We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Not a good site. Booked a Non Smoking room and the hotel placed me in a non smoking room but it had been smoked in several times, You could smell the smoke in the air. When i call the desk they just said we are sorry but that is the last single room we have.

Decent room - probably on the nicer end of the Best Western scale... but still a Best Western. Bfast left a lot to be desired. Probably would upgrade to Hampton Inn or similar if visiting...

I stayed one night on business and the hotel was very conveniently located off the highway and well priced. Unfortunately, the hotel is very old and my non-smoking room still smelled like smoke. The building is only 95% smoke-free according to the front desk. My bathroom sink did not drain normally and the breakfast buffet left much to be desired! There […] were at least 3 other hotels on the same street that I would have preferred to stay at over this one! Mehr

This is a very nice place to stay. Everything in and around the hotel was great. We only stayed one night but it was a nice place to stop in.

If you just looking for a place to lay your head, the hotel is not bad. However, the lock on our door was broken. Each time we left the room, we had to wait for a maintenance person to come and insert the master keycard. There were no more rooms to move us to. Full breakfast, but not in a dining area. It was in a small room off from the lobby area. […] If you arrived late, you had to stand and eat. They gave us a $30 Best Western gift card for our inconvenience to use at a later date, but I think I'm going to stay away from Best Westerns for a while. Mehr

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and from the outside and the lobby, it looks great! The bathroom in the room was is tiny and the air conditioner was extremely loud. It would rattle for 10 minutes and stop for 5 minutes at a time. We would have to turn the tv up and down the entire stay. We will NEVER stay there again.

Everything was farely nice & comfort it accomplished what I went there to accomplish, to be alone. I didn't have a microwave in my room so I had to use the one downstairs which I had to ask them to open the door each time I needed to use it. There were a variety of places to go eat or to order delivery for. The a/c was quite loud when the cooling fan […] was on. Mehr

Upon arriving day 1, the bathroom sink was clogged up, the ac leaked. needed more towels and was told they were all out.. O_o. there was only one working elevator and the vending machine was not working

me and my husband is not familar with jacksonville at all but this hotel was up the street from clubs, the Landing and 95.... this will be our go to hotel when we stay in Jacksonville

Enjoyed the hotel very much.I would stay there again. Make sure you ask for a map of the area from the from the front desk because it's like a maze finding your way across I-95 to the nearby Cracker Barrel.

i stayed here one night only so i may not be the best reviewer but i was in town for a funeral and the location was convenient because it was right off the interstate but roads to get in and out of hotel were very confusing. there was not a straight line to anywhere. Also food locations were scarce. hotel was relatively clean but the room was definitely […] worn down. AC was very loud, luckily it was a cold night. price was very good though compared to others in the area. would i stay here again? maybe if i needed a cheap place in this location. but i might also pay a little more for a more comfortable place. I stayed in this hotel for on enight while in town on business. I chose it because it was cheap and close to where I was working. The location is great, but the hotel is just ok. It needs some updating and because of that, it seemed a little dirty. It wasn't disgustingly dirty or anything, just a little unkept. The continental breakfast had a lot to […] choose from, however, the dining area was small and the food was cold. I think they expect you to microwave the food after you get it. When I checked in I told them I added a night to make it a 3 night stay. I asked them if we could stay in the room without moving for the 3 days. They said that would be fine. Well that wasn't the case. I left early for an appointment,. My wife was up most of the evening and housekeeping kept knocking on her door telling her she needed to check out. […] She spoke with the front desk and they said she needed to move. I called the front desk and they said they could not accomodate us, because our room was rented out. How can that be? The guess had not arrived yet. I confronted them on this and they finally said they would keep us in the room after over 30 minutes of saying we had to move. I got a call from the sales manager stating we would be compensated for the inconvenience. That never happened. The room was okay, but my wife and I had allergy issues and we usually don't. The breakfast was sub par. Compared to other continental breakfasts I would rate it a C-. I was amazed at how crowded this place was. I will never go back. I travel every week and I must say this hotel is at the bottom of my list for customer service. I usually write decent reviews, but this one I cannot. I feel bad for the rest of the staff that this reviews affects and had no part in my dissatisfaction. There are many other hotels next to this one. I suggest you stay somewhere else. Mehr

We stopped in Jacksonville for only one night. This hotel price was really low and comments were very positive. Great catch! I was all I expected for the night. Very comfortable & clean, great free breakfast in the morning. I definitely recommend!

good value, excellent breakfast with sausages and eggs and fruit. helpful staff and clean.

Bob and I really enjoyed our stay at the Best Wester over last weekend. The price was great for what we got, the staff were friendly and the room as clean with no smell of disenfectant (which I hate). The only drawback was the location. Without my Garmen I would have been in trouble, but I'm not good with directions anyway. Overall, we had no complaints […] and will go back to this hotel. Mehr

Personnel very courteous. Good complimentary breakfast with many choices. Everything in order and available, for instance, forks, cups, etc. An employee was present to replace anything, if necessary.

Do not use this hotel if you want a smoking room. They are already pre-booked by a client and you will not get one at check in!

Dissapointing... Everything looks so cheap. I had the worst TV ever in my room. Not comfortable...

Easy to get to right off of I-95, but kind of hard to get back onto I-95. Other than that, it was clean, comfortable, and quick!
