Excellentes Hotel in Summerling ca 20 Minuten zum Strip. Mehrere gute Restaurants in einem etwa 1 meile entferntem Einkaufszentrum, Golfplaetze in der Naehe. Wir uebernachten hier regelmaessig nach der Ankunft in LAS VEGAS, FAhrt vom Flughafen ca. 30 Minuten. Das Hotel verfuegt ebenfalls ueber gute Restaurants, Fruehstuecksbuffet ist sehr gut, . Sehr freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotel.

Ich war für zwei Tage in Las Vegas und würde Sam's Town und Gambling Hall jederzeit empfehlen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber mit großem Flachbildschirm. Das typisch amerikanische Frühstück war mehr als reichhaltig und der Preis für den ganzen Spaß fast schon ein Witz. Man darf halt nicht den Fehler begehen, am Wochenende in Las Vegas zu bleiben! Dann kostet der Spaß ein mehrfaches und das Frühstück extra. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte sind eine vor Ort zu entrichtende Resortfee für z.B. den Shuttleservice (den brauche ich aber nicht) und extra Kosten für WLAN im Zimmer. Außerdem darf im Spielbereich geraucht werden, was ich als unerträglich empfinde. Also habe ich auf spielen verzichtet....gut für mein Reisebudget!:-) Das Hotel ist ein paar Kilometer vom Strip entfernt, aber mit Auto auch kein Problem.

Das Boulder Dam Hotel ist ein Hotel mit Geschichte im alten Stadtteil von Boulder City, das ganz eng mit der Entstehung des Hoover Damms verbunden ist. Im Gebäude ist auch ein kleines, aber sehr feines Museum zur Geschichte der Arbeiter des Hoover Damms untergebracht, für das man einen kostenlosen Gutschein erhält - unbedingt ansehen! Die Hotelzimmer liegen sämtlich sehr ruhig im 2. Stock des Hauses und sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und lässt nur wenig Wünsche offen. Lediglich, wer Wert auf einen Flachbildschirm legt, wird den vergeblich suchen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der herzliche und wirklich informative Empfang durch die Dame an der Rezeption, die sich viel Zeit für Erklärungen und Empfehlungen genommen hat. Frühstück und Mittagessen kann im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss eingenommen werden. Fürs Abendessen gibt es nette und gute Möglichkeit in der nahen Umgebung. Insgesamt ein sehr ruhiges und empfehlenswertes Haus.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist einfach. seviert in Plastikgeschirr. 7 Tage das gleiche. Getränke OK. Trotzdem würden wir immer wieder dort übernachten. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Wurde jede Tag gereinigt.

Zimmer nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Toilette nicht sauber sowie Teppich nicht gesaugt nur nach Aufforderung. Keine Rede von schnellem Internet, erst nachdem der Techniker das Modem tauschte war überhaupt bei Extrazahlung ein Internetzugang möglich. Health und Spa Club hat unrealistische öffnungszeiten 7-19 Uhr, abends ist nichts mehr möglich und Erfmäßigung […] für Hotelgäste erst ab 16:00 Uhr. Insgesamt zu teuer Für das Frühstück wurde ein Gutschein pro Person für Starbucks vergeben, wobei hier kein Gutschein erteilt wurde sondern die Starbucksmitarbeiter sich dies bei der Rezeption rückbestätigen lassen sollten und dann vom Preis abziehen. Bei langen Schlangen am Morgen nur schwierig umsetzbar. Insgesamt unfreundlicher Service auch bei Rückfragen. Hotel ist insgesamt sehr runtergekommen und im Vergleich z.B. zum Wynn oder Venetian miserabel. Einzig die zentrale Lage am Strip ist von Vorteil. Mehr

