Für ein Radisson doch recht mäßig, Lage für Fishermans wharf toll, das nächste mal aber lieber im Zentrum von SF

Das Hotel liegt fantastisch nur wenige Gehminuten zum Pier 39 oder anderen Restaurants in der Nähe. Hip on Hip off- Touren direkt in Hotelnähe, ebenfalls CableCar-Haltestelle gut zu erreichen. Wir haben unser Wunschzimmer erhalten, kann ich auch nur empfehlen (4040). Parkhaus gut, aber teuer, wie überall in der Stadt. Besser kein Auto, da Nahverkehrsmittel […] vorhanden. Mehr

Jedes einfache Motel bietet bessere Qualität. Renovierungsbedürtiges Hotel, enge Zimmer und sauteuer. Einzig die Lage ist weitgehend OK - obwohl man bedenken muss dass in der Früh und am Abend in Fishermans Wharff nichts los ist!

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 fast erwachsenen Kindern in einem Zimmer geschlafen; Zimmer war wie erbeten groß, Betten hätten noch etwas breiter sein können, Bettwäsche roch etwas muffig, leider kein kostenloses W-Lan, Personal sehr freundlich, für den Preis völlig O.k., Parken wie überall in den großen Städten teuer (35 Dollar pro Tag), aber den […] Parkplatz direkt neben der Hoteletage zu haben war sehr angenehm; wer Rummel nicht mag, ist mitten im Tourigebiet Wharf fehl am Platz - beim nächsten Mal würde ich eher ein Hotel in Downtown wählen Mehr

Das Hotel liegt ideal an der Fisherman's Wharf welche gut ist für alle Ausflüge sei es in die City oder sonst. Die Courtyard Zimmer sind ruhig, gross, sauber, es hat eine Kaffeemaschine und eine gut ruhig laufende Klimaanlage - Heizung. Fragen betr. Ausfüge und Verkehrsmittel gab der freundliche Concierge beste Auskünfte und Tipps.

Dieses Hotel liegt in optimaler Lage. Guter Service. In der Nacht etwas laut. Ist aber für einen Kurzaufenthal ideal.

tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht, genügend Parkplätze (kostenfplichtig), freundliches Personal, grosse und gemütliche Zimmer.

Das Hotel Radisson ist optimal gelegen. Erstens direkt an der Fishermen's Warf und zweitens ist das Zentral problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar.

This hotel needs some major improvements, especially new windows and insulation. This was the noisiest place that I have ever stayed. The sound level was so tremendous that it sounded as if someone were dragging a metal dumpster down the street when an electric bus went past the hotel. Yikes!!!! There were some people on the street in the middle of […] the night and we could hear every word they said. Not cool. My recommendation is do not stay at this hotel if you want to sleep. Mehr

Everthing was great and an outstanding location if you want to be where the action is on the wharf. Very close to Pier 39 and trolley line. Don't need a car. Use the shuttle from and to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't stay any other place if we went to San Francisco again

Very busy hotel with prime location - if you want to stay at the Pier - this is it. If you want quiet luxury - look elsewhere.

we were on the go and had a wonderful experience staying at the Radisson.

Hotel staff was incredibly helpful with getting us a bigger room and rollaway for the 5 of us. Rooms recently remodeled- very nice. The location couldn't have been better. We parked the car and walked or took a bus to everything we wanted to do. The kids had a great time. If you want to go to Alcatraz get tickets ahead of time.

The location is excellent but they need to do more updates to the property to bring it up to current standards. The price we paid doesn't match the accomodations we expected. The elevators were small and very old. Need to get rid of the sleep number beds. Very uncomfortable and our kids bed didn't even work. The parking charges were outrageous! You […] would think that if you pay so much for a hotel then the parking should be reduced or free! Plus the hotel charges a tax for parking!! Also we used the phone to order a pizza and was charged for a local call. The front desk said that was hotel standard! If you book them be sure to add about 50% to what you thought you might spend as they charge for everything! Lastly, when you walk into the lobby you should feel welcome. The porter at the door was the only one to greet me. When I got to the front desk the lady acted like I was bothering her. She took my info,gave me my key, and sent me on my way. No welcome, any info about the hotel, fees I may be charged,etc... Bottom line...needs better customer service and more hotel updates. This will be my last visit to this property. Mehr

The hotel had a really good location. Public transit was easily available. The only down side was that the knowledge of the concierges was really poor. They did not know anything about local restaurants and while giving us directions to the Exploratorium they failed to tell us it was closed Mondays.

