty good) Called front desk the 2nd night, ring about 7 minutes and NO ONE ANSWERED. The hotel was nice, with a suite room, separate sitting area, desk, refrigerator and extra large flat screen TV. WiFi was complimentary, as was a continental breakfast which was a nice plus. Everything was outstanding except for one thing - the staff stopped replenishing breakfast items about 9:30 when breakfast ended at 10. By 10 a.m. sharp, everything […] was cleared out of the breakfast areas - down to the extra napkins. Typically, I find breakfast replenished until the ending time, so we did not get refills on juice, etc. Be aware, and have breakfast early. Other than that, outstanding. Mehr

The room was clean, roomy, love the big screen TV to watch my favorite football team, bed was very comfy. Front desk was courteous and helpful. I would stay here again the next time I am in town.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. I am very particular about the quality of hotel I will stay in and this one did not disappoint! The location was great as well. The one thing that I didn't particularly care for was the setup of the lobby. The front desk is connected to the bar/coffee station and right next to the breakfast […] area. At certain times of the day it was really hard to get a question answered by the people working because of the crowd. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again! My stay at the the Hyatt in the Perimeter District was absolutely awesome. I love to travel and I am very selective about my hotels. Each time I visit a hotel I'm always looking for something wrong. But I can precisely say I could not find anything. No spots on the sheets , no line of mold, no dirty towels, . Everything was clean, comfortable and the […] rooms were very spacious. The hotel was nicely appointed. I stayed with my daughter and grandaughter and the living area was seperate from the bedroom which afforded a bit of neccessary privacy! Will definetely stay here again.

The room was very nice other than the bathroom being a bit small. Bed was very comfortable and the hotel location made it easy to get to the places we wanted to visit in and around Atlanta. Staff was freindly and helpful. Would stay at this hotel again.

Lots of hotel rooms are clean & well kept...this one was not just that, it was stylish & sexy...black granite countertops, big screen tv, sectional sofa, wet bar w/ refrigerator...all the amenities you'd expect and rooms & decor that you could feast your eyes on...a very pleasant experience.

The only complaint that I have is that I didn't like that the hotel holds $50 per night deposit on your card and if you have a debit card it takes a long time to get your deposit debited back to your card.

I paid for 1 bed but had to get a double bed. I was not happy with that.

Hurricane Irene hit while we were staying at the Hyatt and our next vacation stop was NY City. Our flight into NY was cancelled. Fortunately, the Hyatt Place Perimeter Ctr. Hotel had free access to the internet via a computer in the lobby. Bottom line, I was able to get the right information from the computer to get a full refund from my booked NY Hotel, […] modify my car rental needs and schedule a flight out of Atlanta back to LA. I stayed another day at the Hyatt and they were most accommodating on everything. Mehr

I'm hooked on the Hyatt. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the area. Our stay was excellent, the staff was friendly, nice continental breakfast, clean room, and the lobby looked and smelled awesome. They made an error in our bedding arrangement, but it was taken care of with no problems. I would definitely return!