Wenn man das Geschehen zu Fuss am Strip erleben will, ist die Lage dieses Hotels EX ORBITANT. Die Zimmer (auch im unteren Preisspektrum) sind geräumig und sauber. Lärmbelästigung...Fehlanzeige. Mit Sicherheit gibt es fern vom Strip deutlich günstigere Angebote, doch kann ich dieses Hotel für all jene empfehlen, die gerne mitten im Geschehen stehen und […] Las Vegas so erleben wollen, wie man es meiner Meinung nach erleben sollte! "Mitten in der geschehen"
Das Hotel ist ins gesamt gut nicht gerade neu aber in ordnung aber das gute an diese hotel ist das es mitten in der geschehen ist und ist über all erreichbar . das einzige was mir negativ aufgefallen ist ,habe ist fest gestellt das fast alle Türen bei zuklappen ein laute geräuch macht sogar hört man von nachbar zimmern auch . aber für diese preis mit […] diesem lage ist sehr gut. Nachdem ich vor Jahren ein Billigzimmer im Luxor gebucht hatte und total entäuscht wurde, habe ich mir dieses Mal eine Mini Suite im Harrahs geleistet. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Sofa, Safe, zwei Queen Betten und ein Standard Bad. Für einen guten Preis lohnt sich die Mini Suite. "Worth it for price and location"
Great location, and Okay room with dated furniture, but good bed and linens .. Worth it if you get it for the right price... Maids did a reasonable job only issue carpeting very dirty in hallways, room and elevator. But no smells and felt safe and quiet considering central location... Lousy food eat elsewhere

"Harrah's Las Vegas"
Had checked in around 6:00 P.M. and had to wait for nearly 3 hours for our room to be ready for a King Bed requested. No Refrigeraters so had to use a ice bucket and no liners for bucket were left and had to have these requested daily.Daily cleaning was a change of towels only and covers pulled up on bed.
"Needs Renovation"
Entire hotel is old and could use a deep renovation. Casino is small, rooms are small. Decently clean, just a little run down. Good service and good location on the strip.
"Great special - minor problem"
They had a great rate so we took advantage of it. But we asked for a king size bed. Showed up at 4pm and there were no king size beds left. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay on the strip.

The hotel was great, good location, nice rooms and good service. However, as in many hotels in Las Vegas, they will nickle and dime you for every little thing outside of the basic room. For example, if you need to access wi-fi, be prepared to pay $12 for 24 hours use. If you want to visit the fitness center (Spa), be prepared to spend $20-$25 per day. […] Vegas has just become extremely expensive over the years and the hotels are cashing in on every little service or feature you can imagine. Lastly, the slots in the casino sucked! Not once did any of the slots pay out and I was there for a full week. I went next door to the Casino Royale and hit several reasonable jackpots so do yourself a favor and take your gambling business next door. Harrah's casino simply sucked! Mehr

It's so conveniently located along the strip. For the room I've stayed for 3 nights, it's so value for money! Breakfast is Starbucks worth USD9 per pax.

"Could have been cleaner"
The room had hair all over the bathroom floor from previous guests. There was also leftover garbage left on the floor and table, and on top of the fridge. I was not to impressed with the condition of the motel on this stay. Won't be staying there again.
"Harrah's Las Vegas, I would stay again"
Staff was pleasant, rooms good but a bit noisy from the hallway but for the price it was great. We will stay here again for sure. Only issue was no coffee in the room for the morning

