Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld - Orlando

Trotz Grösse des Hotels mit Kongress-Betrieb etc. ausgesprochen freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Ideale Lage für Besuch von Sea-World. Restaurant mit hervorragenden Steaks, allerdings in etwas steril-anonymer Umgebung.

Booked the room one night in advance, price was right and so I was a little nervous that I would 'get what we paid for'. Very pleasantly surprised when we walked in! Huge, clean rooms, great common spaces and Starbucks! Sea World right across the street!

A disappointment really. The hotel obviously caters for holiday makers rather than independent travellers, not a problem for most people. The restaurant struggled with capacity for breakfast, with long queues, we decided to 'move on' and had coffee and muffins @ the inhotel Starbucks. Very nice hotel and courteous staff. Expensive for what you get. The parking fee, breakfast fee, and extra cot fee (5th person) is rediculous. I will not be staying there again. We only had time to get away for the day but had a very enjoyable time from service starting with the valet to front desk to spa attendants to the pool cabana woman everyone was very attentive and friendly.The room was very clean and comfortable.Will definately be visiting this hotel again.

Had a great deal of difficulty getting a second night at a reasonable rate. The front desk was no help at all.Hotel.com could not help. Finally the hotels home site was able to get me a 2nd night at a slightly higher rate in the same room. This was after the front desk said they were sold out. Great access to SeaWorld. One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Orlando . Brand New , not a complaint. Love the perks too

The location was fantastically close to Sea World. After a day of fun and rides we were able to just walk back to our room. The complimentary quick-pass was the very best of surprises :)

Stayed in this hotel years ago...and since the upgrading even better. Staff very friendly and helpful. It has a real Starbucks. Tradewinds restaurant was better than average. We plan to go back in late spring. You can walk to Seaworld...Rooms very large.

I stayed here for a wedding that was hosted inside the hotel. It really felt like a destination wedding weekend. The pool, jacuzzi, and kids water park area were really great. They have these amazing lounge beds by the pool, I sat there for hours. The room itself was spotless and the front desk and all empoyees were beyond curtious and helpfull. The […] rehearsal dinner, wedding, and day after brunch was held at the hotel and I felt like they did a great job to accomodate the couple and thier guests. BEST PART** - They are a prefereed hotel vendor for Sea World and Aquatica so you recieve a FREE line jumper for all the rides, a 10% discount card on food and merchandise, and a free shuttle to both parks. The Sea World parking lot is litterally across the street from the hotel, maybe a 3-5 minute walk. Aquatica is down the road, also walking distance but they have a free shuttle. There’s a Starbucks, FedEx, and large gift shop inside the hotel and many options for meals. Of course its all expensive but that’s par for the course in Orlando. Also, downtown Orlando is about a 5-10 minute drive from the hotel and the cab ride cost about $15 each way. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back! Mehr

Just stayed at the Renaissance at Sea World with my wife and 4 month old daughter for a few nights before flying back to Canada. This hotel is perfect for family's who are planning to go to Sea World. Literally across the street from the Sea World Parking lot. They do offer a free shuttle, but it's less than a 5 minute casual stroll from hotel to front […] gate. Also, if you can get a deal that includes the buffet breakfast at Tradewinds restaurant, it's totally worth it for the waffles and fresh orange juice! Was expecting more during my stay at the Renaissance. The pool was impressive, including kid's area. Spa was great. I was mostly disappointed with the rooms. No balcony, drab furnishings, somewhat blah. Good size and clean, but I paid more to stay here and expected more because of that. My wife and I live in Florida and as such had our fill of resorts when our children were young. The last time we were at Sea World they were filming Jaws part 2. We wanted a hotel close to Sea World. We were delighted to see the parking lot of Sea World as we pulled into the resort. We were greeted with champain when we checked in for our 26 anniversary […] and we dropped our bags off in the room before walking to the park. As we took the glass elevator to our room we could see that we would have enjoyed another night just to relax at the resort. We walked to the park and were in shock by the improvements made at Sea World. We had a great day and evening and saw all of the Christmas shows and and walked back to the resort just before closing. What a great trip. We checked out and drove home to prepare our home for several Christmas gatherings and we told everone about our trip and the resort. Mehr

By far our favorite hotel in Orlando. Didn't get to play in the new kids water area, but it looks like fun. They had a lot to do for kids and adults...movies and relaxing by the firepits.

