zentrale Lage, sauber, super Frühstück, Hotel wirkte von der Einrichtung etwas altmodisch, aber durchaus ok.

Very nice room and very good service from a friendly staff. Higly recommendable - close to the Central Station and walking distance to city centre.

Reception staff were very helpful, breakfast was great, room was clean, great value

Very Hilton like service for me - I did not take the breakfast, nor use the internet access (€35 for both) as I thought it was expensive. No parking within Hotel premises, although next to the hotel there is a multi-storey car park, charging max €30 per day. Hotel looks like it could do with an upgrade, many things look tired and worn out, but otherwise […] clean. Very good overall though for a business hotel. Mehr

I understand the hotel will soon be renovated. It is currently very basic and needs the renovation. People are nice and service is OK.

The buffet breakfast at the Hilton in Rotterdam was awesome!!! We would definitely stay there again.

This was a very good hotel, 10 min walk from Rotterdam Central Station and the city Centre. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast menu was exceptional.

The Hilton isn't the top-drawer glamorous destination that it once was, and the Rotterdam Hilton has got a slightly faded 1970s feel to it, but in every other respect it was a delight. This particular Hilton property does not measure up to the standards one would expect of this well-known international chain in terms of the quality of the rooms. There appeared to have been no upgrades to the room fixtures, fittings, etc. in the past 20 years - save the bathroom. The wallpaper, the carpets and the furniture were all truly well-worn […] - "worn out" might be a more accurate term. There was a persistent "old room" odor to go with it. Perhaps this is why the room rates were so deeply discounted on Hotels.com when compared to other central-Rotterdam hotels - The Manhattan for example. To the hotel's credit, my spouse and I were very pleasantly surprised when, upon check-in, we were upgraded from a King room to a large suite overlooking the City Hall. (We have no Hilton Honors status). It is the suite I am referring to when I used the word "room" above. The rack rate for this particular suite displayed on the back of a closet door was very high. I cannot imagine anyone would pay that sum of money given the physical condition of that suite. On last comment - unfortunately another "negative" one. "Party Central" nowadays in central Rotterdam is a cluster of indoor/outdoor cafes and clubs located just one block from the hotel in the first block of the Kruiskade (which adjoins Coolsingel). The incredible noise from intoxicated partygoers went on until sunrise during our first two nights (Friday and Saturday) denying us a good night's sleep. Had the hotel room windows been upgraded from single to double-glazed, we probably would not have heard the all-night ruckus. High marks go to all of the hotel staff members who served us: Grade 5. There is no way I can recommend this property to others - even when the deeply-discounted King room rate and a significant upgrade are taken into account. How Hilton executives can tolerate such a shabby property totally mystifies me. Sadly, I believe it is fair to say that this property disgraces the Hilton brand. Mehr

Excellent location for all the amenities in need in a city. A highly recommended place for travellers to Rotterdam. A good spread of items for breakfast too.

The hotel is acceptable despite of its apparent age. It is only minutes of walking away from shopping and restaurants and hence very convenient. The stay had been pleasant.

Good hotel but parking was not included nor was breakfast. Parking for 24 hours was 30 euro and breakfast is 25 euro per person. Room was clean and hotel staff was friendly. Good central location.

Great central location. Staff were very friendly and professional. We were upgraded to an executive room, so that was great. We forgot toothpaste and the receptionist gave us some, so that was great.

This is a crappy hotel in a crappy location. I returned home to find a big bill for the minibar which I hadn't used. Furthermore having just come from a long international journey I was woken up no less than three times by my door being unlocked. One star more like! wouldn't stay here again if they paid me

We were very happy with the locations and staff at the hotel. Although a bit dated, the staff made up for the hotel. It was very clean and well kept. Restaurants, and bar had great service and food. The breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced.

Charging $ 25, 00 p.p. for breakfast in Holland is absurd. Only for businessmen/women? We had a fine breakfast around the corner for $ 15,00 for the two of us. For us it was weird that you could not manage the airconditioning in the room. To put it off, you had to ring the front desk Another surprise was delivered by the minibar. I took one beer fron […] it, but at checking out, they charged me with two drinks. The reason was that this fridge has a sensor and indeed I once used tit to put a small pastry in it, which was detected. So, be warned! Mehr

NIce hotel with nice staff who were quite friendly and spoke good english. Although some were lacking a little area knowledge when asking where to find some things like internet. Overall a good hotel, no complaints and I would stay there again. But, it just didn't seem up to the extreme high standard one would expect of the Hilton, I guess because […] the Hilton name is still riding on it reputation from many years ago where now they are starting to get old and dated. I stayed here for the carnival weekend and though it was good. On the plus side, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was big and comfortable. Staffs were polite and attentive. On the minus side, the building is very dated and the room decor is not very modern. For this reason, I would like to think this Hilton is more like a 3star hotel. I […] expected more from a Hilton. While fixtures in the bathroom showed age, the rest of the room was well done, especially what mattered. The old minibar might have been replaced better. The view over the square was great too!

