Das Hotel liegt 3 Minuten von der Bahn entfernt, die alle 15 Minuten zum Ortstarif in die Innenstadt fährt. Fahrzeit 20 Minuten. Zimmer und Bad sind klein, aber für einen Städteurlaub ausreichend. Frühstück ist reichlich und im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Wir haben nur einen Nachteil erleben müssen : Durch eine Lüftungsanlage wird ständig kalte Luft ins Zimmer geblasen, und das im April bei 8 Grad Aussentemperatur. Im Bad konnte man heizen, das Zimmer blieb kalt. Zumindest im Winterhalbjahr also nur zum Übernachten empfehlenswert.

Lobby Bar – Loungebereich im Erdgeschoss neben dem Restaurant, mit einer geschwungenen Bar in der Mitte, modernen Kunstdrucken, Holzfußboden und modernen schwarzen Möbeln. Bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet.
The Atmosphere Frühstücksraum - Im großen, hellen Speisesaal am Boden eines siebenstöckigen Atriums wird (gegen Aufpreis) ein Buffetfrühstück serviert.
Der nächstgelegene Golfplatz ist 20 Kilometer vom Hotel entfernt. Der 400 Meter entfernt gelegene Park Kungsträdgården auf der Insel Norrmalm lädt in den Wintermonaten zum Schlittschuhlaufen unter freiem Himmel ein. Freunde des Fahrradsports finden in der ganzen Stadt zahlreiche Fahrradwege vor, während Jogger entlang der Kanäle auf der Insel Kungsholmen laufen können.

Dank der Lage im Zentrum von Stockholm eine der angenehmsten Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten. Dort befinden sich der Hauptbahnhof, Stockholms berühmtester Park, Kungsträdgården, und Sergels Torg (vergleichbar mit Times Square oder Piccadilly Circus). Zental gelegen, für ein 5 Stern Hotel Zimmer aber renovierungsbedürftig. Reinungung im Sanitärbereich Bad ungenügend. Schallschutzfenster - Fensterdichtungen nicht vorhanden oder kaputt - daher Strassenlärm uns Luftzug im Fensterbereich. Fenster nicht dicht. Frühstücksraum (Innenhof überdacht - kalt und zugig!

"Ideal gelegen!"
Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit allem Komfort. Positiv: -Zentrale Lage -Sky Bar -Check in/out, sehr schnell -free W-Lan -Personal Negativ : -Für meinen Geschmack doch recht kleine Standard Zimmer -Sehr alter TV Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem für einen kurztripp Empfehlen. Alles wichtige ist locker zu Fuss erreichbar!

vom radisson aus kommt man zu fuß zu fast allen sehenswürdigkeiten stockholms.die zimmer waren sehr groß und sehr sauber,nachts war es ruhig und die betten superbequem.im bad endlich mal ein fön vorhanden,das man den eigenen zuhause lassen kann(für frauen wie mich extremst gut) wir haben nur übernachtet,ohne frühstück,haben keinen roomservice genutzt […] u waren auch nicht im gym oder im schwimmbad.von daher können wir diese dinge natürl nicht bewerten aber sie sind vorhanden :-) leider gabs keinen deutschen fernsehsender,aber es gibt schlimmeres ;-) Mehr

Das Hotel ist ein 4-Sterne-Haus, wo dann das Preis-Leistungsverhalten stimmt und das sehr zentral gelegen ist. Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut, aber der Frühstücksraum war sehr voll, das Personal dort wenig serviceorientiert.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar. Vom Arlanda Express zu Fuss in 3 Minuten in wettergeschützter Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind im Verhältnis eher klein und das ganze Hotel wirkt abgenutzt. Im Moment ist ein Facelifiting im Gange. Das Management garantiert, dass von 6pm bis 9am kein Baulärm auftritt. Diese Garantie steht nur auf dem Papier. "Super Lage"
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, man ist schnell an den belibtesten Orten Stockholms... Das Hotel ist business lastig, stört jedoch nicht. Grosses Frühstückbuffet und eine super Bar im obersten Stock. Empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Hotel Radisson, Stockholm gefühlt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ideale Lage, gleich am Bahnhof, Altstadt, Shopping alles zu Fuss erreichbar.

