Wir möchten immer ein Zimmer zum Hof haben und nicht eines im angrenzenden Hotelgebäude. Ich habe deshalb schon die teurere Zimmerkategorie gebucht mit 2 Betten. Aber wie letztes Mal 10 Dollar Upgrade gezahlt. Aber dafür super freundlicher Service. Super Preis Leistungsverhälltnis für San Francisco und tolle lage zu Fuß 5-10Minuten zur Fisherman-Warf. Auch parken für 12 Dollar in San Francisco ,es sind es in den meisten anderen Hotels 25-50 Dollar.Jederzeit wieder.

Das Hotel liegt in der Geary St. ein paar Blocks vom Union Square. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Stockwerk im Mittelgang, was den großen Vorteil hat, dass man den Straßenlärm nicht mitbekommt, sondern nur den gelegentlichen Lärm den andere Gäste verursachen. Die Zimmer haben nur ein kleines Fenster mit einem wenig schönen Ausblick auf den Innenhof. Das Continental Breakfast besteht aus Kaffee, Toast m. Butter u. Marmelade, O- bzw. Apfelsaft u. einem Stück Obst. Problematisch ist die Parkplatzsituation, da gleich vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle ist und ansonsten i.d.R. nur Parkplätze für Kurzparker vorhanden sind. Das Hotel bietet für 30 $ p. Tag einen Valetparkservice an, d.h. es kommt jemand u. parkt das Auto irgendwo, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Das Hotel liegt zwar in der Nähe des Unionsquare aber auch sehr dicht am Tenderloin Bezirk, den man vor allem Nachts meiden sollte. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel vom Preis - Leistungsverhältnis weiter empfehlen!

"gut aber kein Luxus"
Wir hatten ein Paket gebucht, das Frühstück beinhaltete. An der Rezeption wurde dies vehement verneint - es gäbe bei ihnen kein solches Angebot. Als wir die Federbetten durch synthetische Kissen und Decken auswechseln ließen, wurden uns diese auf ein Bett gelegt - und wir konnten alles selbst neu beziehen. Sieht so Service in einem Luxus-Hotel aus? […] - Das Frühstück, das wir nach einigem Hin und Her doch noch bekamen (und ja auch mitbezahlt hatten), bestand aus Cornflakes, drei Sorten Melone, Toast und Bagels, dazu Quark. Butter musste extra geordert werden, der Orangensaft wurde genau einmal nachgefüllt. - Sieht so ein umfangreiches Frühstück aus, für das normalerweise zwanzig Dollar berechnet worden wären - pro Person? Sonntags endet die Frühstückszeit bereits um neun Uhr, weil ab zehn Uhr Brunch ist... Ansonsten ist das Hyatt bequem, aber schon ein bisschen angestaubt. Der überdachte Innenhof ist sehr schön! "Top Hotel zu fairem Preis."
Für den Preis unglaublich gut. Mit dem Auto kommt man Problemlos innerhalb vom 20 bis 30 Min. überall hin in San Francisco. Ins nahe Städchen Brulinggame, welches sehr schön ist und alles hat, gibt es einen Gratisshuttle. Einziger Nachteil: Man braucht eben ein Auto.

"A thoroughly enjoyable meeting venue"
Our stay for the duration of the convention was very pleasant. There was good food on site and the nearby town of Burlingame had many good restaurants. "Next to the airport"
Great location just next to the SFO international airport. Free shuttle transfer is great idea. The hotel is a luxury in my standard. Well maintained and the room is spacious. Great for family with kids- room wise. I only stayed overnite and my plan is just to rest before we take on another interstate trip. So that's the idea to just rest. "Hyatt SF Airport - Good Customer Service"
Great customer service! The hotel did not provide microwave in rooms, a bit inconvenient. They did not offer complementary internet service in the room, which was disappointing. I have stayed at hotels with a lower rating and the internet was always included. Other than that, I would recommend the hotel for future guests.

"Good value"
Nicely updated. Tasteful and comfortable. The front desk woman was the only disappointment. Had a bit of an attitude and "entitlement" air. Too bad that was how our stay began.

Its a wonderful hotel except at night there is a SINGLE place to get food - a sports bar with a limited menu! In this otherwise full service hotel, no place for food at night. Just so poorly thought out.