Mitt i hjärtat av staden centrum och nära till allt. Ett klassiskt Hilton med exceptionellt bra service och värdskap. Fantastisk frukost.

pluspunten: locatie = perfect, in de stad bij winkels en uitgaansgelegenheden en bioscopen handig in het kader van het filmfestival. ander pluspunt: goede bedden, schone kamers en goede service. minpunten: oude staat van de kamers (hotel wordt gerenoveerd)

Gedateerd hotel maar ze zijn aan het verbouwen dus dat is binnenkort verleden tijd. Verder erg netjes, zoals je mag verwachten. Alleen een totaal verkalkte douchekop, en een lawaaiierige airco. Heel aardig personeel.

Fint hotell til en ok pris. Hyggelig personale og fint rom. Veldig sentralt: kort vei både til fylplassen i Amsterdam (26min med hurtigtog), trikk, bane og tog rett ved. Kort vei til butikker (veldig fin handlegate, mange internasjonale kjeder + mer lokale butikker). Også kort vei til utesteder og restauranter. City life Et meget velholdt hotel der må have været det hotteste hilton i 80 érne. Super god beliggenhed lige midt i hjertet af Rotterdam. Vi ville absolut vælge dette hotel der i forhold til sin standard er yderst billigt at bo på.

A good hotel in the centrum of Rotterdam. The room was ok but would need a little renovation. The staff was happy and helpfull and the breakfest was the very good!!!

Mukavalla paikalla lähellä kaupallisia palveluita ja rautatieasemaa. Hyvä aamiainen. Huone hieman vanhan oloinen ja ikkunoista kuului liikenteen äänet melko hyvin.

Vond het jammer dat wij niet contant konden afrekenen. In vrijwel alle hotels is dit mogelijk behalve in 't Hilton.

goede en nette kamer goed ontvangst parkeerplaats om de hoek ontbijt was supper zeker een aanrader als je naar Rotterdam gaat

Nemt at finde, god skiltning lækker lækker morgenbuffet, der var alt hvad hjertet kan begære. Midt i Rotterdam, i gåafstand til det hele. billig pris af et luksus hotel at være.

I've stayed at hotels that were just as good for much lesser money. I think you pay quite a lot for the name and it's not all worth it. Especially the breakfast buffet is dissapointing. But it's a nice hotel, the room was very comfortable and the service was as good as it gets.

Correcto, pero llama la atención de que las habitaciones no tengan caja fuerte, y que el servicio wi fi sea TAN CARO.

Snel renoveren! Perfecte locatie

De locatie van het hotel is perfect, midden in het centrum. Er is geen eigen parkeergarage maar men kan gebruik maken van de garage in het aangrenzende pand. Je betaald dan wel het gewone uur/dag tarief. Ik had op zaterdagmiddag geen probleem om daar een plek te vinden. Ik ben een lichte slaper en hoewel wij op de 8e verdieping verbleven hoorde ik […] regelmatig wat stadsgeluiden, dat is natuurlijk niet zo vreemd gezien de locatie. In het hotel is het net of de tijd stil heeft gestaan sinds de 80's. Zelf boeit het me niet zo maar als je een design hotel verwacht kan je beter ergens anders gaan zoeken. Ik mag hier geen prijzen vernoemen maar het ontbijt was naar mijn mening extreem duur. Wij hebben er dan ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Wij hebben in een zeer leuk restaurant een avondmaaltijd gegeten voor de prijs van het ontbijt, dat zegt genoeg denk ik. Al met al zou ik dit hotel zeker aanraden vanwege de perfecte lokatie, concurrerende kamerprijzen en vriendelijk personeel. Tip: als je met de auto komt, vermijd dan (zeker in het weekend) de dichtgeslibte Weena. Probeer een andere route te nemen. Mehr

Receptionisten var den trevligaste personen jag mötte under hela resan. Det märks att Hilton satsar hårt på gott bemötande med sitt interna uppförandekodsprogram. Incheckningen gick på minuten och gick felfritt. Rummet var av lägre klassen gentemot vad Hilton brukar erbjuda men det var förväntat då priset var lågt. Hilton håller generellt sett alltid […] hög klass på sina hotellrum så även om detta var i den lägre rangen så är det inget dåligt. Området är väldigt centralt och det är gångavstånd till det mesta. Det finns flera parkeringsmöjligheter i närheten men tyvärr är dessa väldigt dyra. Hilton driver ingen parkeringsanläggning i egen regi utan samarbetar med de närliggande parkeringshusen. Frukostbuffén är som vanligt överdådig men sina tillbehör som lax, rom, brittisk frukost och drycker. Allt som allt skulle jag gärna återkomma till detta hotell ifall jag har vägarna förbi Rotterdam i framtiden Mehr
