Das gesamte Hotel inkl. Personal, Zustand der Zimmer, Sauberkeit ist wirklich super. Man wird von vorne bis hinten umsorgt. Das hat natürlich seinen Preis! Jede zusätzliche Leistung wird berechnet: nicht mal in der Lobby wird WI-Fi kostenlos angeboten, was sonst überall Standard ist, teilweise ja auch auf den Zimmern. Sogar der Indoor-Pool ist kostenpflichtig! Als […] Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen im Disneyland ist das Hotel sehr geeignet. Der Fussweg von ca. 10-15 Minuten ist durchwegs akzeptabel (vielleicht nicht, wenn man zwischendurch mal eben wieder zurück möchte!). The Hotel was not ready with the room waiting for customers, because the room was very dusty. No toilet paper and the safe box didn't had battery's.

We really enjoyed our stay and it's so close to Disneyland. We really liked that it has a food court and Starbucks! The only negative that I can think of if I had to say something... The pillows were very soft other than that we will for sure stay here again

I have been staying here for many years--the relatively recent renovation has helped it a lot--the two biggest remaining issues are 1) the air conditioning system is fairly noisy in all rooms and 2) the walls are fairly thin so noise is surprising high-- ironically the loudness of the air system will help to drown out other rooms ' noise; All in all, […] a Disney-View room here is a great value as you can watch the fireworks from a comfortable room vs struggle with the masses. Very nice and relaxing!! Love it

The hotel was a few blocks down from Disney and central to a lot of eating places. The staff was professional, courteous, and accomodating. We loved the room and hotel. We had a great trip. I will definitely stay there again.

Worth the stay

The rooms were nice, and it was very close to the Disney park. If that's why you're heading to the area then this is definitely the place to check out. It was also much cheaper to book on Hotels.com than it was to get the room rate from the hotel itself.

hotel was nicer than we expected for the price. lobby, bar, and room were all fairly new and very clean. Mix restaurant is pricey and doesn't have good options for kids, but the food court at the other end of the lobby was great for kids. We brought food from the food court into the lounge area so the adults could order drinks from the bar too. Only […] surprise was that the "disneyland shuttle" is actually a city bus that you have to buy passes for--not the complimentary hotel van or something we were expecting. The bus took 15 minutes to get to the front gate of the park, and the walk takes about the same amount of time. Mehr

Hilton didn't disappoint in terms of amenities and cleanliness. There was no Wi-Fi in the room so we enquired about it and they suggested we sign up as Hilton Honor members to get the free wifi. Disneyland and Garden Walk are within walking distance but shuttle buses are available at a fee. Walking in the morning is alright but after spending an entire […] day in the park, the shuttle bus is a welcome relief. We also went to SeaWorld in San Diego. Hotel concierge managed to book us a bus to take us there. All in all, great hotel within walking distance of the main sights in Anaheim. Mehr

Very nice hotel, but too expensive for what it offered. Great gym, but $14/ day.

It was ok. The front desk wrote down the wrong room number that caused a little problem with the guest of the room we were trying to get in, but it was sorted out. Other than that the stay was ok

I felt safe and comfortable in this hotel with my nine year old son. It was close to everything we wanted to do.

We stayed for four nights for our Disneyland vacation. We had stayed before and were disappointed to find that the entrance (leading to the Disnelyand parking lot) which is directly across the street from the convention center was closed. That would have made our walk into Disneyland and CA Adventure much shorter! We chose to walk as the shuttle only […] ran on the top of the hour and driving into the park wouldn't have saved us much time. We loved the Starbucks downstairs! The morning lines were long but they went fast. Very convenient for breakfast and an afternoon snack! We also ate at the Mexican food place in the food court, very good and convenient. The room was clean although a bigger garbage can would have been useful. The pool and kids slide looked like a lot of fun and was offered at no charge but it was too cold during our stay. We did not use the fitness center but it was very well equipped and they even offer group exercise classes. We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that would have made it better would have been more frequent shuttles into the park. Hopefully Disneyland will open the parking lot entrance that faces the convention center once it's done with construction. Once in that parking lot you can take the parking lot shuttle to the front of the park. Mehr

