This Hotel was great. My only complaint is that you have to pay for the Wifi. With as much as you are already paying for the room, I think free Wifi would have made my satisfaction truely complete. Otherwise it was very nice.

This was a great place to stay as I was only in town for one night on a layover. They provided me with free shuttle service to and from the airport, and I was able to earn a free breakfast via Four Square.

Great service. The staff was awesome.

the walkway to the hotel from the parking lot is poorly lit. Just about hit a lady walking in the parking lot in the dark area. Doesn't seem safe.

The hotel was being renovated so we got a very good rate. We chose it because of the indoor pool for the kids. Close to restaurants, shopping and airport. Nice grounds with tennis courts and plenty of walking paths.

The location is great, next to Grapevine Mills mall but quiet, not too near the mall traffic. Maintenance is good; visible repairs and updates since our last visit there, carpets, etc. My only gripe is we had to trudge upstairs to the gym to sign out towels for the pool then take them back and sign them in?? They used to have towels available at the […] pool and you could just wear them back to your room or drop them in a hamper by the pool. The front desk was not helpful about this but the attendant at the health club was great. I did not catch her name but she was funny, empathetic and efficient, naturally good at customer service. Front desk was otherwise efficient, professional. Neat place. We will stay there again. Mehr

We enjoyed the indoor pool and work-out facility, and also walked around the small lake area. We could walk to the mall or restaurants. Very nice.

Stabdard large hotel with lots going on. I would have been comfortable working there for the day, but only got 7 hrs there to sleep as my flight was delayed.

everything was great! top notch! the only problem was that the a/c was cranked in the lobby/halls and we were there on the 2 days in which the weather was raining and 55 deg. mind you, it had not rained or gone below 80deg in 4 months! however, the air could not be controlled manually. apparently the heat and a/c go on and off at set times during the […] year and this cannot be adjusted. our room had individual heat-a/c controls which worked great! staff was exceptional and very friendly!! We were delighted in almost every way with our stay at the Hilton Dallas Fort Worth Executive Conference Center. It was very clean and nice. All staff people we encountered were amiable and helpful. The bed was comfortable (which we are very grateful for after extensive travel in Asia!) The surrounding grounds were beautiful, even though it was in a […] key part of the city, near other hotels, a large mall, and restaurants. There were only two small "kinks" in our time there: (1) The A.C. was too cold. After giving up on the controls, we turned it off, and were still cold all night.... And we live in the North, so being too cold indoors is seldom a complaint we have. (2) They need better communication between the front desk and housekeeping. After requesting a late check-out of 1:00, housekeeping knocked on our door twice, asking if they could clean our room. Price was alittle high but that was for convenience of being close to DFW. Room smelled but was clean. When I booked the room it said breakfast was included. We only received two breakfast vouchers. Had to pay for other two. We did not use pool, etc. Had some very noisy guest next door with their frineds down the hall. Sprayed shaving cream, slammed […] doors, yelled, etc. Until 2am when I got out of bed, went next door and said I was about to call the front desk. We had to get up at 5am. Mehr

great location and great service.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. My family had a lot of fun. We were on a mini-vacation to Sea Life and Legoland @ Grapevine Mills Mall. I only have two things to suggest: 1). The shower was very slippery. The bottom of the tub needs something to prevent falling; 2). The indoor pool was too cold and the indoor hot tub was set too hot. We had […] to go to the outside pool. We've been staying here with family for years and this is still a great hotel. We love the big indoor pool, nice outdoor pool and grounds, delicious breakfasts! Always great service.

hotel was great for all services except the bell captain. I heard him talking very rudley to to guest with there belonging on a cart. They were waiting for there towncar to be pulled up. Otherwise everyone else treated my family very well and we enjoyed our stay.

The room and the hotel were absolutely superb!! I plan to recommend this facility to all my friends and family.

We came to stay for only one night because I had a one day seminar the next day so my husband took the kids swimming and had lunch there. The employees were extremely helpful and our room was very nice...we all slept so well that I almost missed the alarm clock! What a beautiful hotel! We plan to go back since it was such a short visit at the facility. […] We would like use the tennis courts next time around and let the kids have more time to swim! Mehr

I liked the close proximity to Arlington and Ft Worth. The hotel was very clean and offered amenities necessary to keep an 8 and 6 year old content for 3 days!

This hotel is nothing less than a 5 star class stay! We enjoyed every minute we were at the hotel. When asked for directions to a store, they were more than happy to assist us. The whole two nights we stayed, we felt like royalty. Even when we had already checked out, we needed directions to the Zoo and they didn't even hesitate to print the directions […] for us. We were in DFW for a convention at the Gaylord Texan but they were sold out so we stayed here. What a disappointment. The Gaylord is a fabulous hotel with many amenities on site. The Hilton is run down and way over-priced, costing as much if not more than the Gaylord.

Its right across the street from Bass Pro Shops which I really liked. Also a very good steak house, Texas Land and Cattle, is half a block away. The only thing I found disappointing is the lack of a full breakfast with your stay. That comes at an extra price. The beds were very comfortable also.

I wish I could've stayed a couple more nights in this comfy bed!! My stay was short but very enjoyable. Nice room with nice view...all was very nice!!

Front door and Check In staff very friendly and efficient, self parking available at no charge a short walk from the front door. During my three night stay temperatures over 100 each day, air conditioning in room performed well keeping room nice and cool. Rooms are quiet with little outside noise. Great place with a very extensive work out facility - rare for a hotel.

Very nice hotel, Went up for the weekend and enjoyed the area and all it had to offer. Close enough to everything I planned on doing while I was there. Would stay there again.

The Hilton DFW Lakes was more hotel than I expected. All of the employees went out of there way to accommodate us. They were pleasant and friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed fantastic. I would have wished for the bathroom to be a little bigger so you didn't have to step back between the toliet & vanity to close the door. I also would have liked […] the a/c to actually cool the room. It was an older model & was very quiet - but just didn't have enough "umph". It's a non smoking hotel, and I was relegate to the patio behind the lounge. Wow ! I wish I could have stayed there all night, it was a wonderful stone laden patio w/ceiling fans & a huge fire place (not that we would use it in a Texas August). But everything was just grande! Mehr

It was a wonderful experience at the Hilton! The fitness room was great and the outdoor pool was wonderful! I was dissappointed with the price of the beverages....$10.00 for one mixed drink and $5.00 for a beer? It's ok to make a profit, that those prices are excessive and unnecessary for hotel guests!
