I stayed 2 nights with my brother one night and my daughter the next night. We had wonderful suppers at the restuarant there and had great room service breakfasts. I would recommend the dining room and may go back even if I'm so staying there. Good value.

Overall we had a good experience staying at the Hilton. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious but I was surprised by the poor condition of the bathroom in our room in comparison to other Hiltons that I have stayed at. It was easy to find and located close to the Mall if America and Ikea. The staff were friendly and helpful. One of the days […] that we were there we could not find parking at the hotel because of other functions happening in the hotel. I would stay here again but would most likely take their shuttle to the mall to avoid issues with parking. Mehr

nice and clean

Convenient to mall and airport. Good size rooms with free full size roll away beds. Nice pool and exercise room with 2 hot tubs and open until midnight. Casual bar with dining off lobby. Clean and friendly.

I felt the hotel and accomodations were great. However, hotels.com advertises the King Executive as having a whirpool tub in the room. This hotel only has 2 of them in their hotel and by booking the "king executive" room on Hotels.com you are not getting this. We were looking forward to our room with a whirlpool tub and were very disapointed that our […] room did not have one and they did not have one available to move to. The hotel so nicely made it up to us and they didn't have to because we booked through the third party. Thank you Hilton MSP! If you want the tub call the hotel themselves! Mehr

My boyfriend and I stayed one night and we loved the hotel. It was beautiful, everyone was very friendly , and the rooms were awesome, the beds are very comfy. The only inconvinience was that the pool wasnt working, but atleast the hot tub was still available. Free breakfast would have been nice too but they gave us 2 free deserts for my boyfriends […] birthday and we look forward to going back! Mehr

Excellent place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, and close to the Mall of America. You can catch the light rail to travel easily to downtown Minneapolis to experience even more exciting entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel & it was affordable. It was a weekend get away. I will book the Hilton again.

Hilton airport moa. No free Wi-Fi the room was very hot. No fan in bath. Asked for refrigerator w/no response.

We were very disappointed in the restaurant. Our waiter Troy was very, very rude. I can't believe that any hotel would have such an employee. I don't think he even put in our food order when he said he did. We waited over 2 hours for sandwiches. We spoke to other people who had the same experience that night. We complained to the manager. Wonderful stay. The complimentary drinks and snacks and free breakfast were pleasant surprises

The price for our room was exceptional. Our room was nicely decorated. Free drink in bar was nice touch and food in the bar was good. Best perk was was someone from the hotel staff helped me to clean the freshly fallen snow off my car.

We generally stay at this hotel if we are flying out the next day. The shuttle to the mall and the airport is really handy. We have had really great stays here before. The service is great and the rooms are clean. The only complaints I had this time is the pool was under construction and we had very rude neighbors in the room next to us that kept us […] up until 4am. The hotel itself was a bit dated and the room we were in had several issues - some easily fixable. The bathroom door had a gaping hole where the towel/robe hook used to be. There were no place for us to hang our used towels after the shower. The shower/tub failed to drain properly so we were standing in an inch of used soapy water after showering. The […] bathroom is exceedingly small - I'm a petite 5'1" woman and lived in NY, so I'm usually okay with small spaces; this pushed my comfort level. There were no plugs by the bedstands to charge our phones and only found a plug to do so by unplugging the coffeemaker (which meant reaching behind the minifridge to unplug it). On the plus side, the shuttle to/from the airport was on time and efficient. Bedding was fine - nothing luxurious but adequate for weary travelers just trying to sleep enough to catch an early connecting flight. We didn't dine at the hotel during our 7 hr stay but I was happy that I wasn't staying there much longer. Mehr

This hotel was very nice and clean, plus close to the airport, Mall of America and I-494. The only bummer is the pool is closed for renovation, but the hotel offered to shuttle us to the nearby Crowne Plaza if we would like to swim.

Rented a room for my parents' 45th anniversary and they enjoyed it immensely. the grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and a good time was had by all.

We use the hotels option of parking our car at the hotel and flying out on vacation. The hotel takes us to and from the airport. Our last trip, we had booked our room with Hotels.com, and the hotel would not offer us this parking option. Coffee option in room is not the best. Plan on getting your coffee elsewhere... This was our second-time at MSP/MOA Hilton(east) staying on 12th floor Ect. level. meet up with a group. Used shuttle for MOA trip. Went to the lounge for lunch, food was very good and plenty . We all had a wonderful time, not noise. Great window views from room. The staff from cleaning crew to front desk , Bar servers and Cook , Also the shuttle Drivers […] remembered us. Always with a smile. I like the idea of seeing the same staff they work very well together and answered any all questions, they helped make our stay so pleasurable. THANK YOU STAFF. I really did like this hotel and price. I was numbed that the pool was so small that it couldn't hold many ppm. (Pom) competition at. Mall. I also chose this hotel because it advertised a jacuzzi tub but never did se it (in the room)

We were there on Dec 23. The host and waiter in the Blue Water Grille were very friendly and provided excellent service. We would definitely go back!

