Room was clean and comfortable. Everything looked new. Staff was exceptionally helpful!

The staff is very nice and made sure that we were comfortable. Polite and helpful when I needed anything. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

While we would not stay here for a vacation or weekend visit, we came in on a late flight and just wanted a place to get to quickly and get some sleep. For the price, this place worked well.

Room was great for the price. For a minute it felt like we were living in an apartment complex with the apartments facing each other. But, compared to where I came from, this hotel is five stars. Keep up the good work La Quinta.

The Hotel is definitely good for the price. I checked in and the hotel staff were good. The room although was neatly done, was missing soaps and coffee accessories. Later found out that the hand tissue roll was finished as well. So didnt like that too much. However, the front desk was nice enough to offer me more, but I had to walk down to him (and […] its quie a walk from where my room was). The beds were neatly prepared and looked clean. The housekeeping claimed that they had prepared the room "personally", yet there were 2 swimming trunks from a previous guest that were in the drawers, which was certainly akward. The morning front staff were very nice too and the breakfast was good too. Overall a good place for the price and comfort. Will surely come back again. Hopefully after reading a few things will be corrected. The only thing that could be a cause of concern is that this facility allows pets and the housekeeping quality looking at my comments is a bit questionable and with a kid, this could be a bit disconcerting. ok and clean -but noisy heaters - cheap pillows

Nice for the price. Only issue was since it was so cold outside they shut down the ice machines so I had to walk all the way to the lobby to get ice. Not a big deal though.

It was reasonably priced and the area was quiet. The staff was very courteous and the rooms were very clean. We stayed one night mainly for a good nights rest and succeeded. I would recommend this hotel.

Close to airport, room clean, flat screen TV worked okay. Hot breakfest was the common choice of hot cereral or waffles, but I chose the yoghart, and went to Denny's(within walking distance). I hate to eat on styrofoam plates and bowls(all motels use them). I recommend the motel and would stay there again.

it was wonderful this was the first time in La Quinta I have been in Reno before but always stay in downtown, but it was close and convenient, also the contiental breakfast was delicius

Only concern was safety. I was with some friends who were in another room and I was a little concerned for them (they are girls). The room doors are open to the street. But I suppose that's what you would expect with any bargain Motel...

not a lot around there. Staff was friendly and responded to problems quickly. Had internet issue and in 5 minutes it was fixed and followed up with a phone call just to make sure it was all good. Room's were nice, but bath rooms where out dated but seemed clean. Not too comfortable with outside access on room doors either. Again great value for the […] money, but car would be recommended in order to get dinner. Breakfast was good, just not a lot of room to get around tables. Mehr

Easy to find airport location with minimal food options real close. Older, clean, 30 channels on a 42" LCD. Friendly helpful staff. I'd stay again if it suited my needs.

The room was relatively inexpensive. However, I had difficulty controlling the room's temperature to my comfort zone. The bathroom's tub/shower and toilet were quite crowded, barely adequate.

Very convenient to airport and highway. Nothing fancy but it worked well for our needs.

From the outside, the place looks a little dumpy. Room is not bad, very simple, not a lot of decorations. TV is kind of small. Bed is very comfortable though, nice pillow top, with good pillows. Breakfast is not very good... Waffles, bagels, some fruit, and toast, thats it. When you get there, or after you make your reservation, request a room that […] is NOT on the USPS side, because the trucks come all night. Other than that, its an ok place to stay for the night. Perfect Pet Area right outside the rooms with bench seats, a grassy area, and sandy perimeter. Plenty of room for a small dog to run around safely. Outside appearance of motel seem below typical LQ standard, but the rooms were large enough and clean and comfortable.

check in was one but couldn't get our room till after three otherwise great

The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and the room was spacious and clean. I would certainly stay there again. Only suggestion would be to have a computer in the lobby that is available for guests.

We needed a stopover point on the way to CA. This hotel was perfect for that: convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable cost. Though the hotel is older, everything was clean and well maintained.

We requested a non-smoking room but the room they gave us obviously had been a smoking room recently, now designated as a non-smoking room. We could smell the tobacco as soon as we opened the door. But because it was late we decided to just stay the night. The next day my hair and PJs smelled of tobacco so we immediately asked for another room. The hotel was convenient for a passing through location. The cold breakfast was sufficient for the short stay.

The motel is old around the edges but my room was very nice, good linens, up to date. Great location off 395, though airport and freeway a bit noisy (quieted down at night). Evening crew friendly and helpful in getting a taxi.

Our room was right by the post office and mail trucks were leaving all night long and kept us awake.

I had reservations [add Russian accent] about staying here after reading other reviews. Very happy with everything including a 3 am. wake up call. The front desk made arrangements for a cab to the airport. Cab was on time too. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel and location for the money. Room was very clean but lacked hand lotion in the bathroom. Morning breakfast was okay but did not have "toast" or waffels. I'm a fan of La Quinta Hotels.

I found the hotel to be adequate. The fact that they accept pets in the rooms was the primary reason I chose this hotel. It was generally clean and comfortable. There was staff on hand to remove snow from exposed walkways and stairs as it was accumulating. On the downside, there was no plowing of the lot. This resulted in 6in. of slush to walk through […] where it was sunny (the day following the storm) or trecherous, rough and/or slippery ice where it was shady. The glued down doormats at each room were appearing to do their job too well. There was excessive debris caught up in them. At my door, this resulted in much of it sticking to my cold and wet shoes and tracking into the room. Lastly, breakfast ends too early. I will likely stay here again if I am travelling with my pets, but I will stay elswhere if not. Mehr

This is a nice place to stay. Very easy to find and the staff was very friendly. Beds was comfortable and the layout was fine. there was only 2 problems that I have to address. 1) the AC/heater in the room was too loud. Convienent location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The room we chose had 2 double beds, which were a bit small, but comfortable. Nothing fancy, but easy access and accepts pets. We had a non-smoking room and there was no hint of smoke. The location would seem like it would be noisy, but our room was very quiet.

The hotel is very close to Reno airport, just 10 mins by walking. Room facilities are good. The room I booked was quite big for two person, with two beds. The only thing I'm not very satisfied is that the breakfast was a little bit simple. BTW: It's no easy to find shopping malls near Reno Airport.

Husband and I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times First time because we could "park and fly" there is a schuttle to airport ,about 3 minutes way.Staff is always friendly and helpful. Hotel is older so things look used, dings in outer doorways things like that, but is well maintained and clean. We stayed after Air Show, a very big event around […] here, grounds and rooms all in good shape and staff still cheerful! Hotel is not near downtown so car is a must if you want to go downtown, to casinos for instance. Plentiful, hot breakfast too. We'll keep coming back! Mehr

The room was comfortable and, due to the passageway between the hotel wings, the room was dark, even in the early morning. It was also very quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. I think the price was a bit too high. The building needed some upgrades in landscaping, paint, and walkways.

We stayed for just one night so we could get an early start on the Reno Balloon Races. The staff was friendly, check-in was super quick. We were fortunate enough to have a room facing the inside of the hotel, near the pool area and it was very quiet. The pool was well maintained.
