Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, leider wurde bei unseren 2 Übernachtungen nach der ersten Nacht wohl vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, ok gibt schlimmeres, man kann ja die Handtücher auch 2x benutzen und da man in Vegas eh erst spät zurück ins Zimmer kommt, gehts halt mal in ein ungemachtes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wird zur Zeit umgebaut, wir haben davon aber nichts mitbekommen, das Zimmer war schön ruhig. Da man direkt in der Freemont Street wohnt, kann man, sofern man nicht auf den Vegas Strip möchte, sein Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein paar Drinks mehr zu sich nehmen. Die Freemont Street hat sich noch ein wenig den ursprünglichen Charme und Charakter von Vegas erhalten, es gibt hier sogar noch einige Casinos, wo man noch mit Münzen in den Slotmachines spielen kann. Wer mehr als nur 1-2 Nächte in Vegas verbringt, sollte sich diesen Teil der Stadt unbedingt auch mal anschauen, es lohnt sich. Wir würden beim nächsten Vegas Aufenthalt in diesem Hote auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten

DAs Hotel hatte Top-Zimmer und kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir waren unter der Woche dort. An den Wochenenden geht hier die Post ab. Die Swimming-Pools waren auch spitze, nur die Musik war uns persönlich zu laut. Auch im Casino und in der Lobby war es zu stark heruntergekühlt und einfach laut.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Hotel wurde vollständig renoviert; alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal; wir hatten auch das Frühstück gebucht, gute Auswahl und ausreichend, leider muss man auch als Hotelgast nach 8:30 Uhr auf einen freien Tisch etwas warten; bis zum Strip sind es nur ein paar Autominuten; wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

"Center of it all"
Harrah's hotel is walking distance to most eateries and right on the Vegas Strip and walking distances to other attractions. We Stayed in the Mardi Gras Tower, which our balcony faced out to the pool area and MardiGras outdoor bar. They have cover bands playing in the afternoon until about 2:30 a.m. The rooms were cleaned daily. The mornings we slept […] in we called for room service and by the time we returned it was cleaned. Pool was clean. Pool area is full service for food and beverages. We ate at the Toby Keith Restaurant & Bar inside the Harrah's Hotel and it was great. I heard their food can also be ordered at poolside. Make sure to get a total rewards card to receive points and discounts. Mehr
"Great front desk staff"
The front desk staff was wonderfull. I believe the girl's name was Aurora? She was really friendly and made the process easy. The room was clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was that this is a noisey location - but that is not a slight against the hotel - just a heads up for those who want a more quiet night.
"Clean and convenient"
A decent hotel in the middle of The Strip, close to many things. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but lacking many amenities found in cheaper hotels elsewhere. Television had very few channels, no doubt they want you downstairs spending money.
"Don't expect great or even good service"
All of my issues were with the front desk/check in. We arrived in Vegas kinda early (11 am) - so we wanted to see if we can check in then. We had to wait 40 minutes (no exaggeration) in line to get to the check in counter. When we got there, it was obvious the lady who helped us could care less about customer service. She was impatient, indifferent […] and in no hurry to expedite our check in so she could get to the 15 others in line. She barely made eye contact with us. Anyhoo - she tell us it's $25 to check in before 3 pm. Like - can't they put a sign up so we can know about stuff like this BEFORE we wait in a long line?? I literally waited for nothing because we didn't want to pay the extra $25. She at least assigned us our rooms, then told us to pick up our keys later from the Information Counter. Later when I went to the information counter, no one was there. When I flagged a lady from the check in area to ask for help, she gave me major attitude, then began helping OTHER people that had gathered around the counter area. When I pointed out a couple people later that I was there before everyone else, she rolled her eyes, told the random people that she couldn't help them, and reluctantly began helping me. Needless to say, it was a very frustrating and exasperating experience. Otherwise, my room was very clean and the bedding was modern. Mehr
"Non-smoking room"
We had a non-smoking room. The room was fine but we found that cigarette smoke from the downstairs casino area made it's way up the elevators, into the hallways and our room. The air condition temp was good but again smelt of cigarette smoke.
"it was just ok."
The room was much smaller than I had anticipated. Very small accomidations for a group of 4 sharing one room. The AC didn't keep the room very cool either.