"great room......and that's about it"
Our room was great, very clean and very comfortable. Make sure to ask for Mardi Gras tower. That was about all that I can say good about our stay. The service overall was apalling. It seemed like everybody working there was just waiting to go home and guests were in the way of them doing so. Also, if you choose to drive, hope you don't drive a full […] size 4WD truck. I drive a stock F250 4x4 and it would not fit in the parking garage, and valet would not touch it, so we were directed to an overflow lot off property with no security and very poor lighting, to park at our own risk, and walk the back alleys to get back to the hotel. The buffet is another story. We decided to try it one evening after a very long day and neither of us had the energy to really venture out, nor could we decide what we wanted to eat, so the buffet sounded like a good idea....not so much! The food was barely edible, but at least the service was bad. The selection and choices are nowhere near most of the other buffets we have tried in Vegas, and the two waitstaff who were working our area were more interested in the ceiling than the patrons, as they would continually walk right by the tables without looking at anybody or to see if anybody needed drink refills etc. It was bad enough that it almost became humorous as we were joking with an elderly couple at the table next to us about having to throw your glass at them to get it refilled. This was the first time that I had utilized hotels.com. The site was referred to me by a friend. The feedback was very helpful. I chose Harrah's based on the excellent price. I felt the price was low due to being after the holidays and prior to Spring Break. The room was new. I travel the US and sometimes venture off the mainland. The room was very […] impressive for what I feel was pennies on the dollar. Everything had been remodeled. There was a double bed, sitting area, sunken bath separated by glass from the room. The bath was decorated with marble or a similar stone. The shower and toilet even had separate areas. I would expect a room like this to go for far more than I got it for. I try to avoid Vegas but for prices like this, I will find my way back. I have already raved to friends what kind of deal that I got and the quality of the room. Mehr
"Much better than inticipated"
I was skeptical at first because it is an older Hotel. But I could not beat the price and location. When I arrived I joked with the desk clerk that I was in the Penthouse. When she laughed I asked, "It is probably the worst room in the house right?" She laughed again and upgraded me to a mini suite for no charge. This room was awesome! "Great Upgrade"
We stayed here twice and were upgraded both times. The first time we were upgraded to a mini suite because they had no reg king size beds left. The room was clean and decent but not wow beautiful. The second time we were upgraded to an executive deluxe suite. It was BEAUTIFUL!! Nice clean great decor. Loved the Jacuzzi and master bathroom/vanity area. […] We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Have stayed here before. I love the fact that it is center strip. We stayed in the Mardi Gras Tower this time, which was close to the Carnival Court. We could hear the music from our room. Next time we will ask for a room away from it. Our air conditioner wasn't working but maintenance was there within 15 minutes to fix it. The staff is very friendly […] and helpful. Mehr

"Old looking, but brillliant location"
The hotel is generally old. The checking-in was quite a long wait, however it seems that it's standard procedure for security. The location is awesome though, right in the middle of the strip, which is quite important in vegas, to be able to see the sights conveniently. "Great hotel, great location, excellent value"
We just came back from our first visit to Las Vegas where we stayed at Harrah's. We were very pleased with our room which was in the Mardi Gras tower on the 14th floor. It was clean, comfy and spacious. The service at the hotel was great and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was included in our deal, we got a 9 dollar voucher per person for Starbucks. […] Towards the end of our stay we were fed up with bagels and decided to try the breakfast buffet at the hotel. It was lovely but a bit pricey. The best thing about Harrah's is probably the location. It is within walking distance of most hotels and the forum shops are located right across the street. We would definitely stay here again. Mehr
"Great except buffet"
Everything was just fine except the buffet food was taste was fair to lousy. Deserts and salad was pretty good but everything else was not good at all. A good hotel should serve better buffet considering the the price they charge. One of the other restaurants in the hotel might be a better bet. (no gambling pun intended)
"Good Value for location and quality"
We like the location and have stayed before. Flight got in late and so all that was available was a handicap room. It was either that or move the next day, we took handicap room, so no complaints. Rooms are in good shape. Didn't see any real problems or issues for prices. Good value. Husband likes the poker room and we enjoy the piano bar and carnaval […] bar which is outdoors. Didn't eat at this casino on this trip so no opinions on food or buffets. Mehr

It was a good location and free parking not too far away. It is an older place , but seemed okay. No coffee service in room, that was disappointing, but understand that is becoming standard!

Upon arrival; I checked in and was given a minisuite. I enjoyed the comfortable & spacious room and wished I'd had time to enjoy it more.
