Days Inn by AT&T Center - San Antonio

OVERALL OK. SECURITY DOOR LATCH BROCKEN, TOILET SEAT NOT BOLTED DOWN AND LIGHTS FLICKERING IN REASTROOM. FOR THE TIME OF STAY COST WAS GOOD THOUGH.

The hotel served the purpose of what we needed. All we needed was a place to crash after attending a concert at the AT&T center. But honestly, we should have upgraded to a different place. We get there and get checked in and the first two keys we got didn't work on the room we were assigned. After two trips back and forth to the front desk we got another […] room and a key that worked. Most of the items in the room were broken. The alarm clock was displaying crazy numbers, the tv remote didnt work, and the towels were dirty. The AT&T center is walkable, but i wouldnt recommend it for two reasons. One, the neighborhood you walk through is not the greatest. Secondly, the sidewalks are not consistent and you will need to cross a bridge that doesn't even have a shoulder. Mehr

Sometimes cheap is exactly what you get. The room was not well maintained nor clean. The light in the bathroom did not work and there was no dead bolt on the door. The neighborhood was VERY seedy and we had a taxi driver that was reluctant to drop us off in the area since he did not have his gun with him. The hotel room is so nasty,the bathroom stinks,aircon is not working well.The hallway is dirty,this hotel needs a major renovation.There is a refrigirator in the room,but it is not working,casing of the aircon outside is falling apart.IT NEEDS MAJOR ATTENTION!

First impression would be the lobby as you go to check in right? Well It was dirty, outdated and had an odor of mold. I asked to use the bathroom and it was horrifically disgusting in there. Room was not much different. Dead bugs and live ones in the room, very outdated, odor of mold, and only 2 towels for a family of 5 and one towel was used! Worst […] hotel ever! Mehr

Not clean at all, beding was smelly and duty, carpert not clean at all even after we stay the next day they did not change the sheets nor they vaccum the room, the drawers were not clean everything was dusty. The remote didn't work on the tv, the bed frames were broken and the door did not seal to the threshold of the door. Glad it was cheap

Hotel was a good place to sleep. Good service from staff. Clealiness was really held back by the condtion of dirty walls, dingey carpet, and worn out furniture. Other than that it was of decent value compared to other places I have stayed on the fly.

The service itself was fantastic. Sitting by the pool was nice as well. The buffet was a little short on food selection, and our bathroom door was becoming unhinged, so I ended up rescrewing part of the door back. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice having the tv in the room to help unwind at the end of the day. Overall it was an average […] stay that fit into our budget. Mehr

This hotel is worst most

Well the saying iz true get what u pay for hotel is old rooms could be cleaner but very close to Spurs home at&t center so not bad.

the restroom was decent needed a little more attention to mopping but decent.one down fall and that was no microwave in the room or at-least the one i was in didn't.i stayed 4 nights with my 2 children and having wireless internet helped out,a+ there. my truck broke down thanksgiving night nothing opened to deliver food, no food no eat; the front clerk […] offered us what he had even if it was only cereal we were thankful to days inn att center. i would recommend this hotel to others. the other desk clerks and house maid were nice. thanks days inn att center and see you on x-mas holidays.....god bless.... Hotel being off the highway was the only plus. Hotel has plenty of wear and tear. Could never connect to WiFi, bed way to firm, you're not able to take your breakfast to your room, no ice found in machine, pool water cloudy we couldn't swim. The trash bin in the parking lot had busted up TV's and hotel trash was scattered, not clean surroundings. This […] is what happens when we think we found a bargain, its really not. Mehr

This is not located in a very good neighborhood. It is in south San Antonio. No hot breakfast is served here. Ice machine outside is broken. I realize Texas is in a drought but water the grass and plants at least. Beds were as hard as a rock and like sleeping on a board with covers over it. So do not waste your time with this one. ti had good reviews. when i stayed there the people were friendly. the room i stay in was clean. outside rats living in the gutters i call the office and they took care the next day. other than that it was a good stay

I got 2 adjoining rooms, one for my husband and myself, one for the Sitter and kids. The roroms were clean, rugs could use a good cleaning or replacing though. Beds were comfy. The AC in our room was sorta working... One of the things we love about Hotels is freezing the room out. That wasnt going to happen here. The Staff were GREAT!!!! They came in […] and tried to fix the AC.. it was a bit better, but not the Icelandic conditions we love ;) It wasnt HOT, so it was ok. They offered us a new room but we wanted to stay close to the kids. Room 204 also has ENOURMOUS Gaps around the door, in TX where it is over 100 daily.. we now knew why the AC sucked. The outside needed some attention and the view from the room was a church parking lot. The view from the pool was the interstate. Not perfect but Very convenient, price was O K. would stay here again if in a pinch, but I will look for another hotel the next time I am in San Antonio. Mehr

yes it is very good hotel.

