The hotel is fine and the restaurant is nice. Check-in was BRUTAL as I waited over 2 hours to get a room.
I do apologize that you had to wait so long for your check in. We always try our best to manage the arrival and departure patterns of all our customers ensuring that all needs are met and it is unfortunate that for this stay yours were not. We do offer the ability to store your bags and enjoy all our facilities while you wait for your room, and I trust that this was extended to you. great location on waterfront service was good bellboy was excellent building needs major upgrading... ceiling moldings missing, tub surround was very worn,etc.. coffee shop rarely open and never when I went to get a coffee. needs ambiant music in lounge bar

Location and service was very good. The rooms were very outdated for the price charged, however, I do understand there is a major makeover in the works for Spring 2012.

This was my first time at this hotel and I was very happy with everything. The staff were very friendly.They went over the top to meet a special request that I made. The hotel itself is in great shape and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

When booking in they tried to give us a double queen even though we booked a king which we spent all night rolling into the middle of.Had to go to three different floors before finding a working ice maker. Hotel rooms are looking old and need upgrading. We stay in Kelowna about once a month and this is the first hotel we had to pay for parking.

The Hotel was incredible! the location was fantastic, right in the middle of downtown Kewlona with all the cool shops and restaurants; and right on the side of the Lake! I loved being able to walk out of the hotel and be right in the park next to Lake Okanagan! there is a beautiful boardwalk and a beach that is never busy but is absolutely gorgeous! […] and of course there's the beautiful view of the mountains... spectacular location. I 100% recommend this Hotel! the food in their restaurant is wonderful, especially if you go there for breakfast and get all the fresh fruit! the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. and the service I received from the staff was friendly and very helpful. Having arrived to our room we discovered that the carpet was wet, the lamps were water stained, and the ceiling had recently had a leak. The ceiling was slowly crumbling onto the carpet. We proceeded to ask for a new room and were moved to a smaller room off the pool that allowed us the pleasure of hearing the music from the night club next door until […] the early hours of the morning. Following a morning of shots fired outside the hotel thanks to the Bacon brothers staying at the same hotel. Not sure of the quality of guests the hotels is trying to attract. Mehr
My only complaint was that the cleaning staff would sometimes want to clean the room late in the day when we had already returned to the room.

Love the Grand, the Valet service was great and friendly - thanks for the water bottles for the road, the bartender was great fun - very entertaining service. The lakeside view and walkway are incredible...used the indoor pool...hot tub needs some jets. All and all it was a good stay.
Good day I was delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay here at the resort. We certainly have a great valet service team here at the hotel and I am sure they will appreciate the comments. We did have a problem with the jacuzzi pump last week but it has already been replaced and is being enjoyed by all. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Kelowna. The children's activities at The Delta were varied and looked a lot of fun even though my daughter did not participate as we were gone every day sightseeing. At first glance the hotel is very clean and the staff professional. I would have liked to see a few things done better. The outside pool deck should be cleaner […] (my husband found pieces of glass on the pool deck just after the pool was opened one morning). It was immediately cleaned up but some pieces still remained. The garbage was full from the day before and this should be emptied every morning before the pool opens. The tile around the outside of the indoor pool (the part outside) was dirty and needed to be scrubed. The breakfast buffet was really unorganized. You had to wait in line to get to the fruit and cereal because people were placing special orders of their hot items (eggs). The poor wait staff. This could have been easily avoided if the fruit and ceral portion of the buffet was put in a different spot. The food was good. The beds were confortable and the air conditioning worked. The staff were very friendly. I didn't like housekeeping knocking on our door at 8:30am the first morning we were there asking if we wanted to have our room cleaned. Luckily we were up and half dressed. Even with the few hiccups my family would stay there again. A fridge in the room would be a nice addition. Mehr

Beautiful hotel, Beautiful location. But the quality of sound is horrible between rooms. If you get stuck on a 'party floor' like it seems we did. Every single time somebody opens the door on either side of you, you hear a large bang when it closes. So therefore if you have sombody leaving their room constantly to go to other rooms you do not get a […] good night sleep. otherwise it would have been perfect! When we complained we did get a free breakfast out of it but a full night sleep would have been more appreciated. Mehr
"Kelowna Delta Okanagan Beautiful Location"
This hotel is located in the middle of all things to do and see. Beautiful grounds and right by the lake. Had a wonderful 2 bedroom suite that patio backed onto waterfall and lake. Room service was prompt and food was good. Only downfall was condition of some of the furniture in suite. Badly in need of replacement.

$15.00 per night for parking was on the high side for parking in the parkade $15.00 per day for internet was on the outrageous side Had a hard time finding ice the first couple of days but they rectified it quickly (ice machines on most floors did not work)

Nice Hotel but I think its to pricey for what we received, Great bed but our AC did not work which I'm sure they would have fixed had I phoned but it was to late.

"Great location"
It was a wonderful hotel. The location was excellent!! The restaurant was fantastic!! The room was comfortable and clean. Pet friendly, we brought our 2 dogs!! The pool and hot tub were right on the lake and so beautiful!! Only one negative thing and that is the regular rate$$. As we got our rate threw hotel.ca it was a great deal. But talking to other […] guests and checking the hotel web site for their rates, way to expensive for what it was. So if you get a deal it's more then worth it, but not at the regular rate. Mehr
"Beautiful hotel"
We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon. Was expensive but worth it for the special experience. All parts of our stay were excellent. Very good facilities, staff were very good.
"Great location on the waterfront"
A real resort-like setting in spite of being in the city. Great access to lake and watersports, dining and nightlife. Hard not to enjoy this experience.

If you like boats and water sports then you will love the hotel. Situated next to the lake close to all the activity. The hotel was large and we did feel a little lost in the crowd. However staff were friendly and the room was great.
