Walked in the room and it was very musky and had to use some air freshener. Checked the sheets for cleanliness and found hair on them. Closed the door to sit on the toilet and found the floor filthy behind it.

very much improved well carpet was the only bad thing but it was a goo d place to stay better than i thought it was going to be

Only stayed one night. Got woke up at 2:00 am with folks rambling around outside and talking loud. The air was irritating because it would not stay on. Kept cutting on and off. Sign out front said RAM, the rest of it was out.

Everything was very good as Motels go. BUT, I left the power cord for my laptop there by mistake when i checked out and i never heard from them as to the status of my property. Seems like they could ask me if i wanted it mailed to me or something. Just ignoring this upsets me. I would have paid to have it mailed to me.

First room I was placed in the ac was broken. Second was fine but overall just a cheesy hotel on the verge of calling themselves a motel.

I liked the hotel and the people there were friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what I expected and I would definately stay there again if I visited....

For a 2-star hotel I would have to say it was ok. It's surrounded by businesses with access to major roads. As for the room, it's your average outside entrance hotel with a better bathroom area.

I only stayed about 12hours came in at 6pm and checked out the next day at 7:30am. For the price it was good but I didnt like the fact that it was like a motel setting, I'm used of being a hotel where you have to enter in and leave through a secured door. Since I was by myself I didnt feel safe since it was wide open. Breakfast was ok since I only eat […] oatmeal and fruit, they had Community coffee which was a plus. So if you are looking for a cheap place, short on cash, short stay and don't mind that Motel feel this is a good place. Plus it close to eatery. Mehr

The staff are really nice and they actually still have smoking rooms (a huge plus for a smoker). The rooms are really awful, though. They are dingy, outlets don't work and look really beat up.

Not the Ritz but for the money it was great. The people were nice and the breakfast was great for the price of the room. We enjoyed our stay.

The rate was good. Convience, cleanliness, service was outstanding. My choice in the future.

Great Value / Great Location plus continental breakfast.

We chose this hotel based on the rate and customer comments. We arrived around midnight, delayed because of our toddler becoming ill in the car along the way. After cleaning up both toddler and car seat, we were ready for a much needed shower. We got settled in our room and the first one in the shower instantly discovered a stopped up shower drain. […] With patience wearing thin because of our tiresome trip, I politely told the hotel desk clerk about the shower drain and said that the situation was unacceptable. She politely asked if she could offer us another room just a few doors down; I accepted (if it hadn't been so late, I would have declined). Our new room had a slow drain but not completely clogged; the sink faucet would only allow cold water to flow and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned very well. Otherwise, it was a modest but pleasant room with a comfortable bed and an air conditioner that worked well. Since we were only spending time in our room to sleep, we kept the reservation for the 2nd night as well. The bathroom floor was cleaned without us having to specifically request it and the room was tidied nicely. Unfortunately, a bad first impression is hard to forget. Mehr

I was very dissatisfied with my stay I guess I was expecting to much to have some towels to dry our bodies off with and maybe some toilet tissue to wipe our bottoms with and then when I call the front desk I was told I would have to wait an hour til housekeeping got there. Never again.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable. They also have a nice free breakfast.

Liked the location & room conditions; however, the breakfast needed some type of meat (there was no bacon, sausage, etc.), & eggs (NOT the boiled ones it had).

Lafayette in summer is hot, and the poolside was very nice. Continental breakfast included boiled eggs, waffles and oatmeal as well as more typical food. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was working well. One night they failed to clean my room, but this was corrected when I got back to the room and brought it to management's attention. […] The hotel is located in a commercial area of Lafayette with restaurants, pharmacies and other hotels nearby. The room included a refrigerator and a microwave which were quite convenient. The price was right. Mehr

There was what appared to be shoe prints of dried blood on the bathroom floor, and wads of hair stuck to the wall of the shower. ... Need I say more?

the hotel was fine for the price and very convienant but, it was infested with baby roaches in the sink area.

We went to Lafayette for the Cycle Zydeco Bicycle Ride. The headquarters hotel was the Crowne Plaza right across the street from the Ramada, but cost $50. per night more. The Ramada was clean, efficient and the staff was very very helpful. A great place to stay for the money.

This hotel, was not that great but will serve its purpose. The rooms are not worth the money they charge. The parking lot I did not have any confort or peace about the parking lot. I thought my vehical was unsafe the entire time. The people who were staying there seamed pretty shallow. The employes were very friendly.

Needs some up-keep, but clearly under resoration. Bargain price, clean and comfortable

It was quite comfortable. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The only issue I had with it was there were leftover feces on the back of the toilet seat. They offered to come and clean it right away. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was close to everything I needed for a wedding I was attending that weekend. The only issue I had was that it was a "non smoking" room, but it reaked heavily of cigarette smoke. Luckily, I always carry a concentrated room spray because it was almost unbearable. there is no "deal" here - compering what we paid it's a fine hotel. staff is friendly and breakfast ok. bed is comfy. BUT - bathroom is small, stains on the toilet and sink, really bad condition. the motel is old but the room was clean. we noticed there were holes in the wool blanket, but didnt see any bedbugs. for the money you are paying it is worth […] it. but i would'nt pay a pennny more! not for spoiled ones. We checked-in in the middle of the night, and the lady on staff was actually really down to earth even though it was 3am. The room was pretty much as I expected, we were only planning on sleeping 3 or 4 hours so we didn't need much more than a bed and a shower. However, the exterior of the building was GHETTO and a bit scary. The interior of the room […] was quaint. I'd call it “tidied up” rather than being "clean". There was make-up smeared in the sink that I easily wiped off, telling me that no one even took the time to spray down the sink area while preparing the room for me. The fitness facility was adorable; it had two treadmills, an elliptical, and a bow-flex-like apparatus. It was decorated like a low budget Mom & Pop restaurant. You know, the ones that all seem to have sticky plastic table cloths. Not to say this was a horrible place to stay. It provided us exactly what we needed for the situation, but next time I’m going to take my chances at a different place. Mehr

Extremly good stay rooms were clean as well as the bathroom and the lobby . V good warm breakfast that was being served on the house. The employees were greatttttt very friendly and nice always smiling.

This hotel was very clean, had comfortable beds, was quiet, and had a good breakfast. It is located close to the airport and had a shuttle. Actually, I think the shuttle was busy so an employee came to the airport in her own vehicle and picked us up within 5 minutes of calling. That's service!! There are a lot of restaurants nearby and other services […] that made the hotel very convenient. Mehr

This hotel is old, but remodeled. I am 42 and stayed there when I was 16. The staff was nice and helpful, but it was a bit irritating since they were on the internet every time I wanted to use the Business Center (though they would immediately get up and offer it to me). I felt as if I was messing up their game or their traffic on Facebook. Other […] than that, not too bad. Don't expect any frills though. Mehr
