Alles sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Menschen, der Indoor Pool OHNE einer Sitzgelegenheiten irgendwo im Freien ist eigentlich sehr unüblich und hat uns sehr gestört. Man konnte sich nicht mal am Abend wenn es etwas abgekühlt ist auf einen Kaffe im Freien zusammen setzen. Indoorpool ist sehr dampfig und heiss - das ist kein Spass diesen tagsüber zu nutzen. Airportshuttle und Internetanschluss sehr gut, Lage zum Airport und zu Downtown sehr gut und einfach zu erreichen. Fast Kein störender Fluglärm. Complementary Frühstück und Platzangebot ist im vergleich zu anderen Super 8 Motels eher dürftig. Preis Leitung ist aber gesamt gesehen OK. Kette für uns generell in Ordnung

"Für eine Nacht ok ..."
Das Hotel hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Es liegt recht günstig an der Interstate allerdings war es das auch schon. Kein kostenloses Internet, was in USA wirklich eine Ausnahme ist. Wir würden uns beim nächsten Mal anders entscheiden ...
"Haben mehr erwartet. Nicht zu Empfehlen."
wir würden dem Hotel mindestens einen Stern wegnehmen. Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse dürfen die Wände nicht so dünn sein. Man hört wirklich alles, vom Nachbarzimmer und vom Flur. Dazu kommt noch das morgens um 8.30 Uhr der Zimmerservice an die Tür hämmert und frägt ob man heute den Zimmerservice benötigt. Sowas haben wir noch nirgends erlebt. Selbst […] wenn man das Schild "Nicht stören" draussen hat wird man durch das Geschrei und das hämmern gegen die Türen dieser Personen aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Mehr
"Empfehlenswert - würde wieder dort buchen"
habe mit meinen freunden ein wochenende in nashville verbracht. wir waren alle zufrieden. unsere zimmernummern waren 610 und 611. gemütliche betten, saubere zimmer. badezimmer war auch sauber nur das waschbecken befand sich außerhalb vom bad im eingangsbereich. war aber wirklich nicht schlimm. schaut sogar gut aus. und im endefekt hat es sich sogar […] als vorteil rausgestellt weil wir 4 mädls im zimmer waren und da konnte dann duschen und schminken geteilt werden ;-). das parken auf dem hoteleigenen parkplatz ist gratis. aber auch ohne auto kommt man problemlos in die stadt. es gibt ein shuttleservice vom hotel. es bringt einen direkt in die partymeile nashvilles und zurück. aber nur bis 22:30. Es kann nur manchmal sein dass man auf den 2. oder 3. shuttlebuss warten muss weil so viele gäste den service nutzen. das hotel selbst hat auch eine kleine bar. sehr nett. manchmal gibts karaoke. wir haben 1x im hotel gefrüstückt. nettes buffet. an der rezeption kann man sich über andere frühstücksmöglichkeiten informieren (z.B. Pancake pantry - muss man hingehen!!). Es gibt auch die möglichkeit touren zu buchen. man wird vom hotel abgeholt. w-lan: ich glaub $9 für 24 stunden. aber gegenüber vom hotel ist ein starbucks. Wir sind zu 7ent verreist und waren alle sehr zufrieden. würden alle wieder buchen. Mehr
Beds were like cardboard. Need new ones. Noisy! Used place, needs to be updated especially the restaurant/ bar area. The entry was fine. We won't be back. Sleep was terrible.

Even though only 2 miles from downtown, alot of traffic to get there. Rooms were very clean but could use some updating.
"Excellent shuttle service"
The excellent and free shuttle service, plus free parking, makes this hotel a great value. Quiet and clean. Lovely decor. Nice pool and small garden. We visited on business and my husband and I had meetings in different directions. The shuttle made it possible for both of us to get where we needed to go efficiently.
"Enjoyed our stay"
Due to the marathon in town, we could not get a room in the immediate downtown area. We stay here at the Maxwell Millennium and it was good. The shuttle service to downtown worked out great. The hotel may need updating, but we were not in our room enough to really care.

"A bit noisy"
The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are nice as well. The only problem was that you could hear everything going on above, in the halls and rooms next to ours. Not a very quite stay.
"overpriced & outdated"
Lets start with what you don't get: No internet, no fridge, no microwave, & no continental breakfast. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, wallpaper was peeling away and the walls are paper thin. The surrounding area was great!!! Gas station & fast food close by. Not too far from shopping & downtown.
"Not worth the price"
Not worth the price. There was wi-fi but had to pay extra. Free shuttle yes, but when my boyfriend & I wanted to head into the city around 6pm,, the shuttle was no longer in service. There were ratings high on the martinis only to find out they no longer serve martinis. We ended up having a beer served in a plastic cup for over $6.
"Just Fine"
We had 3 rooms, all we're fine. Clean, quiet and roomy. The bathrooms are outdated and similar to a 2 star but acceptable. We ventured out to the local Germantown neighborhood and it was great. I'd stay again .
"Two Night Stay"
The main draw for this choice of hotel was price and location, followed by the fact it offered free parking. Stayed two nights. Hotel staff were adequate, room was clean and serviceable. No major issues. The shower (water pressure and shower head) were awesome. Downside was that internet was not free, there was a surcharge, but this is usually the case […] when staying at conference type hotels. They nickel and dime you for everything. For the price, and the fact that the location kept us minutes in where we were visiting made the choice worth it. Oh, and no in-room fridge, which was not a big deal, but would have been helpful. Hotel was fine on outside in inside lobby. However the rooms were old and shabby. The sink was outside the bathroom. When taking a shower you had to stand in 2' of water because it would not drain. Not the quality I was expecting, very disappointed.
We were pleased and surprised however, the dead bolt on the door of ou second room did not function and our first room had sewer odor and loud noise{sounded like a base fiddle} in the bathroom.. We were immediately moved to another room. We were especilly pleased with the shuttle service and friendly staff..All;in;all we would return again.