Great price and great accomodation. Bathroom was a little small compared to the huge bedroom but that's the only slight I can give this hotel. Super place to stay!!!!

My daughter and I loved staying here. The convenience, quality and friendliness of all of the hotel staff were stellar. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone!! My only two issues were 1. Feather/Down filled pillows and comforters on both beads (I had never seen that before and as I am highly allergic would have asked to rid all prior to stay) but was […] quickly changed out when I asked:) 2. We like our room cool in the evening, including in winter, there was no way to turn down the heat in the room, except to turn off the fan, which did help some. We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very close to the Mall and right by the light rail platform to go into downtown. Nice king size rm and bed. Bathroom was small but was fine. Overall great stay and would go back again!

Was a great place to stay! Everything was great. Only complaint would be their internet access. They do not offer free wi-fi. You are required to pay. Considering room price and other prices at bar/restaurant they could at least provide Internet at no cost to guests.

staff courteous....room clean....bed comfortable..parkikng easy and close.......overall experience was good.

We stayed at this hotel specifically to use the pool--which was being renovated. Instead, they sent us to another hotel to use THAT pool--a nice gesture, but not very practical in a MN winter. Our room was ok, but there were small signs of wear everywhere: the door-hook in the bathroom had been torn off and not repaired, the main door was all chipped […] up and dinged, ceiling damage . . . a real mediocre experience. I expect more from a hotel with the Hilton name; I guess you get what you pay for. Mehr

The only issue we had was we paid to upgrade our room to the one that showed a picture of a hottub in it and after we checked in found that was not the room we recieved. Found the picture to be misleading but otherwise had a great stay.

Relaxing hotel stay. We usually stay at the Radisson/Waterpark of America but it is so noisy and crowded. This is a much more sane hotel. The week before Xmas we always had a seat on the shuttle to MOA. The room was quiet and super clean. The only complaint is the rooms are not equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. I was a little disappointed by this Hilton. On check in, the night manager was too interested in finishing a conversation with an employee on what they where going to do that weekend, then help me check into the hotel. I though charging for internet was a little cheesy and there was no On Demand TV service. The food at the hotel was very good and so […] was the service there. All in all it was worth the excellent price Hotels.com got for me, but I think next time I am in town I will be looking for another place to stay. Mehr

The hotel was fine. We didn't eat there, but we did use the pool. The location was a mile from the MOA and there are no restarauts or gas stations near by (as in walking distance). I didn't hear the airport.

AMAZING service, very accomodating and welcoming, would recommend this location to ANYONE!!! Very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed this location for our 1st anniversary weekend!!!!

Very nice hotel that is convientley located near the Mall of America and airport. Had to catch an early morning flight so checked in on a Sunday and took the shuttle over to the mall to watch a movie. Hotel was very nice and sent a cab to pick me back up. The shuttle to the airport Monday morning was quick and convient.

Our dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The room was nice, and the hotel is convenient to the airport. We had a 6:00 a.m. flight, so the shuttle to the airport was very handy. It leaves promptly every half hour, beginning at 4:00 a.m. My only complaint is that the pool had too many kids in it, but I'm probably just a grumpy old man...

This Hilton is located very close to the Mall of America and the light rail system which is a thirty minute ride to downtown. However, the hotel is located in an industrial complex and if you're planning to run out for something close, you can forget it. Also, there appears to be no way to regulate the temperature of the room. There something that resembles […] a thermostat control on the wall, but it does nothing. The room was a little too warm. The only other problem is that the TV / Satellite reception is horrible. There are just a few channels that are very clear, but HBO and several other channels were very fuzzy and at times didn't come in at all. Having said this, the room was spotless, room service was prompt and courtesy and the food wasn't bad. Front desk and everyone at the hotel seemed very pleasant and helpful. Overall a good place to stay to visit the Mall of America (HINT: Walk over and ride the train into the Mall. It beats fighting the traffic and parking and the train comes about ever ten minutes or so -- $1.75 for adults and $0.75 cents for children 12 and under). Mehr
