We had reserved a nonsmoking room and when we went to the room it knocked us over with cigar odor! We went to the desk and they immediately gave us a 6th floor which was lovely! It was quit, the beds were comfortable. It was a great experience after a long day on the road! The room was very clean and the staff was friendly!

Let's see, first the sheets had numerous, different colored stains on them. Second, some of the light bulbs in the room were out. Third, you could see shoddy nails trying to keep the wood beneath the sink from falling out. Shower didn't drain well. Hallways kept very warm. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel! Very clean, very modern, friendly staff. I usually extremely dislike taking showers in hotels. It was just as clean as my own and not something I'd usually say, but it was the best shower experience I've ever had in a hotel. All in all, great night!

I normally LOVE Doubletree Hotels and that's why I chose this one to celebrate an anniversary. I thought the hotel was sub par, the bed was comfortable, but not as comfortable as other Doubletree's I've stayed at. It definitely wasn't really the romantic scene I was hoping for. I think this particular Doubletree was a bit on the older side and could […] use some remodeling. I just didn't think it was worth what I paid for the night. Our stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure guests were accomodated. Another customer had left his cell phone charger and one of the registration representatives (Freddy) allowed the customer to use his personal charger for the entire overnight until the customer could go out and purchase […] one. Loved the complimentary cookies. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quite comfortable, was a bit disappointed at the cleanliness of the tub, found hair in there and on the bathroom floor. The restaurant had first class meals,very delightful.

The Doubletree Hotel in Deerfield Beach was very nice. Lobby is beautiful, and rooms are spacious. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms and bathrooms spotless. The only problem we had was with our electronic keys not working correctly resulting in a few extra trips to the front desk to have them recoded or replaced. The front desk staff was courteous […] and apologetic and even sent the maintenance man to check the lock. That did the trick. It worked fine after that. Mehr

The hotel overall was nice. Staff was nice. The one notable issue was the restaurant and bar were closed, and meals were served in the lobby. Otherwise a good experience.

When I arrived, the lady at the desk was not very warm at checkin. It seemed like I was keeping her from something. When I finished work late at night, I went to lie down and the bed frame was broken on the inside frame of each of the doubles that made up the king bed. I called the front desk for help. They brought up someone to fix it. Who said it […] could not be fixed. Front desk called me and said I had to change rooms but they said they were to busy helping another guest so they could not assist me. So i needed to pack everything up, carry it downstairs, get a new room key and then carry it back up to the new room. No apology, or anything to make it right. Overall very frustrating. I was part of a conference and the food service and food at the conference was very good. The man who came to fix the bed was very nice but could not fix it. Front desk was not helpful or warm. Mehr

The service and the hotel staff was good, however in the pictures the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. Unfortunately that wasn't the case and I had to spend $10.00 for each per night. Along with the parking facilities, I'm sure that normally they're fine and abundant. However during our stay they were having an event at the convention hall and […] finding parking was extremely inconvenient and annoying that I had to park very far away from the hotel especially considering that I was a guest. Why was I being treated as second rate when I'm paying for a room and they were simply there to party for a couple of hours. Mehr

Our stay was great at the Hilton. It was in a very convenient location and was very clean. Only complaint is to get more friendly receptionists. I encountered Lilly and wow was she not friendly at all. All she wanted was for me to get out of her face or that's how it seemed by her tone.

I stayed for 4 nights. The only drawback was the lack of refrigerator/ microwave. On the web site it said that a fridge is available upon request. Prior to my stay I e-mailed the hotel from its website and asked for the fridge. Did not hear back. Upon arrival I was told that a fridge would cost $10 per night. Overall I had a good experience with the hotel. I felt safe and comfortable at the hotel. The bed and pillows were great, so I slept well. The desk in my room looked like it needed replacing, as the top of part of it was a little warped (which was a bad first impression). Outside of the bed, some of the furniture could use updating. The hotel offers […] a shuttle that takes guests places within a 5 mile radius which was fantastic when it was available. The shuttle is of great beneift if you do not have a car. It was a comfortable stay, the General Manager comped us a room & dinner due to the maintenance man had knocked on our door ONLY once than proceed to walk in while my husband & I were showering. Other than that, we enjoyed it very much so. The food service & front desk personnel were congenial & courteous towards us during our stay.
