This hotel was very convenient to I-Drive in Orlando. The check in/check out process was fast and efficient. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had the amenities necessary to make our stay an enjoyable experience. The only problems I noticed were: the cleaning staff isn't thorough in their cleaning, because I found a dead moth UNDER one […] of the amenities at the bathroom sink (which implies to me they didn't even bother to pick up the stuff in the sink area to clean around it and under it). There is also insufficient parking. We returned late at night to find only 2 parking spaces left in the entire parking lot, and those spaces were on the very opposite side of the hotel from where our room was, so we had to walk far to get to our room. Other than those two problems, the hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Mehr

There was a ton of sleeping space in this hotel. Definately a convenient location. Kitchen needed some upgrading, but overall a nice place.

This hotel was great! The room was large and included a full kitchen and a fireplace which just added to the feel of our pre-holiday stay. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet but, the evening social (Mon-Wed) exceeded our expectations with a light buffet and free beer and wine. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, very clean rooms, lots of parking available, and friendly desk staff. Very easy and quick drive to Universal, took all of about 8 mins. Only "complaint" we could possibly have is they ran out of coffee in the dining room during the breakfast rush. :) No biggie,,,theres a full size coffee pot and […] coffee in the room. The hot breakfast was wonderful though, good selections and plenty for everyone. We plan on returning to the Orlando area frequently, so this will definitely be our "home away from home". Mehr

Right around the corner with a friendly staff

I looked at other hotels on the lower price band and the higher price band. Decided to go with the price in the middle. I went with a family of five and we had a hard time moving about the room. This room would accommodate a couple at most. The pictures show a two level room. It advertises full breakfast but in reality it should be called continental […] plus. It is ideally located and clean, I will give it that. In the future I will stick with the more popular chains. Mehr

Good beds, great breakfast- two story units w/o elevators makes hauling bags in a bit inconvenient

Nice and clean, great value for the price and location. Stayed with my teenage daughters and it was close to the theme parks and outlet shopping. Looking forward to staying again

The hotel is a great place for families, plenty of room for a big family. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. There were some minor touch up things needed on most of the buildings deck railing where some rust was starting to show and in our suite there were a few places where it needed some paint touch ups. When you are traveling with your family you want to be close to everything, this is the place it's just minutes from Wet-N-Wild, right off I-4 walmart, publix,rest, all close by to stock fridge, that's huge!! Love the privacy can pull up to your door without having to go inside elevators etc., so ppl can't see what you bought while shopping at outlets […] etc.. You feel at home!! The pool area is not that large but who cares you're probably too tired to swim anyway! I will stay there each time I visit!! Mehr

The hotel was is a great location. The breakfast was great. There was a pretty bad water leak in the room. The hotel was willing to take care of it, but I was on a tight time line and could not move. The pool is very nice. The staff were very pleasant.

great value for money.free internet , hot buffet breakfast and the friendliest of staff not to forget a super pool and laundry facilities.highly recommended accomadation.

I took a business trip for 3 nights and chose this hotel because it was convenient to the conference I was attending and close to universal so my family could play. It is REALLY close to universal and pretty much walking distance from wet and wild, not to mention only a 5 or 10 minute drive from the florida mall. The hotel was nice (it's a non smoking […] property) and the staff was friendly. I left too early in the morning to eat anything, but my family really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and on weekdays they also have a happy hour with a light dinner. My only complaint was that my AC was knocking all night long on the second and third night. When I told the front desk about the problem they sent someone right away, and it seemed to be resolved. However, that night the knocking continued. To my suprise when I mentioned the problem at check out... they refunded me for one night's stay. I would recommend this hotel for families who like the convinience of a kitchen (a real full size kitchen - and they do your dishes) and for anyone who wants to be close to the action without being in the middle of it. I must say it was very convenient for me, especially for families with a large group. Although there were young adults around my age so it felt very diverse which was a plus. I had passes to Universal, Island of Adventure, and Wet n' Wild and all "3" locations were within minutes...the restaurants, shopping centers, grocery store (publix) were practically […] at my door step if i needed to get to something. The rooms were nice, CLEAN, fresh, spacious, and not too outdated...and yes the sofabed is actually pulls out. Front Desk...you guys rocked! Never met working people who actually enjoyed their job and their work environment. I brought my 13 y.o. aggravating godson on my trip and i know he practically lived up there because of the open access to the web, pool, and basketball court. It gave me a moment to chill out...so kudos to you guys! The only issue i had was the traffic, especially if you go during the summer because the hotel is near EVERYTHING and so is EVERYONE ELSE. My tip would be to get out and walk to nearby locations OR make a RIGHT out the entrance way and go AROUND the traffic. Trust it will save you the headache and distance from drivers who drive just like you. If i ever go back i know where to stay. Mehr

como siempre los Residence in ofrecen excelente atencion, comodidad, limpieza, y localizacion inmejorable.

O Hotel é tranquilo e longe do tumulto da ID, apesar de estar praticamente bem perto dela. Ele esta localizado na Canada Ave, uma excelente opção para fugir dos engarrafamentos da ID, utiizando pistas alternativas, com acesso a todas as direções (ID, Sand Lake, I4 e etc). Como no quarto tínhamos uma cozinha completa, optamos por não tomar o café-da-manhã […] do hotel. Tivemos problemas com nosso banheiro (registro do chuveiro) e as toalhas nem sempre estavam no quarto quando chegávamos a noite, sendo comum busca-las na recepção. A mobilia do quarto não é nova, mas atende muito bem. Acho que eles deveriam melhor um pouco mais na limpeza dos banheiros. Os funcionário são atenciosos. Mehr

Es un hotel muy comodo y se preocupa por hacernos sentir muy bien a los turistas ,lo recomendaria a ojos cerrados , ademas queda cerca a todo. y es impecable en el aseo en general.
