Sehr ordentliches Motel mit TOP Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. WLAN ist sehr gut, "Frühstück" für amerikanische Verhältnisse OK. Kaffee und Cornflakes versüßen einem den Start in den Tag und sind schon mit bezahlt. Zimmerservice auch sehr ordentlich. Einzige Kritikpunkte ist die nicht zu gute Lage zum Strand, aber an der längsten Straße von Los Angeles […] gelegen kann man gut zu jeglichem Ausflug starten und findet leicht zurück! Bei der TV-Unterhaltung könnte noch aufgebessert werden. Sender sind eigentümlich sortiert und eigentlich ist kaum was brauchbares dabei. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber OK. Fazit: Super Preis, angenehmer Aufenthalt mit guter Ausstattung. Wenn man sich günstig in der Gegend aufhalten will ist das Motel erste Wahl. (Dusche/Wanne, Bügelbrett und -Eisen, Safe, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Tel., TV, super Bett, Zimmerservice und tägl. frische Handtücher, Frühstück und WLAN incl., Zugang waschen/trocknen, kleiner Pool, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür) Personal ist freundlich und Abwicklung unkompliziert. Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom tub had a leak, but that was the only concern during my stay. Would reccommend to anyone.

While the front desk personnel were very polite and professional, the room was a disaster: dark, old and broken down furntiture and mattress, odor of cleaning fluids. I checked in and checked out 15 minutes later. Could not stay there.

our stay there was very nice. had a very minor issue with toilet, but one call and it was taken care of in less than 10 min! if only i could get my husband to fix things that fast!

We got there at 3:00 for our check-in but we were told our room is not yet ready. We waited 1 hour and 15 mins to finally get our room.

The breakfast at the desk, no place to sit down and enjoy it. WOWW, you provide a breakfast to your guests or you do not. This is a big question mark. But the room is clean, the bed is comfortable an the restaurants are just at the corner.

the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. the room was clean and spacious. the free breakfast was adequate, but there was no seating. had to take food via tray up to room.

I can't think of a bad thing to say about this hotel. The staff were nothing short of fantastic and the location was great. They had lots of places within walking distance to go eat at or grab coffee. 2 thumbs up! --Danny

Front desk personal were very courteous and professional. When directions were needed, answers were promptly given. Rooms were very neat and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

We got more than we paid for. Nice and clean.Super friendly staff. Comfy bed and breakfast was ok.

I have stayed at the Torrance Travelodge several time through the years and have always had an enjoyable stay. For me it is a good value for the money and suits my needs.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I would stay there again.

We visited our married kids who lived close by the motel. While there our grandson was born. The motel worked with us to extend the stay and do all the little things needed to make the stay very comfortable. We expect to stay there again the next time we come to visit our Kids and Grandson.

We were welcomed for coming and stay at this location. Granted we could have paid more and stayed closer to our destination, but the price was right. Room was very clean and comforable and housekeeping was very prompt. Will stay again!

The room was clean and well kept, however, the company should probably think about redoing the decor, as the place is obviously well used. The staff was great and very nice, open and helpful. The only problem that I had was the traffic going by wass rather loud, and perhaps they should think about installing elevators. With a lot of luggage, stairs […] can really be a problem. Nice, little spot about 10 minutes from the beach. Doesn't have the best continental breakfast, but what do you expect. I would definitely stay here again. Good hotel, with a good location for the price.

room was great, bed was comfortable, no noise, clean, just wish breakfast was till 10am then i could have tried it. too busy trying to leave at 11am.

Professional staff, comfortable clean room, the location is 2-3 miles from a freeway, about 16 miles from Los Angeles, the surrounding neighborhood is decent, well worth the price and the distance.

This hotel was great in every way except for the close proximity to the freeway. I did not sleep well because of the sound of loud trucks and cars passing by all night long! If you are not sensitive to this, than overall this was a great place to stay. It even included a light breakfast and coffee in the morning.

It's a Travelodge motel. To expect any more out of it, is being unrealistic. It's an adequate stay for one night. The staff is friendly and the room was clean. The location was good for my purposes and the neighborhood was fine. The only glitch was my wi-fi connection was very weak and I had to step out into the hallway to get it linked up. After that […] it worked ok. The building is starting to show it's age but everything is kept neat and clean. Mehr

I thought this would be my last choice for a hotel but it was so great. The location is bad (far away) but if you have a car who cares. For a low price i got a good bad, place to shower and a fridge + clean (which is not a simple as it might sound).

Keep in mind you are not paying much to stay here. To be honest, it isn't the prettiest hotel, but in its price range you would be hard pressed to find better. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful. I would stay again.

Clean, in good repair, friendly service, easy access, free internet - good speed! As motels goes - this is one of the better ones, and combined with good prices makes for a very good choice for anyone needing a good clean nice place to rest and sleep while on a trip.

My family and I rented two rooms in September of 2011. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a=kinda musty but I think this is true of most hotels. I would stay there again.

All facilities worked well. Above average comtinental breakfast. Be prepared to pay $20 security deposit if you don't book directly through the hotel. Credited back at checkout. Above average room. top quality bedding. Will return without hesitation.

I must say I was very apprehensive about staying here after reading all the negative reviews. I took the risk and surprisingly it worked for me :) I didn't expect a 5star experience considering the nightly rate. The room was clean and the staff was great and very helpful.

Good service

This is an older motel in a quiet neighborhood with a clean room and soft comfortable beds. The staff was a very helpful. There is a small pool and a small morning breakfast.

Booked a non-smoking king room. Was told booked as smoking and couldn't change. The room given was dirty. After waiting, the trainee finally got me a clean room that was nonsmoking after I asked for that for the third time.

Great hotel for the price range. The surrounding area is so so, but the hotel and staff were great. If you're looking for a quality room on a budget this is your place.

Room was not clean upon check-in, we were given another room,which was also still being cleaned. Rooms were somewhat clean could have been cleaner. Pool was ice cold. For the price,it was suitable. Traveling from Hi-desert.

Everything was good. I just didn't like not having enough shampoo and there wasn't any conditioner. it'd be nice to have a mini toothbrush or something. And i thought the pool was going to be better but all you can do is just sit in it.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Well worth the price. Great location to the coastal neighborhoods.