Close to Fisherman's Wharf and public transportation. We had a room with a view of the bay and Alcatraz. Handicapped facilities were very comfortable.

Exactly as labeled. We checked in late (midnight) and the staff was very accommodating. Everything was excellent. No glitches.

The Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf has a great location with associated every-day type restaurants around the entire block. More upscale restaurants are located within an easy walk. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the outdoor heated pool was great fun.

Stayed here for my 5th wedding anniversary. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. But there are a ton of other hotels near by that would probably have been much better. Our room was so small it reminded us of a cruise ship. The bed was horrific and the pillows were so flat they might as well have not been there. Also, our room was basically […] in the middle of a parking lot - there was a car parked 4 feet from our room window! And they were doing construction down the hall from us. We had to walk through it to get to the elevator. Not very safe considering we had our 14-month old with us! And the ice machine room had a pair of woman's underwear on the floor all three days we stayed there. No one picked it up! And the hotel concierge didn't seem to know the area at all. The customer service was completely lacking. We will never stay here ever again nor at any other Radisson. My husband teased me the whole time that I picked the "ghetto" hotel. This hotel is perfect located due to access to the most well known atractions in San Francisco. The standard of the hotel is a bit lower than a five star, but if you just are looking for somewhere to sleep, this is the better place to stay.

The hotel locatIon is great but it is too noisy. Try to get rooms on the non- street side.

Location, location, location! Everything else was great too!

Perfect location and outstanding staff. Evan from Arizona helped us check-in and he was probably the most friendly hotel staff that I have ever come across. I can't say enough nice things about him and the staff in general. We were upgraded to a corner bay-view room which was beautiful. Will definitely be back. Thank you Evan!

I liked how the lobby looks but there are a few things I dont like. 1. The fact that you need to pay every Night to back at that hotel 2. That you have to pay for food in the mornings, 3. That I found someone else's buggers on the night stand. 4. There communication with staff members weren't the best but responded very fast. 5. The sleep number beds […] that they had probably haven't been serviced recently. Beds weren't working correctly. I like the location of the hotel next to food and the wharf, Which was a plus. Mehr

Room was dirty.

Good service and convenient to Alcatraz attraction. Overall hotel room is clean however I was there for 2 nights and can smell vomit in my room!

the room was incredibly noisy from the street below,. the front desk clerk who checked us in was wonderful!! She shared my excitement at being in San Fransisco and made it even better!

This was the best place to stay it was not only clean and comforting but it was so convenient and close to the pier and shops. Great place to stay I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Much better than I had expected! It was a great stay with very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place if you're planning on spending any time around Fisherman's Wharf - Pier 39, or to see Alcatraz Island.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Fishermans Wharf. Unfortunately the hotel is under going major renovations and remodeling.at the moment. Facilities were not as neat and clean as I am sure they are usually. Also a pet peeve of mine is not having an easy chair in a hotel room. Meaning the only place to relax is on the bed or in a desk chair. […] Hate that! Mehr

My new husband and I stayed for one night in our comfortable sleep number beds. Everything was great. However, I got sick with a cold and we decided to stay in and watch a movie on the nice flatscreen. I felt a little robbed but really wanted to watch a good movie since there was nothing else to do. They charged us 17.99 to rent a new release. I could […] have bought the DVD for that much. The words did not match the actors (at first) and we could not pause or rewind the movie. The hotel was under construction so the elevator to the 3rd floor was not open to guests. However, it was accessable, guests just could not use it. Good location - close to Pier 39.

GREAT LOCATION..FRIENDLY STAFF..KIDS LOVED THE HEATED POOL AND FIRE PIT..

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The proximity to Fisherman's Wharf was perfect. Rooms were good and clean. They were doing a renovation while we were there, and I'd like to go back on my next visit to see the updates.
