Ich war ziemlich zufriedem mit dem Hotel. Man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein, da das Hotel im Grunde direkt am Expw liegt. (Dallas ist als Stadt an sich aber recht laut). Das Hotel serviert ein Full Breakfast, das den Namen auch verdient. Wer zwei-drei Tage in Dallas verbringt, sollte sich dieses Hotel näher ansehen. Service und Freundlichkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist eine mittlere- bis gehobene Wohngegend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen und bietet neben einem Blick aufs Rollfeld (Fluglärm bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht hörbar) einen kostenlosen (Tips USA-typisch nicht inkludiert). Wir haben es als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor einem Weiterflug am Folgetag genutzt. Hierzu eignet es sich wirklich hervorragend.

Hotel Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Frühstücksbereich wie bei allen La Quintas zu klein und Frühstücksangebot eingeschrängt als Frühstückssnack o.k

InterContinental Dallas liegt in Dallas (Addison - Galleria). In der Nähe befinden sich: Addison Circle Park, Water Tower Theater und Cavanaugh Flight Museum. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Galleria Dallas und Northwood Club.

InterContinental Dallas stellt Ihnen Folgendes zur Verfügung: Fitnessstudio, Außenpool und Whirlpool. "Excellent stay"
The hotel staff was very courtious and willing to help. I needed a needle and thread and called the front dest. I had it in less than 5 minutes. Room was quiet and the event I attended was in a beautiful ballroom. The food and service was outstanding which is very unusual foe an event with more than 1000 people.

InterContinental Dallas service was top notch, the staff is very accomodating. We found our room extremely confortable, clean and top quality. The price for this quality is very reasonable. We were staying for a convention and the staff servicing the convention was just as accomodating.

"Weekend Stay at the InterContinental"
I was pleasantly surprised to see the room as pictured on the website. While it is true that the TV was not a flat screen, if your purpose was to stay at the hotel and watch TV then you will need to stay somewhere else. There was only one trash can (which was inconvenient) and there was no Wi-Fi – only Ethernet connection – doesn’t work for my iPhone. […] Parking would normally be $10 (every time you exit the garage) but was free due to the large amount of weddings going on at the hotel. We were there for the Murder Mystery Dinner. My room had a substantial leak in the ceiling, that the maintenance staff couldn’t fix. They moved me to several rooms, during the 3 night stay. The bedding was dirty and the mattress was so old it was like a sink hole. It was extremely […] disappointing stay. The lobby was recently renovated and looks great, but the rooms are still stuck in the eighties! Mehr

This is a little older hotel, but it is still quite nice. The rooms are good sized, and it was very clean. No flat screen TV, and the channel selection is pretty limited, but the room was comfortable and quiet. I did notice that there was a small hole in the top sheet, but it wasn't a big deal.

"Wild goose chase"
Wild Goose Chase...The Hotel was under going renovation...We asked the front desk where the bar was located and they said the 15th floor...on the 15th floor they said it was on the lobby level..The same thing happened with breakfast..we booked the room with an upgrade and a full breakfast for two in the Monte Carlo resturant..upon check in the gave […] us a voucher for breakfast and sain the resturant was on the Lobby level..in the morning we went down for breakfast and there was no resturant..they said breakfast would be served on the 15th floor ( where the so called bar was the night before)...we went up to the 15th floor and a continental breakfast was going on..they sent us back to our room and told us to order room service if we wanted full breakfast...what a mess...so if you are looking for a hotel with a resturant and a nightclub or a bar..this is not the one. "Hotel Intercontinental - Dallas"
We had an excellent stay! The fireworks on the 4th of July were absolutely wonderful from the roof of the parking garage. Breakfast was superb! Staff was outstanding. Hotel is kid freindly but not to the point of being annoying. Children were well be haved and not allowed in the bar/lounge area. We will definitely be back again.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very spacious. I will be back when I visit Dallas/Addison again.
"needs improvement"
Outdated. TV was 20+ years old, not the flat screen as advertised. Stained sheets. Overall poor.
"Intrusive"
I travel allot and have had items "go missing" in other hotels, so I always put the "do not disturb" sign out and request no maid service for my stay. Since I was traveling with a firearm I felt it very important nothing go missing. At the Intercontinental I came back to find my key not working and my room had been searched. I was then approached by […] the Director of Security and was asked to check in with a manager every day or they would lock me out again until I did. I found this tedious and intrusive and believe that it was because I was traveling with a firearm. Mehr