I was not pleased where the location was at all. What you had to go through to get there. The hotel food was great. When you called front desk you have to call several times. It is hard to get some one on phone. The hotel was clean and pretty. The room was a very nice size. But doesnt have frigs and microwaves. But all in all nice.
"A little over priced for the quality and location"
Front drive needs fixing. Shuttle did not run every 15-20 minutes as were told....waited about 45 minutes. Driver told us business close early to help keep crime rate down. Carpets need steam cleaning in rooms and hallways. Room had a nursing home smell and so did towels. Shower curtain bar was bent and bathroom flooded when we showered because the […] curtain would not stay shut. The bottom of the tub was VERY uneven....lumpy....and it filled with water when we showered even with the plug all the way out. The binder book with hotel info was trashed and the blotter on the desk was coming apart. Lack of attention to the little things is not a good sign. Just a little bit of attention to things like that would make a world of difference! I won't stay again. I can spend the same money and stay at Drury or something similar and get much more for my money. Mehr
"Good Location"
Being close to highway was ideal. Having the shuttle was huge plus. Lobby and amenities were good. Front Desk did not provide info about neighborhood or hotel services. WiFi connectivity was unreliable. Service was responsinve, Room outdated, bed confort modest, pillows insufficient. Not a bad experience but still disapointing.
Great stay but the front desk staff was not very friendly or attentive.
"the bathtub"
I checked in and went to the room to find 2" of water in the tub, from the room next door using the shower. Called the desk they sent someone up, but all he did was take out the stopper so water would drain out. he run the water but the room next door was not running their shower so water drained out. House cleaning come and cleaned tub. the next morning […] when we started to take showers the water backed up again, came up over our ankles. Called front desk, waited 1 1/2 hrs for anyone to show up they never did so we left, we did not even try to shower the next morning. :( Mehr
"Near the capital"
This hotel was very nice for the price. Although it is old and shows its age, it was very clean. The linens are nice, and I felt safe and comfortable at all times.
Loved it, perfectly placed for our trip from Louisiana to Indiana

Stay was good, however, I thought there was a complimentary breakfast. Found that was not true for all only some.
"Clean but Noisy"
This hotel was okay. The lobby was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls were paper thin and we could hear drunk people all night long. People talking in the room next door sounded like they were in my room with me. I slept poorly. The reason we selected this hotel was the shuttle that would take you any where within a […] 5 mile radius. We loved that idea. We selected a restaurant to meet our siblings at that was close to the Vanderbilt campus--4.2 miles away according to google maps. The driver gave us a really hard time and almost refused to take us there, saying it was outside of his area. The next day, we complained to the front desk staff. Three staff were a part of this conversation. They asked where we had been trying to go and we told them. They said that that was more like 6 miles away and then one of the staff members literally said "GPS isn't all its cracked up to be." We were very unimpressed by the service of this encounter. If you want the shuttle to only go to Broadway and 5th, then that should be made clear. If you say the shuttle goes anywhere in a 5 mile radius, then it should actually do that. Mehr
We stayed in room 321. My husband slept in the bed closest to the window. He got bites on his legs from bed bugs we believe! I slept in the other bed. I did not get any bites.
"conveniently located off highway, historic site."
Great looking historic hotel, great location, nice to have complimentary shuttle service. Only dilemma is we called ahead to make sure shuttle service would be able to take us to Greer Stadium for a baseball game and come to find out it is outside their 5 mile radius, so very disappointing but just took a cab. Also, because hotel is older and historic […] some things are showing their age like wallpaper peeling and stained shower ceiling. "3 night business stay"
Only major complaints would be the noise bleeding in from surrounding rooms and the daily wifi charge for wifi that wasn't working. Positives include a comfortable, clean, well-appointed room - excellent service at the front desk - location - and price. Will stay again when in Nashville.
"Not What I Expected"
A little too old. The rooms have seen their better days. Time for a renovation.
"Management needs to address some situations"
Disappointing. Wi-Fi not working anywhere in the hotel. TV remote also did not work. Took almost 2 hours to get a technician to the room to look at the TV. Long line at check-in even at 9 PM. Very poor customer service.
Very nice, shuttle to downtown a plus. Bar and resturant was nice. Room was comfortable.
"Third trip...another winner!"
This was our third time staying and it was just as good as the first time. Had a great view. Would definitely stay again...

Hotel was very nice. Sink area was cramped, but room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary shuttle was very helpful, although not 100% predictable. Not many decent restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

This is a three star hotel, not four. The room was fine, but a little dated. The internet was "down" the entire time I was there. The hotel is not downtown, but they do offer shuttles to anywhere downtown and the airport, which is nice. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, but the food was ok. Definitely not close to other four star-rated hotels […] I've stayed in. Mehr

"Highly recommended"
This was the first time I used hotels.com to help me find accommodations for a trip and it couldn't have been a better experience. A great hotel in a great location for a great price.
This hotel rooms stinks none of the stasis cares if you complain. No free Internet, they have a business center which is a cash cow for the hotel, in order for me to print 2 pages it would have cost me $6.00. Not a place recommend I rather stay at a Motel 6.

Have been there many times during the past 5 years and the rooms are in need of a facelift. Also, the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest hotels.com visit this hotel to determine if it rates a 3.5 rating.
