Es gab ein Zimmer mit einer integrierten Küche, das Geschirr war sauber und Herd, MIcrowelle und Kühlschrank funktionierte einwandfrei! Sollten wir noch einmal nach Oregon fliegen, wird das sicher wieder unser Hotel! Wie in USA üblich, lässt die sich die Sauberkeit mit deutschem aber Standard nicht vergleichen, aber in diesem Hotel kam es schon sehr nah ran ;o) ! ! Es gibt kein Frühstück und der "Shop" ist nicht wirklich erwähnenswert. Es gibt einen Raum mit zwei PC´s die von den Gästen genutzt werden können. Freies WLAN ist auch zu haben. Die Menschen an der Rezeption waren durchweg total supernett!! In fuläufiger Umgebung ist ein tolles Diner mit dem Namen Sharies, welches rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. das haben wir leider erst auf der Rückfahrt entdeckt, empfehlenswert sind die Blueberry-Pancakes ;o)) Also, wer keinen Luxus erwartet, wird hier nicht enttäuscht.

Die war die ganze Nacht im Dauerbetrieb. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ganz ok. Das Frühstück war im Preis dabei und für amerikanische Verhältnisse ganz gut.

Paid for a very good room, then needed to take dog at last minute, got small, stained carpeted cramped room. Evening restaurant staff indifferent, bar staff rude. Will never stay again. Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel. Hotels.com got me a good price on a room with a large bed and comfortable furnishings. Everything was clean and very pretty. The cost of internet was very high and they do not offer affordable parking, which is unfortunate. The restaurants around are all relatively high end for basic dinner. You have to walk […] a ways to get to cheaper dinner places, but there are a lot of good breakfast and lunch options right by the hotel. It has a beautiful entrance. The service in the evening upon check in was very very good, but the concierge was a little rude (talking on her phone while I waited to get my bag) for many minutes. The location of the hotel is great and so convenient to everything downtown. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. The staff service was underwhelming (outside of housekeeping who was very nice and courteous). We had to get our room keys rekeyed 3 times in one day and every time we went down to the front desk there were 1-2 other people/couples […] complaining about something else with their stay. Not thrilled w/the Portland Hilton...Asked if we could upgrade from two double beds to two queen beds, was no told NO, w/out any explanation. ( I am guessing because we booked it through Hotels.com.).. Service was OK,but had to ask for more towels b/c they only gave us 2, for the 4 of us. This hotel was more expensive than any of the others we stayed […] in this week, and no continental breakfast. or anything extra was offered. the portland hilton is a very nice looking place. giant lobby, super freindly and helpfull staff. but, once entering our standard room it was found to be very small and cramped. I dont understand how you can pay the going rate for a fine hotel but, have to pay for things like internet and then be stuck in a shoe box size room.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"rooms are very small"
The staff indicated the room was wheelchair accessible but it was hard to enter and no room within the room to move about, Couldn't get the wheelchair in the bathroom. "ok for families but make sure its right for you"
I didn't realize that you would pay $22 a day for parking in the garage and if you want valet it bumps up to $30 a day. Just good to know before you book. "Not the Greatest but good location."

This was a wonderful location and quite pleasing, but the radiator made constant noise throughout the night and I did not sleep well. Also the consierge got both recommendations wrong: the restaurant she recommended did not serve the dish she said was their specialty, and the entrance to the drug store was ridiculously difficult to find...2 street entrances […] away from what she'd said. "Great experience, hardly any issues"
The Hilton in downtown Portland was completely up to our expectations. The room, building and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near food and shopping. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit one issue with parking. We paid to park at the hotel for the duration of our stay, but were told […] on our last night that the hotel parking was closed for use of a party. This caused an inconvenience, but there were other public parking garages nearby, which turned out to be half as much as parking at the hotel.