"Very central location"
This hotel is literally just outside central station - which is great if you have children and luggage and don't want the inconvenience of trying to find your hotel in a new city. Even though it is in a busy area, we didn't hear any traffic noise or train traffic - we loved the location. It is close to lots of eating places but not the smaller more […] upmarket types of restaurants. The hotel room itself was great and i found the staff on reception very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and similar to what you find at other Radisson hotels. It wasn't busy apart from at the weekend when it seemed that every conceivable table was busy - maybe the staff could help seat you when its that busy but they seemed to be busy enough trying to make sure the food was kept topped up - and as it turned out a table became available pretty much straight away - we were there 4 days and it was only the last day it was like this - can imagine it would be pretty annoying if it was like this every day. "What you book is not what you get"
I deliberatly booked the hotel for location, since I went away with my 2 friends for a long weekend in Stockholm, since we are all grown women we wanted two Queen beds in our hotel room, so we could share one, and the 3rd person had one bed to herself. When booking via hotel.com it gave me the option for either one King Bed and one Fold out Bed or two […] Queen Beds. So naturally I took the two queen. However upon arrive at the hotel, there were no two queen beds available and the staff were very unfriendly about this topic. Further more the family room we had booked seemed a bit old. Non the less the location was good, but the staff at the hotel didnt make us feel very welcome. Mehr

Very close to the station but there are much better hotels nearby (within 200m). If you want to stay at a Radisson near the station go for the newer Radisson Waterfront instead. The room was small, dated with a significant amount of noise from the road and bridge outside. Perfect Located right next to the Arlanda Express train in the city center. Friendly Staff. Rather small but nicely equipped rooms, expensive breakfast, but all in all a very nice hotel. When you book "off peak" the price and quality matches very well.

Hotel is located no more than 1 minute walk from the main station. Lobby area is nicely decorated. Originally had an old style room which was dark and depressing. Changed this for a more updated room which had nice furniture and bathroom. The room was quiet. Very small thou. Fine if you have a small case for a weekend break but nothing bigger. Friends […] were staying on level 5 and the rooms they were in were a disgrace. Half of the floor was being refurbished and all you could smell was a sewage like smell. Excellent location right in the centre and next to the train station. Easily walkable to Gamla Stan as well as the main high street and the hotel itself is very well kept and up to date. The rooms themselves are a little compact but very comfotable. The reception staff were also very helpful all the time. A good place to stay.

the biggest positive in the hotel is the super friendly staff and excellent service. Negative was a rather "worn out" room, dirty coffee cups in the room a very crowded breakfast place. The location of the hotel is perfect and I am confident that it is a place to go to once they finished the renovation.

Friendly at the reception, but not particularly knowledgeable. They didn'r know, for example, that the transfer bus from central Stockholm to the Silja and Tallink ferries leaves from a spot less than a block from their door.
Excellent choice for a 4 day break. Central location..near train station and most of the sights. Everything you need for a restful stay. All needs taken care of by helpful and courteous staff.

We enjoyed a night at this hotel last month, having stayed there in the past. It is extremely well located, right near Central Station and the buses to the airport, so the slightly higher room rates on the other surrounding hotels are offset by not having to pay for taxis to and from the station or the airport. The hotel has all the services one would […] expect, including free wi fi and an excellent buffet breakfast. The only downside is that the hotel is rather 'tired' in its decor and fittings, eg no safe in the rooms. The check in clerk told us that it will be undergoing a refurbishment in the near future. Great convenient location to the city center and the old town. No need for use of public transport. The breakfast is to die for, amazing array of dishes. Rating 5, without a doubt!

Great location for using the Swedish rail system. Conveniently located to almost everything and a very comfortable hotel with American standards. Breakfast buffet cannot be beat! Will probably stay again next year.

This hotel is old and disorganized in how it is run. The times it takes to get serviced was very long for internatiinal standards and many of the staff uninterested and arrogant. We enjoyed our stay. So perfect if you are taking the tran in from the airport. Central station is right out the door. We walked to most sites we wanted to see and rented bikes. Loved it
