Quality Inn Shelburne - Shelburne

The room was clean and quiet. It is within close proximity of Champlain College and the Univ of VT. I would highly recommend it to a friend.

Everything was just excellent. We enjoyed the off season lower rate. We visit Burlington, VT three or four times a year. We will return to this hotel especially if the rates are reasonable for a couple of retirees.

Sagging beds, phone didn't work, door handle wouldn't work. Front desk said they had new beds on order, had no idea how to fix the phone, put wd 40 in the door lock still hard to open

Stayed just one night. No frills here, but room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Did not partake in the continential breakfast they provide, so not sure if it was good or not. Location is great, just up the street are restaurants, a general store, a museum, a vineyard and the VT Teddy Bear Factory.

Up for a college visit and the hotel was very satisfactory.

Overall the hotel was nice and the room was clean. The pool was very nice for the money that we paid. Our only complaint was the breakfast included with the room. Breakfast was served from 7-9am. It was a Monday holiday and it should have been extended until 10 am like a weekend. There was no hot food when we arrived 30 minutes prior to closing.The […] toasters would not work. I think they may have overheated or blown a fuse. There was no hotel personnel in sight. The room was overcrowded and there was no organization in the flow of traffice to and from the food area. Needless to say we did not get the breakfast that was included in the price of our room. Mehr

Very Friendly Staff, Room was very clean and very comfortable bed would recommend to anyone. Close to the museum and I think shopping as well

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel once a year for about 8 years now, It was always a nice hotel but it started to get a little dingy when it became a Super 8 Motel. Now that Quality Inn has bought it and renovated it the paint is fresh, the carpets new, the decor very current, nice sized rooms, comfortable bed, lots of pillows, great pool and […] jacuzzi and now they have a hot breakfast that is pretty darned good! The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bedding and in the tub. There was also a strong smell in the hallway. The location was good for our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Quality Inn is a quality place -- pricing, cleanliness, friendliness, near the Shelburne Museum. We'll return there some day soon.

It was okay. The rooms could use an update. But it was the cheapest in the area and I only had to be there one night.

Stayed here one night for a college visit. The original room we were in was great - even had jacuzzi jets in the bathtub -- until we discovered the tv didn't work at 11:00 pm. The hotel staff couldn't figure out why, and moved us to another room, same bed set up, smaller tv, and no jacuzzi in the bathtub. The next morning the manager inquired about […] our stay, and I told him about the tv not working, and he said that the tv was probably plugged into a switched outlet. Who da thunk??? So keep that in mind if your tv doesn't work. Oh well. But overall, the both rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, and met our needs. The complimentary continental breakfast was adequate enought to get you on your way. I would recommend this hotel to others. Mehr

The hotel room was very clean. The hallway smelt a little bit musty. However, the room itself was very clean. The continental breakfast was very good. Full hot breakfast and they are always refilling the buffet for guests. The pool was nice and clean.

I had a very enjoyable stay and was impressed with my hotel room considering the price! Everything was comfortable and clean. I would recommend the Quality Inn in Shelburne, VT to anyone!

staff was friendly, breakfast was great with big breakfast area, bacon, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. location was convenient to anything you want to do in shelburne or burlington. swimming pool and hot tub is adequate not the best but good enough to take a swim and it was clean. i would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff was very nice. I was several minutes late after the close of the breakfast serving hours because I didn't notice the sign, but they let me come in and have what was left, which was sufficient and even went to find some half & half for me coffee.

Very good quality and enjoyable stay. Close to Burlington town center and other interesting activities. Great prices

The room was priced great, it had 2 beds and I didn't even need one. Came with a nice little porch, was overall clean and lovely, and had a great heater for a really cold night. No complaints at all.

I had reason to test the patience of the hotel staff when I accidently locked myself out of my room -- with the bar latch in place. Luckily the hotel had a handyman with a tool that could open the door without breaking it down. Thanks very much to a very professional staff.

I had stayed at this hotel years ago when it was a Travelodge. I knew it was a good location for the things we wanted to visit. It also helped that it was pet friendly. When we checked in my husband forgot to mention we had a dog. He went back and alerted them and we had to move from our second floor room to first floor. My daughter and I were already […] in our pjs and we had everything put away so that was a bit annoying but we did it. Our new room was not far from the pool. We had a few problems with the new room, the tv went wonky and the room had a smell to it ( I think from the pool and cold). The manager was very accomodating and waived the pet fee for our troubles. Breakfast was not the best. The make your own waffles were the saving grace for me. I don't expect much from a continental breakfast but I do expect to expect things to be edible. The pool was just the right temp and the hot tub was nice. We were the only ones using it and it was around dinner time. We visited the area off season so I didn't expect a crowd of people. I never heard anyone in any other rooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others. Mehr

Although this hotel is located on a very busy main road, we experienced no traffic noise at all. The room was warm and comfortable. The only criticisms would be the heated pool, which was accessed via a staircase next to our room, gave off a noticeable smell of chlorine. They seem to be in the progress of undating their facility and have a bit more to do. Their price was definately a great value compared to other motels in and around the area. The breakfast was very good but the dining room decor needs some attention. It was a bit stark almost uninviting. Couldn't believe the family of four (kids both under age 10) […] all walking around the dining area in their barefeet! Yuck! Other than that site I would reccommend the motel and would stay there again. Mehr

The hotel is managed by a different company since I stayed there. The outside was newly painted (including the bushes near the outside patio). Rooms were clean. Many things to do in the area and convenient to colleges