We had a great stay at the Reniassance! We have stayed there on numerous occasions. The accomadations are high quality and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We just booked our next stay. Out of many hotels in the Orlando area, this is probably our favorite. d.w.

Great location next to Sea World. Very clean, great staff. One complaint was waterpark/pool area was closed for maintenance and Renaissance website said something to the effect of: "Now Open"

Dont expect anything complimentary. You have to pay for parking, Internet, and even the coffee machine in the room. Great hotel, but no perks

The moment I walked in I was just amazed by how perfect it was. My girlfriend and her son was just having a ball. I will be back and bringing more friends and family with me.

BED BUGS!!!! Warning BED BUGS!!! I was in the hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel seemed nice enough and relatively convenient at first. Until I discovered the bed bugs! And then it was too late...

The hotel was beautiful and location ideal! The rate we got on here was almost half the lowest offered rate on the hotels own website!

Close to sea world, you can walk there :) the staff is very friendly and helpful, will stay there again... the small water park for children was a hit with my son.

The front desk agent was unapproachable. The room was pretty clean, the shower was broken, splashed my face while preparing the bath, the tub was rusty therefore no bath quick shower that soaked the entire bathroom. there were all sorts of noises throughout the night. this hotel was awesome inside. i went with my husband and 2 year old son and we loved the convinience of the restuarants downstairs and kinkos lol. the theme park that we drove up to orlando for was literally less than 5 minutes away, we had a good nights rest and the room smelled clean not at all like cigarett at all. and the best part of it all was […] how you could stand or sit on your balcony and just enjoy the overall scenery of the social scene in the lobby. outside may not be nice on the eyes but inside is a completely different story. i would definately recommend and stay here again. We stayed at the hotel for a three night long holiday retreat and we had a wonderful stay. The water park is great for kids of all ages. The Tradewinds has a great breakfast buffet and kids can make their own pancakes. Rooms are large and comfortable with queen size beds. Right across from Sea World with a shuttle. We plan on returning next year.

This is the best place to stay if you are visiting Seaworld. The hotel and the waterpark for the kids is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel is a good value and location is perfect for a Seaworld trip, easy walk acress the street. Careful - a lot of potenial hidden costs, including parking and internet in room. Can avoid some of you use the lobby internet. Restaraunts were okay, plenty of options, a little pricy, kids eat free however.

Kids had a blast with the pools, game room, ping pong, foosball etc. Walk across the parking lot to SeaWorld...we got the park hopper pass so we could come and go when we pleased. Plenty to eat on International drive; convenient to both Universal and Disney. Restaurant was very pricey but the soda machine was only $1.

Each time we go to Sea World we stay at this location. It is directly across form the park so you do not need to drive to Sea World...you just walk to it. The pool area for the kids is amazing including a new water park area with two woter slides and a splash area for the young ones. My kids wanted to stay at the pool more than going to see Shamu. The […] pool/cabana area is gorgeous with upscale, comfortable lounge chairs and bed! It's truly a great place to stay so I highly recommend it. Mehr

This is a great hotel at a great price. My daughter and I went to Sea World and it was so nice the hotel was so close. My daughter and I had so much fun playing at the pool and going on the slides. And I loved having a Starbucks on site. We will stay at this hotel again when we go to Sea World.

The inside was very clean and quite larger then the outside leads on. Glass elevators, beautiful bar, starbucks and inside balcony rooms. Outside Pool bar very nice. Many comfy couch/chaise lounges, toddler and youth water park fantastic!!!! Room service was very tasty! Staff very friendly. Free shuttle to Sea World. This hotel is amazing! It has it all, Beauty, Ambience, Location, The staff is super friendly and accomodating, The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and so comfortable. I have stayed at quite a few hotels lately, but this one takes the cake!! You will love it!