"Awesome!"
Great hotel! Great location right at the strip, Starbucks 24/7 great workers, I forgot my room key I was to tired to go down stairs I call front desk and in 5 minutes someone came and open the room. First night got in late rooms full gave us a suite (beautiful) as a NYC girl I love it no complaints :)))) Will go ack at Harrahs soon :)
"Great middle of the strip hotel!"
This hotel was great and located in the middle of the strip. Rooms were clean and nice size. Plenty of choices of eating places. We ate at Toby Keith's I love this Bar & Grill and KGB (Kerry Simon's Gourmet Burgers). Burger lovers this is your place!! We stayed in April so the pool hours were only from 8-5. But it was a little chilly so we didn't want […] to swim. The only problem we had was when we went to check in to one of our rooms, it wasn't available. It was a smoking room. But as soon as we got to the other room to wait, they called and said that the smoking room was ready. Check out was a breeze. It was great that there wasn't a "resort fee" charge like the other hotels. I would certainly stay here for the price, location and cleaniness of the hotel. Mehr
"Nice place to stay on the strip"
My husband and I arrived 45 minutes after check-in. We were told that our room wasn't ready but if we wanted to upgrade at a small additional cost, a room could be immediately available. We were tired after a long drive so we chose this option. The room was nicely decorated, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the remote […] control for the television didn't work and the the electrical outlet in the bathroom was out of order. The staff throughout the hotel however were amazing. Room service delivered our meal quickly and hot. It was great to be right on the strip and we felt like kids again. We have to return on business in a few weeks and may stay there again. Mehr

"Harrah's, a nice little niche and a Great Stay"
When we arrived the registration line was very long, so I set my luggage down expecting to be there awhile. but I had to pick it right back up as the line just continued to move. Very fast and efficient! Though quite efficient, the front-desk personnel were all smiles and friendliness. I also appreciated the proximity of the front desk to self-parking […] garage. Also, that we could enter it from a back street, and not have to deal with driving on the strip for to enter and exit. We had put in a special request for a quiet room, and I re-iterated this when we arrived. Though we booked a standard room, we were shocked when we opened our door to a two room suite w/a stupendous view! No extra charge, no fuss, just a quiet upgrade gift to a customer. The size itself of the casino is nice, not as gigantic as most of the newer properties, so it seemed a more personable, less commercial and glitzy type of place. I walked out the doors and got plenty of that, so inside it was really nice not to need a road map to the elevators and not to have to cart my luggage across an entire casino. I must also note that piano bar is a blast! Fun-filled neighborhood type bar atmosphere. The only disappointments (and very slight at that) were that there is no jacuzzi in the pool area, and the breakfast buffet was mediocre. All in all though, I wish I'd booked an extra night or two, and am looking forward to going again! Mehr
"Harrahs Vegas"
First impressions were good. However the room was a bit dirty. One bed had a stain of some sort on one of the sheets. The shower curtain also had some mildew by the looks of it. 2 of 4 glasses in the room were dirty. One looked like it hadn't been cleaned, another had a long red hair dried on it. Pillows were pretty horrible, feather quills kept poking […] thru them and stabbing me during the night, ended up wrapping 2 towels around them and putting the pillow cover over the ensemble. "Ok"
No resort fee. Oh well, that is good until they tag on something else. If you need a flat screen tv, that will be $16, why on earth are they still using the big old crt TV. No hot tub (whirlpool), if you need to use it, that will be $10 per person. The room is decent, and clean. Nothing special,

"Comfortable and great location"
Great location right on the strip. Free parking and comfortable, clean room with a great view of the strip. Friendly staff. Know that check-in is a little late at 4pm.

