lovely setting, staff and very comfortable beds. Loved being on and having a nice view of Mobile. Felt very homey and the location was great. We would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone treaveling through this area. Will definitely stay there again.

No-hassle hotel close to plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. Very close proximity to I-10, but didn't have to deal with loud noise outside the hotel. Inside was quiet and comfortable. Everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Great view of Mobile Bay!

The hotel was very clean and the location was unique. It was right on the water and made for a nice view and peaceful family breakfast. Very nice not 5 star but affordable and great view of the water from the dining area. Liked the night cap service. Breakfast was very good. Room was nice but headboard needed cleaning as well.

I generally always like Hamptons, but this one was particularly good. We had a view of the bay and a balcony outside where we could drink coffee in the morning and watch the birds, etc. In the evening, it was very relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. Clean, clean, clean. Cozy beds. Many free amenities: happy hour, frig and microwave in room, hot breakfast with any type of food you may want (even a to go box). Room had flat screen TV. Excellent and friendly service, especially the lady helping with breakfast.

Hampton Inn is usually pet friendly which is why we chose them. Never have I had a pet fee charged which again has always been a bonus. There was no notice that once I arrived I would be informed of a pet fee of $50. I don't mind paying the fee but they need to make you aware of this prior to arrival. So we had to pay for them to be pet friendly.

It was a very busy weekend. We were pleased to check in a bit early. Breakfasts were very good, staff attentive. Had to park some distance from the lobby, as little is close by. This Hampton Inn location was perfect for our stay in the Mobile Bay area. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. The linens and bath towels were excellent. The room was a bit small to accommodate 2 queen size beds, but we did not spend too much time in the room other than sleeping and dressing. We recently took a road trip from Texas to Florida, and we stayed at this hotel on the way out and the way back. This was the best place we stayed on the road. Both times, the room was clean and comfortable, everything went smoothly, and the staff was cordial and friendly. There were absolutely no problems. The selection was varied, even to having enough choices that someone who has to watch their cholesterol (that would be me) could have a good breakfast. They even had turkey sausage! We thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Hampton Daphne/Mobile Bay. Tle location was perfect; on the bay, in a quiet area, yet within minutes of downtown Mobile. The service was friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Great breakfast and they threw in a little snack in the afternoon. Overall outstanding stay.

I was very happy with the room. It was beyond nice--one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was great, helping with info and directions to places we wanted to see. My only complaint is that I confirmed my reservation with price on line and then when I got there the second night was a higher rate. I thought that was very wrong. The main thing about this hotel is the customer service. They are outstanding. They also have many services you expect from a more expensive hotel with more stars - like a managers reception every evening, a great view of the bay, and right off the interstate. They give you real eggs, lots of fruit, good meats - it's a genuine meal. We had a bay side room and the view was beautiful. The room was very clean. We enjoyed the afternoon social time with the free wine, beer, and light snacks as well as the breakfast buffet in the morning. A great place to stay if you are in the Mobile/Daphne area.

Upon arrival, the front desk hostess was very friendly and nice. Our room was ready early so we got to check in. We found our room very clean and cool.
