Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Parkplatz kostenlos im eigenen Parkhaus. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück, auch warme Speisen und Waffelautomaten:-) dazu gibt es noch zwischen 17.30 und 19.00Uhr ein paar warme Snacks, Chicken Tenders, Maccaroni mit Käsesoße usw. dazu 3 Freigetränke, auch alkoholisch. Wir waren mit diesem Hotel rundrum zufrieden.

Das Hotel bietet sich an, um einen Kurzurlaub in der Nähe von St Louis zu machen. Mit dem Auto sind es 15 min bis nach St Louis (Gateway Arch...). Frühstück in Ordnung (in der Lobby). Für ein bis zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Arch und es war wirklich toll. Ein Blick zum Baseball Stadium wäre auch tolle gewesen besonders wenn ein Spiel stattfindet. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings sollte man sich bei Dunkelheit von dem Hotel nicht weit entfernen, denn bei Dunkelheit ändert sich das Publikum. Der Pool und das Fintess Center waren gut und der Zimmerservice auch. Allerdings waren gerade Bauarbeiten im Hotel und es ging morgens schon früh mit dem Bohren los.

Hampton Inn St. Louis/St. Charles liegt in St. Charles. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeit befindet sich in der Umgebung: Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St. Louis. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehört Folgendes: August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area.

"Hampton made up for an issue"
I stay here each time I take my grandchildren to visit their great grandmother. The hotel has always been clean, well run and friendly. The breakfast buffet is great and well managed. This time, however, the swimming pool had problems of being over chlorinated which resulted in my grandchildren's eyes burning. This, of course, resulted in less time […] in the pool which is something they had looked forward to. Everything was fine except for the fire alarm going off at 5:00am for about twenty minutes. Would stay here again, what are the chances of that happening twice.

Location of our room... we had asked for a room on the first floor when we made the reservation and was given the 2nd floor at the far end of the building away from the elavator. Also we would have liked a lighter cover over the sheet instead of the heavy coverlet. Otherwise we were very satisfied (we stayed at this same hotel in May and chose this […] one because we were pleased). Mehr

We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very friendly . We enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were very nice, clean and up to date. We will definitely come back.

This is a wonderfully friendly hotel near the historic town of St. Charles, MO. It's easy access to I-70 makes it convenient to all of the sites in St. Charles and very easy to venture into St. Louis. The staff are wonderful! The reception desk staff are warm and friendly and even remember individual guests as they come and go during the day. The hotel was a very nice place the hotel people were very nice the only problem that i had was with hotels.com and they got my reservation wrong and they weren't even trying to fix it and were going to charge me an extra 22 dollars for a mistake that was their fault but thanks to Amanda our hotel customer service person she fixed everything for us […] and made our stay comfortable...... "Convenient is the key"
The Hampton of St Charles is a well kept property, with very attentive staff personal. Just to mention a few: Gwen, Amanda & Kim. We were vacationing in St Louis for a couple of days, and found easy access to all sites. Without the big downtown price. Never stayed at a Hampton before, but am not going to hesitate in future. "St. Charles Hampton Inn"
Wonderful hotel for the price. 3rd time I've stayed there & it is always good. The breakfeast is wonderful! Clean, quiet & convenient. Would not hesitate to tell friends about it.
This was a excellent hotel, extremly clean and the staff was more than friendly. Breakfast was very good. Easy on and off the expressway. Would stay again when in town.
"Great Value"
Property was clean, staff friendly and attentive. We had the room at the end of the 1st floor hall, and the sound of people entering and leaving the outside door was noticeable. (It was really convenient, though - we parked just outside that door, so it was handy to come and go.)
The pillows on the bed are way too large. Big puffy pillows are hard on the neck. They need to be flattened out some.

When we arrived it was very bad weather. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Clean rooms and breakfast the next morning was great! They even had some ice scrapers for us to use! When in that area again this will be our first choice to stay!
