My second stay at the Hampton Inn still proves that this hotel has a friendly, courteous staff with ammenities that a casual traveler looks for when away. Free wi-fi, spacious parking, hot breakfast, clean rooms. It truly is a nice stay for it's price and I would gladly book a stay here again!

The staff were exemplary! The assistance GM recommended use of rose petals in the room for our wedding night (admitting housekeeping didn't like that, but she said go with it nonetheless). Great time!

For the most part OK, but . . bathroom fan clattered and was noisy, view out of window was . . a solid wall. I requested a QUIET room (I had been driving for four hours) and was assured ALL ROOMS were quiet. But = I could hear guy in next room brushing his teeth and releaving himself in the bathroom. Not the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at but still nice in its own right. Very convenient for restaurants and Target, Walmart etc. Very clean room, nice staff and neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so it isn't pristine when you first walk in. However, our room was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the staff was terrific.

Location was close to our family in Pickerington. Room was very clean & newly renovated. Lobby is under renovation still. Hot breakfast was nice but they need a new toaster. Only 1 side of it worked. Would prefer not to have the coffee pot in the bathroom & a window that you could open a crack for fresh air.

This hotel was perfect for our visit. We only stayed one night but it was in a great area with places to eat within walking distance. We loved our room and the jacuzzi tub. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very nice, clean, and seemed recently updated. I always notice the shower/tub. There was no mildew on the curtain or the tub edges. Very comfortable room.

Hotel just remodeled so still a bit of a mess, however the rooms were great and staff was wonderful. Very nice hotel, would recommend anytime!

I was disappointed by this hotel, especially being a Hilton property. Our room was smelly, like dirty socks or an athletic bag and the hotel pool was dirty and so cloudy, you couldn't see the bottom. We had wished we'd stayed elsewhere.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable but they are doing renovations and we could not use the door closest to our room. also the breakfast room was overcrowded and kids were just sitting at tables and not eating and no one else could get in

They were in the process of remodeling some of the rooms when I stayed. The room we stayed in had very nice high end details and was very clean.

The room was well laid out. The desk was on casters so it could be rolled around the room. There was also a padded laptop desk which was a nice addition. However, both had a sticky substance still on them. :P The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was at the end of the hall and very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, but the sink had a large crack in it, though it didn't seem to leak. I love this hotel, I really like the lady name Sherri who does the breakfast, she's really really nice. My husband and I both commented on how attentive she is with everyone especially the elderly people, I'll always come back to this location just because of the service that I've seen her give

I booked the Hampton Inn on line two nights before my party arrived. The staff at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was beyond clean and cheerful. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were "thick and soft". Our king-sized bed was roomy and agan, spotless. We ate breakfast in the lobby and it was everything that we were told it […] would be - plenty of hot food, fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks and all types of toasts/rolls, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who reads this review!!!!!!! Everything was great as far as all amenities, staff was more then extending and gratious. The only issues we had were: The shower rod was curved and the shower curtain was a standard length and did not want to stay in the tub, hence water on the floor while showering There was no dresser in the room to put clothes, this can be an inconvenience if staying […] for an extended period of time, we had to use the nightstands. While the breakfast was the best we have had in awhile with fresh fruit, warm eggs, bacon and potatoes, and there was an indoor pool and small workout room what I will remember is the awful smell in the room that intensified each time the loud air condi6tioner turned on.

The entire staff was very nice and helpful. Our third floor room's roof leaked during a thunder storm, but we were moved to another room immediately. The pool, and hot tub were inviting, and the exercise room was used during the Stanley Cup finals. Hot fresh cookies after 5 PM was welcoming, and the the breakfast which had different foods day to day […] was well stocked and very appreciated by all. The Pickerington Hampton was fine for the money. Clean, quiet, very nice staff, easy to get to, etc. No problems at all. The Internet was free in-room. Wish the expensive hotels did the same!

I reserved 2 king sized rooms for 6 days 1 week prior to arrival. When I arrived I was only given 1 king, the other was a 2 bed room.When I asked why I was told that none were available. The bathtub drain was clogged and while taking a shower the tub filled with water (one of my biggest pet peeves!). I reported it to the hotel staff (day shift) and […] no-one ever came to look at it or fix it, The motel is an older one, you can tell its best days are now behind it. This was a nice out of town stay for me. The bed was super comfortable, the fitness room was acceptable with a nice elliptical machine and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. My only negative comment is about the tv - it was small, blurry and old tube form.
