What a wonderful experience! All the staff was cordial, warm and extremely friendly. Everyone went out of their way to make you feel welcome. All staff worked hard to make our stay memorable. Outstanding breakfast menu and service! Their commitment to us over the phone were fulfilled. Will definitely be returning for a more extended stay.

Great spot for Seattle airport stay. There were much cheaper options, also much more expensive, but this one had free parking, free internet (and free for multiple devices). The hotel room was clean and comfortable. A hot breakfast was included, and there was fresh coffee available all day. The front desk staff were very helpful to us out-of-towners and it is very close to the Seattle-Tacoma airport. Fill up with gas right across the street to take your rental car back to the airport. I was concerned about the traffic coming through the parking lot. However, my car was safe the following morning. The hotel is extremely clean. Kitchenette studios are amazing, lots of room, and comfortable.

All of the staff are SUPERB !!! I would recommend staying here as I have twice and will everytime i'm in Seattle. The rooms are more like a small apartment and are nice and clean.My only complaint would be that the couch and end tables don't go together very well as it's hard to set a glass on the end table because the ends of the couch are so high.Also […] the rooms need a little updating. Having said that the staff make up for the small things. House keeping is wonderful,Breakfest is GREAT and the ladies that prepare the breakfest do a great job.Also the front desk people are second to nobody !!! The room was well appointed and the staff were responsive, but shortly after checking in we realized there was a strong odor of mold or mildew. We opened the door for several hours and thought we had resolved the problem but at bedtime had to toss half the linens on the floor because they smelled. The hotel staff relearned the room the next day and […] put a portable air cleaner on in the room for most of the next day. Initially we thought the problem solved but by bedtime realized the room smelled again. Hotel staff offered us a change of rooms but we thought the inconvenience outweighed any improvement. Good size suite, microwave and fridge big plus for our "weekend get-a-way". A/C had loud blower but became use to it. Breakfast area was small, just off the lobby but everyone seemed to find a seat on a Sunday morning. Staff stayed ahead of demand for food, drink, and fresh fruit. We will return for our next get-a-way.

This was our first time staying at a Residence Inn, I think we are spoiled now, extremely impressed with everything about our stay, the room, service,amentities and courteous staff. The staff was very helpful in helping us get to and ride the light rail into Seattle. Our next getaway we will be staying at another Residence Inn if available.

The staff was very helpful. We checked in a couple hours early and they were able to accomodate us. Had an excellent breakfast. We forgot a couple of items in the room and they shipped them to us.

A nice property that is close to the airport and shopping. Very friendly and polite staff. We only stayed for one night, and it was well worth the price. We were at the end of a two week vacation, and bought a lot more than we probably should have. So we had a lot more luggage that had to be taken to an upstairs unit. That was the only problem for us, […] and that is not a problem with the property or staff. I would highly recommend this property if you want to be near the airport, and especially if you want to get in some last minute shopping. Just don't buy too much if you are in an upstairs unit. At first we were placed in a room close to the main road and the front desk clerk was so accommodating when we asked to move. The only negative thing about the hotel was the people above us. It appears that the floors above were not solid concrete, because we could hear the people above us talking, walking around and moving furniture around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A 7-Eleven right next door was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

No complaints - all was clean, comfortable, and staff was extremely helpul to locate our vacation desires. One question and voila- they printed directions for us! Breakfasts are hot and anything you could want.

This is an older Residence Inn.They have remodeled it.Good job. Food not that great.Wasn't any food left at 8am for breakfeast.

The location was great since it was close to the mall and loads of services. The only complaint would be that the premium bedding package is not the Marriott premium bedding. The breakfast and happy hour dinner is very nice. I used the hotel van for transportation and this met all of my travel needs.
