Residence Inn by Marriott Bellevue - Bellevue

The employees were the best and went out of there way when I called and told them that the GPS was lost. Gave me good directions and finally got to the hotel. The hotel was close to downtown Seattle and everything we wanted to see. I would stay again.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and the whole team stayed at the property. They were able to group us all together and it felt like we were in apartments, more than a hotel. The amenities were great, the breakfast was great with a different menu each day. Also if you stay during the week there are activities every night it seemed that include […] dinner! There was a little basketball court for the girls and a pool and nice sitting areas outside as well. I would definitely stay here again! Mehr

The hotel staff was so fantastic, I felt like I was staying at a 5 Star Hotel. Good Breakfast Buffet. They remember your name, check on you to be sure that you're happy. Really excellent staff, so courteous, helpful and outgoing. Highly reccomend!

Customer Service wonderful. Liked the hot breakfast - even included a miso soup dispenser (a first). Kitchen in the room was handy, accommodations were neat and clean. Ventilation was a little loud; hot tub a little cold. Easy access to highway 520. Mall and Botanical Gardens nearby Would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful home away from home! Affordable and comfortable for our family.

Please note if you have scent allergies- the hotel adds some sort of scent to the cooling of the room's air control.

Stayed in the Penthouse loft room for two nights, didn't want to leave. Everything about this hotel was above my expectations. The Staff was friendly and extreamly helpful, the service was excellent. Seperate outside entrance to each room gives the feel of a private suite, rather than a croweded hotel. The room was amazing; Calif.King bed, flat screen, […] desk, full bathroom & full closet in master bedroom all seperated by double french doors. Bed, bathroom, desk & flat screen in loft room; like a whole other hotel room upstairs. Sofa, lounger & a third flat screen in "living area" Both bathrooms are stocked with pleanty of towels, which is a must for me, but staff will gladly bring even more towels if you ask. Between the full kitchen with stainless appliances, amazing buffett style contential breakfast with everything you could ever want to eat and the list of resturaunts & menus in the room that deliver to the hotel, finding something to east during your stay is never a problem. I have stayed here before. I absolutely love this hotel room and will stay again every chance I get. Mehr

I just wanted to say thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Marriott in Bellvue wa. Everyone was so friendly and helpful..it is nice to be someplace where people actually enjoy their job..thanks again!

I normally stay with the Hilton chain and stay in Bellevue proper. They were full this time around but what a pleasant detour. The Marriott was a great location, quieter than the Hilton, and more relaxing. Definitely a touch decision of Hilton points vs. comfort/value at the Marriott.

We like the penthouse and the full kitench. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. But the hot water tank is quite small. I ended up with cold shower after my kids and husband had the showers. And the room service was slow. We asked for a blanket at 10 in the evening, the receptionist said the earliest time he could send the blanket […] was 11pm. We had to go to the gatehouse and got it ourselves. No WIFI in the rooms, but they gave us a wireless router to use for free, which is great. Overall, it's worth staying in this hotel again at this price. Mehr

Staff are friendly. Hotel is comfortably and cosy for our family of 5. Good choice of food for its Continental breakfast though we missed the Manager's reception. Breakfast room is cramped on the weekends. We'll book this hotel again next time we are there.

Very central location yet far enough away. Will not stay anywhere else in Bellevue, service and room will keep us coming back. The breakfast selection was perfect and we loved the all day Starbucks coffee , the staff even had a little gift bag for my husbands birthday. Look forward to our next stay!

Excellent Overall Breakfast/Extra Meals location were poorly organized, over crowded, and lacked tables for all customers to eat meals. Other wise it was an excellent experience.

Pros: the room- kitchen, bed, flat screen tv, updated counters in bathroom area, couch and recliner. Great coffee!!! The free breakfast- waffles!!!!!! Cons: there was a bottle outside on our porch area filled with cigarette butts-yuk. The maid must not have looked out there. The bathroom sink and tub drains in our room were sooooooo slow. Need work! […] Units very close together, so the view from all of our windows was either someone elses room or a wall. For the price, this is a great value. Mehr

We stayed for two nights and didnt want to go home, Plenty of room for 3 of us in the beautiful room, there was great service and the breakfast was awesome!

this was a great hotel and mon-thu you get a evening snack more like a meal plus breakfast was great, we had one small problem with a bit of peeling paint in one bathroom and within a few hours it was repaired . It is a great hotel and we would recommend this to all and good access to major roadways

The Residence Inn by Marriot in Bellevue. The room was nice and cozy. It was nice to have a kitchenette to hold some snacks. The bed was a little hard, and the tub was narrow. The shower head was also kind of old fashioned. The continental breakfast left should be discontinued or revamped entirely. The employees were very nice, and helpful. The housekeepers […] were respectful and ready to help as much as they could. IN addition there was a guide of restaurants that delivered to the hotel. That was wonderful. my boyfriend and I stayed here for only one night, but i wish we could have stayed longer. we were both very impressed with the room, which had a full kitchen, a newly installed flat screen tv, and a balcony. the hotel staff was nice and very informative. they gave us a great recommendation for dinner which had great seafood, a beautiful view and was […] very affordable. they even printed off a map and directions to get there. later they called the room and asked if we would be needing a cab or a shuttle to the airport the next day. also- check out time was at noon, which I don't know if that's a normal thing on the west coast but on the east coast it's always 11. it was decently easy to find since its right off the highway, it was just a little hidden away from the street it's located on. I would definately stay here again if I ever have the opportunity. Mehr

Was looking forward to a relaxing stay and it was difficult to find the hotel. Once there the noise of all the kids staying there made the experiance horrible.

If you arrive coming up NE 29th, keep your eyes open (to the left) at the top of the hill. All Residence Inn's signs face the opposite direction. It is very easy to pass it by. We reserved a penthouse suite, as there were three of us traveling together and the two bedrooms really are convenient. The front desk folks were friendly and efficient Our […] accommodation layout was as expected. In our kitchen the fridge door open backwards. If you have a longer stay, this might drive you up the wall. To put it candidly, the TV in the downstairs bedroom was temperamental. It is ancient, power guzzlers, with bad reception and have very poor channel selection. Our shower was good bu it took about 10 minutes to drain the tub, after a shower. The bathroom is fine for two days but really cramped (for two) for any extended length of time. When you see “breakfast included”, beware. The grounds were clean but the small spa across from our room was closed. Also, you need a GPS to make it through the maze of the complex. Mehr

Not being familiar with Seattle, I saw the "complimentary shuttle" listing on hotels.com and assumed they meant an airport shuttle. Waited and waited for their shuttle to appear, finally called and was informed by the desk attendant that I would need to take a cab. All this at 11pm and a woman traveling alone. I felt ill at ease getting into a cab by […] myself that late at night. It all worked out tho, and the accomodations were absolutely wonderful. The staff exceptionally courteous and friendly. Comfortable, roomy and quiet in very nice surroundings. Great breakfast buffet. Mehr

I was in a hurry when I made my reservation, and assumed the shuttle would go to the airport. It does not, so I had a cab fee of 55.00. Also the amount of the pet fee was not listed, neither was the fact that it was non-refundable.
