Das Angebot war so günstig, dass ich auf eine Enttäuschung gefasst war, umso mehr hab ich mich über das geräumige Zimmer und tolle Bad gefreut. Natürlich ist es ein Flughafenhotel, so dass man ab und an überflogen wird, aber das ist halb so wild. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben in der Neujahrszeit mit unserer zwei Kleinkinder das Hotel bewohnt und fanden es für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr geeignet. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, und einfach "alles in Ordnung". Da es in unmittelbare Nähe zur Wohngebiet unsere dort ansässige Familie liegt, werden wir uns in alle wahrscheinlichkeit dort wieder zurückfinden.

Das Hotel war ganz OK. Housekeeping nur einmal die Woche. Zielgruppe sind ganz klar Angehörige von Patienten im nahen Medical Center. Ich würde dort wieder zwei-drei mal übernachten. Die Umgebung war ein wenig laut (Eisenbahntrasse in der Nähe, Technikgebäude des Medical Center direkt hinterm Haus). Houston Zoo und Science Museum noch zu Fuß erreichbar, alles andere mit Auto.
Lage
Hilton Houston Westchase liegt in Houston (Westchase) in der Nähe von: Town and Country Village und Memorial City Mall. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: Galleria Mall und Houston Arboretum and Nature Center.

"Nice place to stay"
The Hotels.com deal is what convinced me to stay at this property. I usually stay at other hotels in the general area when I come to Houston. The room was nice, well appointed and quiet, even though it faced a major street (Westheimer). I'd stay here again.
"the safety"
It was so bad that I had to call the company in which I booked the hotel and had them find me another hotel to stay in. I felt like when I woke up the next morning my car wouldn't be there. The man and the front desk is RUDE! Don't recommend at all!

"New Years in Houston"
Very nice and helpful staff! Hotel is obviously not new, but well kept and clean. Surrounding neighborhood is okay, but did not affect our stay at the hotel. We enjoyed our New Year trip!

"Hilton West Chase"
Disappointing to say the least. Have not stayed at this Hilton in a couple of years. Really run down with limited staff and very poor attention to customers. Had to keep hunting down people to ask for service. As a Diamond Hilton Honors customer, this was not typical of a Hilton property
"Covenience location"
This was my first stay in this hotel. The hotel was under renovation during our stay, but it did not affect our stay in the hotel. The staffs were very nice and friendly. I definitely will stay in this hotel again.

The front desk staff were very professional and courteous! Fixed my problems with an online hotel booking website without hesitation! The room was in excellent condition. The only problem was a slight musty odor, but that is to be expected in larger hotels with central A/C units that do not get constant use to dry the condensation in the coils. The staff was very nice and friendly at all times. The hotel is a little outdated. The rooms were very clean. But, the pool needs to be maintained. The restrooms were a bit wore out. I loved my stay at this hotel......it was actually my second time staying and each stay was not good but PERFECT! My room was on the 8th floor and the view was just out of this world. The location is great, NO NEED TO LEAVE OFF OF WESTHEIMER RD............everything is located on that road. The mall which is also located on the same road is extremely […] big and beautiful. Easy access on and off the freeways. Wonderful view from room. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and stores. The best steak I ever ate comes from their Steak Restaurant on the main floor. I will be eating there again if I ever come back to Houston. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Randy

"Very nice, and expensive"
I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Westchase location. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. I received room service in record time and it was delicious. The only complaint I have is how expensive it is. Wifi (which I thought was included) was $12.95 per 24 hours. Breakfast, even, coffee was overpriced. Other […] than that I enjoyed my stay. "Affordable and with a four star feeling"
Location was outstanding, sorroundings were in an upclass neighboorhood with many ammenities (restaurants, galleria mall and close to museums), some restaurants are within walking distance. Staff was very professional and polite. Rooms were extremely comfortable and up to date in electronics (50" LCD flat screen TV).Will definetely stay here again!

"Really nice, but..."
This is the second year I stayed at the Hilton over the holidays. it is a great hotel and really a nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. The big disappointment this year was that the breakfast was not included. They have a great breakfast at the hotel and last year's stay included the breakfast, this year it was not included. "Overcharge"
after making resv the day b4, once I arrived to hotel I still had to wait about 25 mins for clerk to call and verify. then asked me for credit card, I gave him my debit card and he said it would hold $50.00. Later that day my bank showed it was holding $195.00. So I called hotel accounting, lady said " I see where it charged that amount but it was only […] supposed to charge 50".....that helped me in no way. now Im waiting for funds to be released back to me. my room was relaxing and clean, other than the overcharge.....hotel was great. "No private business center"
Hotel has two computers out in the lobby. You are given 10 minutes a day free use and after that it is $.69/minute. Go down the street to FedEx Office for $.20/minute.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT WHEN I STAYED HERE. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. "Recommended"
Good value and location. Easy access to Sam Houston parkway and I-10. Near enough to the Galleria area to be convenient. Multiple restruants within walking distance or short drive.
"Good hotel if you lik being charged for everything"
Hotel was very nice. Front desk was very helpful at check-in. The only complaint I had was that there wasn't free internet service or any kind of breakfast. Also, I was charged for making a local telephone call. The hotel provided bottled water in your room but if you use it, you were charged $4.00 a bottle. I decided to go buy mine at the Krogers right […] next door. It seemed like they were trying to make a buck on everything. I have stayed at other hotels that were just as nice, if not more so, and wasn't charged for the extra. I will probably not stay there again Mehr

Will definitely come back! Everyone was very nice. It was very safe leaving and coming back to the hotel. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable and clean.

"Safe and convenient Location"
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. My only negative comment is that I was somewhat lured into paying an extra 20 dollars a night for the hypo-allergenic room. I did not see a difference, other than there was a HEPA filter in the room. After the maid cleaned, it smelled like regular cleaning products, and the towels were slightly scented, indicating […] they were washed with regular detergent and/or softener. I didn't get a chance to speak with hotel manager about these concerns, but I wouldn't recommend the PURE rooms. Also, the Hilton was touting Top Chef everywhere, but we didn't even get BRAVO on our TV! Overall, though...nice hotel for the bargain price we found on hotels.com. Mehr
"Close to must-see sights"
The Hilton Houston Westchase is close to the Galleria and the Museum district. The neighborhood is very nice and there are many small shops located directly across the street, as well, as a Kroger around the corner. The hotel its self is lovely and the rooms are spacious and kept clean.