Tiny rooms and very poor housekeeping because my 1 year old kept finding stuff under the bed that he wanted to stick in his mouth-disgusting. We were only there to sleep and the price was really cheap but in the future I will definately pay more and get a decent/ cleaner hotel.

It was an alright stay. The doors and locks take some getting used to, because there's a trick to opening the door, and not much to the lock, just a slide over bar. We got there and one of the rooms didn't have the A/C working (literally 100 degrees outside), and they made us wait 45 minutes before allowing us to switch rooms. this hotel is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at! we had to change rooms 3 times during the 3 days we stayed there. myself and family got in late on the 18th of july. the bedding smelled the tub didnt drain and the bath room light didnt work in the first room! the second room the cable wire came out of the tv because it was being held in by a piece […] of tape our room keys didnt work the hotel manager couldnt even get in our room with the master key. we had to move again! the 3rd hotel room the toilet didnt flush and it was dirty. there were bed bugs the pool was filthy a gentleman staying at the hotel cleaned the pool so the kids could swim! this hotel would deffinetly would not be recommended from me i am in the process of disputing paying for this hotel stay it was not worth the money i paid... This hotel need some upgrades

This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel in the past 10 years and everything has been to our satisfaction each time. The location is very convenient with quick access to downtown San Antonio and the freeway system to visit the surrounding area. The staff are very friendly and the maid service was outstanding. It was a good room for what I needed. Just a place to sleep for the night. The bathroom had a little problem but they can and fixed it. There was enough room to put a pack and play for the grand-baby and we could still move.

When we arrived to hotel, guests were outside in parking lot drinking beer and wine. The hotel was old in structure, but the room was clean and tidy. Overall enjoyed my stay because we were not at hotel much.

Overall, our stay in this hotel was alright. The room was pretty small, but comfortable. The pool was nice and the breakfast was ok (bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, juice). The staff was nice. It is right by the freeway so there was some traffic noice. I'd stay again if I just needed a place to sleep.

Very close to the army post. The breakfast was good and free. My # 1 complaint is that the entire hotel smells like smoke. The #2 complaint was that the front desk staff were unprofessional. My #1 favorite was all the information about things to see and do in the lobby. The #2 was the frig/freezer in the room.

I would not stay here again. My friends made fun of me that I was staying at a motel that they make horror movies in. There was a pile of auto glass in the parking lot right next to my room. My fear was someone was going to break in to my car at any minute. Only one of the electrical outlets worked in the room. The clock didn't even work. Worst hotel experience of my life. AC did not work, called desk, said they would be there in 10 min, never came, called again. No alarm clock, other items front desk stated were special request. 2nd room smelled, smoke (though posted non smoking)or mold not sure. Bathroom light switch had to be switched multiple times for light to work. Second bed was […] awful. When changing rooms, we were told that we would have to come and get key as the front desk clerk had a "guest". When addressing issue with front desk staff the next day, there was never any apology for inconveniences. Breakfast room was not clean, juice machine broken, toaster only toasted one piece of bread. And for comic relief, the clock was pushed in the wrong direction at time change and was off by two hours. Pleanty of hot water, and the rose bushes were beautiful!!! Convenient to the AT&T Cntr. Would never recommend. Cannot believe that Hotels.com hosts this place. Mehr

The room we got had a bed that was wet at the corner and we had to change rooms. The room we got had a bad odor and was dingy. Also it had no refridgerator nor microwave. The housekeeping staff is very friendly though and helpful. I got a dolly and with thier help got a fridge and microwave into the room. The breakfast was barely a continental. The front desk service was bad. The lady kept screaming at a customer while a full loby of customers were watching her hanging up the phone services. Rooms were not available until 2 hours after the checking time. I felt like something was on the bed sheets, I kept getting up to check. We finally found coackroach walking on the carpet. The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The location was perfect for what we were there for, it wasn't noisey and the actual time we stayed there was ok. I certainly wished we had paid extra for a nicer hotel.

first of all when we got into our room there was a very bad smell! at night me and my family did not sleep at all becuz the restroom made a horrible noise(we called front desk but noone did ever answer us)so we had a sleepless night! the tub was so discusting and dirty! room was extremely small!!