Really convenient hotel if you are attending an event at the convention center or going to Disneyland. Right across the street from CA Adventure and we had a great view of the nightly fireworks show. This all depends on where your room ls located in the hotel. Also, the staff was very efficient in exchanging all the bed pillows and bedding for non-feather […] hypoallergenic. Mehr

The hotel is super nice, love the Starbucks in the lobby but the line is always long, our TV had to be replaced in the middle of our stay but they credited our account $50 to use at the hotel. The parking fee is not included so that sucks and the parking structure is always full unless you get lucky like we did.

the parking is so bad. no one help, we waited for 1 1/2 hour to get out. when we get out they charge us different rate than we should pay. But so many people line up to get out, we felt bad about it!

Ive stayed on the Hilton anaheim through esster, room ok, nicely furnished and comfortable. Nice location, excelent staff, the only thing that i didnt like is that my room was adjacent to the elevator, must people find that convinient, but i found that its not nice when peoe come late from Disneyland , and one particular night i heard i very loud bang […] That scared me senseless, however, that didnt deviate much from my experience. Mix restsurant, while a bit pricey i found it was good. Mehr

The Hilton was everything we needed while visiting Disneyland. It was so comfortable...the breakfasts were amazing, and our grandson loved the pool

My 9 year old son and I had a wonderful trip and it included a stay in this hotel. We felt comfortable and safe in this hotel and surrounding area. My son enjoyed the pool when we were done with our sight seeing of Southern California.

the hotel was one of the best i have stayed in for a awhile . the staff was very helpful and polite. i would recommend this hotel for anyone that would like to go to disneyland, ca.

We were at the convention & found the line ups were long when there was room in the general dinning room. The breakfast, which should be fast was $23.00, a person. Food from the menu was good once we could get to it Suggest for future use at the conventions; make sandwiches at a reasonable price for sale in the morning, that can be picked up. Stayed here the week after Easter. The walls were paper thin. One side were teens that sounded energized by sugar (or something). The other side were women coughing. The paper thin walls and noisy neighbors didn't allow me to sleep until 2a.m. The hotel itself was nice, but if you need any sleep, stay somewhere else.

I was very disappointed considering its a four star Hilton Hotel. It's was a very far walk from the elevator to our room. When we got to our room it was old looking and very tiny. The color and hallway was old too! It's definitely need a big renovation done. And parking lot was really bad too. It's store whole bunch of stuff like a warehouse! We just spent three nights at the Hilton Anaheim, and we found that it was a terrific place to stay if you are looking for a clean, well-kept hotel, that is still close to Disneyland and reasonably priced. It was a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland, 5-10 minute Drive to the Angels Stadium (parking was $5 off of the stadium site), and less than 2-hours […] from San Diego Zoo. There are plenty of great restaurants near by, including the Cheese Cake Factory! We found the beds to be very comfortable, and the room to be updated. The bathrooms didn't have fans and could be updated a little more, but we weren't complaining! This hotel is FULL of kids, so if you are hoping to dip in the pool or hot tub, be prepared to be swarmed by children. However, there are two patio decks that have lawn chairs and tables, and void of kids. This hotel features a starbucks, and food court which is great if you are looking for something quick. And the hotel restaurant was very good! If you are planning to get in a work-out, be aware that it is $14 a day to get into the gym (which features tv's in treadmills, a spinning room, indoor pool, etc). As well, you have to pay extra for internet. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to others! Will stay again. Mehr

The hotel was nice but there was no fridge and there was a daily fee to use the wirkout room. The pool area is very small.

The breakfast sucks and I don't like paying for parking if I'm paying to stay at a hotel. I don't get that one. Also didn't have hot water in the morning.

Stayed with my family for my wife's birthday. Nice room, very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, although quite salty in the afternoon. Did not try the jacuzzi as it was too busy. The bar nearby is a nice touch. Liked how they had activities for the kids also. We had breakfast in the restaurant (Mix) which, sad to say, wasn't that great. The […] buffet was below acceptable. There was more Chinese food than there was breakfast and the staff was quite unpleasant. Too expensive for almost a "continental breakfast". Will definitely stay here again. Mehr

It was a great stay. I loved the comfort, after a long day and night at disneyland came back slept like a baby. Kind of expensive, but it's true you get what you pay for.
