Liegt zentral in dem ursprünglichen Ort Bethel. Große Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Gutes Frühstücksbüffett

Super Hotelanlage. Nur die Rezeption war schwer zu finden. Kleiner Tipp, sie liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße.

The family-run inn is very clean with large rooms and all comfort you would need (You could even do your laundry there). The location is great if you are looking for some nature and a quite surrounding around your hotel. The breakfast was good (good coffee, buns, muffins, fruits, cereals etc.) and included. Only the room was a bit dark (Small window), otherwise a good place to stay I think.

"Simple but friendly"
I interacted with two desk clerks and they were VERY accommodating and friendly. The room is nothing to get excited about but it was spacious enough and has a flat screen TV if you like that sort of thing. Large Rooms, Basic ammenities, Indoor pool was nice, by a river, quaint little town, convenient, A bar and a restraunt right next door, large rooms, nice staff, no breakfast (only coffee).

"Royalty Inn ???"
I could hear the people in the neighboring rooms breath the walls were so thin. The lights hanging from the stained ceiling looked like they would fall at any time due to the rust! Will not stay there by choice again.
"Rip Off"
Our experience in this motel was awful. We spent 4 nights in the New England Sates and this was the most expensive and the worse place we stayed. The walls are paper thin and the room was vintage 1970. The attached restaurant - Thanksgiving was terrible. The service was poor and the food was awful.
"Clean and Affordable"
The rooms were very clean and in good condition. This was the only place we could find in the area that was in our budget, and we were not disappointed.
Comfortable room with the ex ception that people with motorcycles would start their vehicles at 5AM and let them idle for 30 or more minutes before leaving, no late sleeping in there. Have stayed there before and that seems like it is the norm, maybe they should inform those guest to be a little more quiet leaving so early in the AM.

Not satisfied at all. Room was at all not what I expected. Internet showed the rooms so much nicer and cleaner. Had an old/moldy smell to it. I actually think the bathroom was cleaner than the room. Rug was outdated and icky. Room could have been set up much differently. Table/chairs in front of the window and the bed moved over. Furniture was very […] cheap and old. Def needs updating. Staff was uncooperative. I called down for an extra pillow and blanket, they told me I could come get it myself. When I got there, their was no-one to be found and my blanket and pillow were waiting on a chair. Not personable at all. Area of the town was just ok. But to far from Conway, at least an hour drive. However the drive was a beautiful scenic route and we were able to see moose and bear. Will spend the extra money for a more upscale hotel, closer to everything, and be comfortable and clean. Mehr

"Nice place and affordable"
It's always nice to find someplace that is reasonably that is clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to my friends. Keep up the great work!
Everything was good for a one night stay, except the pool closed way to early.

"Royalty Inn , Gorham"
To us this was an ordinary motel .We stayed 2 nights as we wanted somewhere close to the White Mountains. We had a ground floor room which was on the small side and not particularly comfortable Walls appeared thin and consequently it can get noisy. The associated Restaurant next door andadvertised outside the motel is set to re-open in November ,2010. […] Coffee was available in the lobby of the motel .Breakfast place close by . 1 or 2 places to eat within very short walk otherwise need to drive to other end of Gorham . Mehr

Not much to say - it was a standard hotel room. Clean and nice, but nothing fancy.
