Great hotel, friendly staff and very comfortable. Very compatible to some of the better hotels I have stayed at in Australia, San Francisco and New Zealand. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Brian B Australia

This Hotel was clean, good security, breakfast was excellent! It was within 2 miles of where I was taking a training class and was convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly and responsive. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Checked in late (11:30pm) and much to my surprise my King room was not made up. Immediately returned to front desk for a different room. Only two other available rooms matched my King bed criteria, one next to the front desk (no thanks), and the smoking room down the hall. It stunk. I stayed for three days and opted out of maid service on day one. Day […] two I was in the room in the morning, out the afternoon and evening. When I returned at 11pm the room was still not clean. I was not able to negotiate a reduced rate because I booked through hotels.com. Thanks for nothing Comfort Inn. You stink, literally. Mehr

I chose this hotel because it specifically stated that there was a complimentary airport shuttle and asked for my flight arrival info. However, after waiting for 45 minutes in the cold, I discovered that I needed to call the hotel for a pickup. Not having a cell phone, I had to find the phone number which was not listed on the reservation confirmation […] that I had. Then the first shuttle in the morning departed late so that I barely made my 6:40 am flight. Mehr

Close to Dulles, $12 cab to Reston, front desk made me feel like I was vacationing at the Ritz. Great staff.

I stayed at the hotel on business. I had a conference @ Reston Town Ctr which was about 5 minutes away. Hotel was clean, quiet, and value priced compared to others in the area. Places to eat and shop are nearby. Great value. Breakfast was ok, nothing to get excited about but curbed a hungry stomach. I would recommend it.

Convenient location and adequate amenities for a short stay. Internet access was a little on the slow side for anything other than email (VPN impossible). Nothing special though.

Everything at this motel was fine except the breakfast. It was close to many fine restaurants and shops. It was just off a main foad and was easy to find. The hotel staff was very accomodating and pleasant. The only flaw was the breakfast which lacked variety and featured pretend bacon and eggs. Was clean, however everything smelled like smoke.

The room was great. It even had a fridge. And the hotel is right next door to the place I was going so it couldn't have been any more convenient.

Close, cheap, and good quality. The bed was soft, the room was clean and plenty of hot water. Close to several good places to eat and walking distance to ice cream. Not new, not fancy, but a good hotel. Would stay here again.

Room was adequate, but nothing special. Breakfast buffet was free and so was internet. My room was right next to the elevator so it was easy for me to keep tabs on anyone who came in at 3 AM after a night of drinking. Probably the least desirable aspect of my stay was the room came outfitted with a refrigerator specially designed to sound like a jet […] at nearby Dulles Airport. After about hearing the relentless moan of this poor dying appliance, I unplugged it and enjoyed peace, until the drunk parade began. For the in-and-out business traveler in the Dulles area, this is a great choice. There is free parking at the hotel, it is very conveniently located (within a few miles of the airport), has several food choices nearby, and is clean and comfortable. I checked in late at night and was greeted by a friendly and efficient desk agent. My room was ready […] and clean. The bed was actually quite comfortable. There is a free breakfast here, although I wasn't able to take advantage of it due to my schedule. It's a solid choice! Mehr

We made our reservation online. When we arrived, the hotel was just as it appeared in the photos online. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, it is near a major grocery store and many excellent eateries.

It was nice stay in the hotel....!

When I arrived at the hotel, I wanted to make sure that the wired ethernet connection worked in my room because my work laptop does not have a wireless card and there was a possibility that the weather would trap me at the hotel. Unfortunately, the connection didn't work. I went to the front desk and the gentleman there came to my room with an extra […] cable and we tried both mine and his. He got on his cell phone with the technical support and we walked through troubleshooting together. During one point when we were on hold, he suggested that he would see if there was another room on the same floor available with a working ethernet drop. He left his phone with me while on hold and went to find another room. He brought his laptop in there and verified that the wired connection worked. I ended up moving rooms and had everything I needed in working order. He went over and beyond what I was expecting for a Comfort Inn and I had good interactions with other staff as well. The hotel itself was adequate for a couple nights stay during a business trip. The breakfast was pretty much continental with a made to order waffle section. I skipped this because there were quite a few people in there and I knew the training facility provided breakfast. The workout room was small, but actually had pretty up-to-date treadmill and elliptical machines as well as a cable weight machine. My only irritant was a small one in which I couldn't quite get the right temperature in the room. It was either too hot or too cold. Mehr

One of the beds had hairs in it, it was clear that the linens hadn't been changed. The other had stains on the comforter. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us to move into another room, which worked out fine. Service was great, but I couldn't help but feel inconvenienced.

The room was fine (room 213) except that the heating equipment in the room was noisy enough that we had to turn it off that night

I know you get what you pay for, but I found this hotel very outdated and the staff disengage and to some extent rude. To top it off, my phone charger was taken (read stolen) from my room. When I spoke to someone at the front desk, all they did was tell when house cleaning was available and that I should contact them. No attempt to try and help out […] at all, just call house cleaning between 8 and 4. Not really what I would expect from someone who wants me to stay at their facility again... which I won't be doing again. Mehr

It was an "ok" hotel.. Nothing horrible but nothing great either..

We were quite pleased. We expected bare-bones accommodations, but we were impressed from the moment we walked in. The young man at the desk was pleasant, intelligent and efficient. The lobby was clean and aesthetically pleasing. We loved the art work on the walls. The beds were comfortable. Again, the rooms seemed super clean. Everything worked--TV […] and coffee pot and hair dryer. The water from the shower was just strong enough and easy to adjust. We loved the breakfast room and the Belgian waffles. We'd go back again the next time we have to go to an event in the area. Mehr

The halls were swelteringly hot. Likewise the elevator. They gave the rooms that I'd arranged to have away (adjoining rooms). They called me a liar when I told them that I'd spoken with the hotel and had the rooms reserved. I ended up having to pay several hundred more dollars to get what I needed. The manager Mike was the worst. Hung up on me twice […] when I was trying to get this resolved. I would rather sleep under a bridge than stay in this hotel again. Mehr

the hotel was ok.....Continental Breakfast was good...... ..Only complaint was the drive to get to the Metro to get into DC...... Otherwise it was fine for the price
