Breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included all you need. Bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Great flat screen TV, Micro Wave and Fridge. I visited many Hotels in DFW and that was by far the best. I can recommend it.

"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

"Worth the extra money"
We stayed only one night so we'd be close to the airport for an early morning flight - room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. When we arrived in Dallas earlier in the week we stayed at another, less expensive hotel nearby and it was horrible. "this hotel was a nice place to stay... years ago"
The room service and food were great! The bed was stiff, pillows went flat, and I didn't sleep well at all. The "blackout" curtains wouln't shut all the way, leaving a light from the hotel across the street streaming in all night, right in my eyes. The room was hot, and there was air conditioner controls on the wall that looked like they had been there […] since 1980. With a little updating, I could see giving a 4 or a 5 rating, but the most I can say for now is a 3.5. I got the hotel room for my daughter's 17th birthday so that we could have a mother/daughter getaway. When I checked in I told the woman that it was my daughter's birthday so she sent up cookies with a note wishing my daughter (by name) a happy birthday. That was extremely nice and I was very surprised. I am not used to good customer service anymore […] and this hotel pleasantly surprised me. I will definitely stay here again. The facility was excellent. My only complaint if you could call it that was that the indoor pool was not heated and the hot tub was too hot. But still an excellent hotel. Housekeeping started knocking at 9:10 on Sunday morning. We were disturbed thee times prior to 11. Hotel is nothing special, people were friendly, but there is no excuse for being rushed out of the room on a Sunday morning. "Glad to stay here"
I stayed here twice before my flight at DFW left very early the next morning after Thanksgiving and then again after Christmas... and will definitely stay here again. It's convenient to the airport and has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Food at the restaurant (or at room service, as I had it) was very good, although a bit pricey. The bed was […] very comfortable with nice linens, and the room rate was very reasonable considering how nice Hilton Hotels are. Only a couple minor things keep me from giving it 5 stars instead of 4. The phone buttons didn't work so you couldn't go directly to room service or check out. Hotel staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was slightly outdated and small. We stayed here because we were visiting the ICE exhibit at the Gaylord Texan. The Gaylord and Great Wolf Lodge are only a couple of minutes away but the Hilton was much more affordable. "Was a great surprise"
We were stuck at DFW airport on Christmas night with no luggage. I called hotels.com for a reasonable hotel with shuttle service at midnight. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. Our rate included complimentary shuttle bus from/to the airport - you just need to phone the hotel on arrival prior to proceeding to the pick-up point. "One of my favorite hotels"
This is a great hotel! Definitely lives up to the Hilton name! Staff was great! Was a busy weekend for me, but did get to take the kids to the pool, and they loved it! "Love this Hotel"
This was my second stay at this Hilton. It is an older hotel but it seems to have always been a Hilton, instead of a different hotel that they bought and tried to refurbish. I love the walking path and small lake behind the hotel. Parking is free. The food is excellent. There is a reasonably-priced breakfast buffet every day - omelets made to order, […] etc. Good coffee. "Great Location in several ways!"
The hotel was beautiful. We came in at night so we of course got the full benefit of the lit winding drive and the Christmas decorations, but beautiful non the less. The staff was always very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was very nice, not huge, but we didn't really need a huge room! The bed was really comfortable and that's […] what counts most to us! The location of this hotel is what really got us, we actually werent sure WHERE we were staying until our GPS guided us in, and we were so happy to see how much was available around it! Bass Pro across the street, Grapevine Mills right next door. The nice thing also is that even with everything so close it was still very quiet at the hotel. "Great weekend"

Honestly me and my buddy honestly thought when we walked in that we weren't worthy of being in that hotel. But the staff was so friendly and made us feel like royalty. i had never stayed in hilton and it is beautiful. i walked around the facility and loved it. i smells really great, too.........no one could tell me what it was flowers..candles? but it smells wonderful............ beds comfortable...........and the room was very nice. the only complaint i'd make (and i'm a dust free fanactic) i noticed the vent to […] the heater/air conditioner was really dusty/dirty and i don't like that .............also felt the bathroom tiles looked like they needed cleaned.