"Horrible"
We waited over an hour to check in on a week day. Then once we got up to our room the key wouldn't work. So back down we go. Get new keys and it took several attempts to get them to work. The room smelled and was grimey. The walls were so paper thin that when the room next to us had the phone start ringing at 3:30am we could hear her conversations clear […] as day. We had booked the room for two nights but decided not to stay the second night. When we were checking out and explaining the issue they were rude and didn't even try to get us to stay or make it right. I will never go back there!!!! Mehr

no fridge or microwave in rooms, really over priced no extras just a bed regular t.v. for vegas i really expected more luxury or perks for the stay. all food every thing very expensive. would not stay or go back . the staff very rude and unable to answer your questions!

"Harrah's hotel and casino"
Not only were we able to check in early without a fee we got a free upgrade to an amazing 1 bedroom Suite that was beautiful!!! Def staying here again great location on the strip!

It was our second times staying at Harrah's casino and we would stay at this hotel again and again.The crew at hotel are great. Thanks. We like it more if The Hotel has a non-smoking casino section.

"In all fairness"
I have a complaint about the cleanliness of the bathroom, but I've written to the hotel (since no one "could" talk to me on checkout) I will give them a chance to respond. I was given the option to upgrade and I did. That room was just a standard room and had a VERY dirty and damaged bathroom fan on the wall. First thing you see entering the bathroom […] makes you feel like it's not clean at all. There was a lot of nice staff and other than that I had a nice time. Kathy Mehr

Harrahs is the cheap price and great location at the expense of a cutback on Vegas-style luxury. You just can't beat the strip location for the rate. Vegas on a budget!
"you get what you pay for"
I have never experienced such a poor customer service. Front desk does not pick up their phone or pick it up just to hang because they are always too busy. MIFI is blocked in the hotels rooms and no one can help you with it nor know why it happens. My guess is that they want you to purchase internet service from the hotel.

"Friendly staff"
We had a great time. The staff throughout (including casino staff) were first class. For the price we paid, Harrah's can't be beat.
"Harrah's Hotel - excellent location and facilities"
I was in LA for a week then travelled to Las Vegas and Harrah's for a few days before picking up a tour to Monument Valley and other National Parks. Harrah's hotel was just great, with cheaply priced but huge, clean rooms, lovely tiled bathroom floors, and gorgeous showers. It was quiet too, with only the occassional door being slammed late at night/early […] morning (why are people so inconsiderate!!) , which was not the fault of the hotel. Beautiful swimming pool and hotel location is superb, it is directly opposite the Mirage, so right in the centre of the energy that is Las Vegas. Slightly long lines for check-in, but to be expected and staff very helpful and pleasant. My only moan is that drinks were expensive - $7.50 for a bottle of import beer is a bit much when next door I was able to get Michelob for $1 a bottle. Marvellous!! Apart from that a single traveller like myself could not have asked for more and I will definitely return to Harrah's Hotel. Very highly recommended. Mehr
Harrahs was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. Location was right in the middle of the strip so we could walk to most of the casinos. I would stay there again.

The hotel is nice, location perfect the, maid Joyce was very nice, in general the hotel is ok needs new TV the ones the have are the very old tvs.Also the carpet look dirty.
"Harrah's - Great Location"
This hotel is worth it for the price and the location! We stayed at MGM for the first (3) nights, then at Harrah's. Our MGM room was bigger, but the Harrah's room was cleaner. Plus, we had to walk about a mile to get to our room in MGM, but at Harrah's, it only took 5 mins from the strip to our room! No resort fees at Harrah's...just beware that internet […] is not free, and the A/C is loud and only comes on when you are in the room! Mehr

The hotel was fine and the staff was really helpful. the rate was super cheap an the restaurants onsite were great. However, it seemed like the casino downstairs was wayyyy more smokers than any of the other hotels. However the overall experience was good. If you want to stay mid strip then Harrah's is a great option. The rooms were modern and clean. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Was really impressed, had stayed at a affilitaed hotel The Imperial Palace. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms at that hotel which is next door. So I had a concern with staying at Harrahs. But My room was very nice and the beds very comfortable.