The staff was great from greeting to check out. The facilities were so clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. We got a great deal from hotels.com that included free self-parking and free breakfast buffet in the hotel's wonderful, skylit atrium. I can see why the regular price is what it is - it definitely seems worth it. The room was very spacious and […] better than advertised. The Hyatt is a great hotel for a lay over in SFO. 5 min free shuttle from airport. The hotel is very nice, the rooms decent size, beds are comfortable and friendly service. It also has a great sports bar in the hotel. Top it off with a nice breakfast and off you go. Definitely will stay again.

"Great for quick SFO access"
We spent one night at the hotel before an early morning flight from SFO. Both the shuttle and hotel service were excellent, and our room was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

"Rude Staff--Print out your Hotels.com Confirmation"
My sister and I stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend trip and the staff was very rude because I had booked with Hotels.com. We had Free Breakfast Buffett and Free Self Parking and the Front Desk Agent was rude about me not having Free parking so Once I produced my Confirmation Print out she had to take it to her manager. The Breakfast Buffett waitstaff […] would Add a 7.00 to 8.00 gratuity charge on a 20.00 buffett and say that Don't worry about that your company will pay for it. No sir. I had to dispute the charges with the manager. Just be sure to check all charges before you leave the hotel. Hotel is nice and very clean. Mehr

"Great Get Away"
Went for a get away with hubby. Great room. Very clean and comfortable. We love to stay here. Has a great bar Knuckles with good food and beer. Was nice not to have to drive for a quick dinner.

As per usual, the SFO Hyatt was a wonderful experience: Clean, quiet and friendly; close to the CalTrain and BART. The Atrium and Bay View window on the upper floors make the Hyatt a beautifull hotel. Near downtown Burlingame, which is very quaint and pretty, especially at night, is nearby with many shops and fine restaurants . For sporting events at […] Candlestick or ATT Park, it's a snap to hop on the CalTrain. Getting to San Francisco is equally as easy on the CalTrain. I will be back! Mehr

The service was terrible, I have a 9 month old infant and I requested an early check in, I got there after a 20 hour flight and was told sorry it was not available. Bad value for money, room tiny and service average.
I apologize if we were unable to get you checked in at 10:30am. The hotel's occupancy the night before does affect whether or not rooms may be available for early check in. I can understand this is more challenging when you are traveling with an infant, and hope that the rest of your visit was enjoyable.

My issues with this hotel: you might have a very, very long walk to your room from the elevator. Incidental expenses really add up: $12 a night for the internet, $20 a night for parking, expensive buffet breakfasts. Access to Route 101 south involves 2 complete 360 cloverleafs and adds 5+ minutes to your trip.

"Hyatt SFO near airport"
My friend caught the housekeeper going through her makeup bag and the housekeeper got up in her face when she asked the housekeeper for her name. I didn't get housekeeping the whole 4 days I was there because of it.
This claim is a defamation of character, and was never brought to Hotel Management's attention to even attempt to address. The statement indicates that our staff steals personal items from guests, which is absolutely false. Subjective statements are fair, but not in a case where the hotel's character is defamated in an unfair and unproven manner. I ask that you please remove this review immediately.

This hotel is in a very convenient location for the Burlingame/San Mateo area, and has close freeway access. I do think they should have free wifi. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean.

"Nice for 49r home games"
There were late disturbances by groups of visiting team fans by the pool that should have been quashed MUCH ealier than they were. Also, this hotel is in DIRE need of a quiet lounge (only a crowded sports bar to relax with a cocktail) and a comfortable restaurant. Its either the noisy sports bar or the very open atrium Cafe'. Staff was very good.

Bad airconditioner, did not run very well, I order King size bed room, but I had double beds.....it did not matter, but they should check it more carefully. They only had a sports bar, no other restaurant opened on Monday. I have to walk 10 minutes to the closest restaurant. I do not know why on-line review was the best, when I made a reservation. the room was an inner room so not really a view so be sure to ask for a room with a view if want to see out the windows. luckily the window opened to get some air flow. the coffee maker didnt work nor did the iron so not to happy about the lack of those items for use. also the hot tub was not working properly either. all together the pub was nice and […] food ok..and treated my friends real special for their anniversary.. and the buffet was really well done. thank you Mehr

We booked this hotel because it was convenient to the airport and it had good reviews. We found the room pleasant and clean and the employees of the hotel were very nice. They gave us exactly the type of room we wanted...quiet, non-smoking and clean. Breakfast was included and was fine although we had hoped for whole grain and organic choices (as is […] offered in many hotels particularly in California). They did not seem to have much in this regard. Truly our only real complaint was that the bed was really uncomfortable to both my husband and myself.
