Beautiful hotel! Love the modern decor. Staff was very friendly, courteous. Room was spotless. Bed was to-die-for comfy! Bathroom was spotless. Loved that they had a Starbucks on site. I had a my dog with me and walked her at the small park right across the street. Bahama Breeze (restaurant) was within walking distance. Ate dinner there on a very busy […] Friday night - the wait was 90 minutes. We lucked out and found a spot in the bar. It was loud but it was late and we were tired - so we didn't mind. Food was decent. Convenient to the Tampa airport, International Plaza, and Westshore Mall. We went to downtown St. Pete which was a 20-30 minute drive. The weather was overcast but there was a small beach on the hotel property and it looked like you could rent small boats and jet skis. I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

Hotel was great! Location nice. On site restaurant service was slow and food not worth the wait. Starbucks closes way too early!!

Can't think of anything negative about this hotel, everything was good. Rooms clean and fresh. Central AC. Very comfortable bed. Nice staff. Just watch out for bad 5pm traffic on Campbell causeway.

The rooms were very nice, it was great to have a Starbucks in the lobby, the outdoor seating was great, the little "private beach" was nice enough, but it's still missing the ambiance and convenience of an outdoor pool. There's just no reason that a nice hotel in hot and humid Florida shouldn't have an outdoor pool for people to cool off in. The hotel […] is RIGHT next to the highway and airport, which is wonderfully convenient, however, doesn't lend itself to making you feel like you're on vacation. A tropical outdoor pool setting would help tremendously with that. Mehr

It was disappointing to be forced to valet my van even though there were many parking spots that were too small to fit into. There should be more normal sized parking spots. Also, providing in-room coffee for one cup is unexpected and cheap feeling. Regardless of it being starbucks there should always be enough for two. Also, Internet should be free. […] We've stayed in many hotels better and worse than this and in most cases the service is free or covered in the resort fee. I like good clean hotels, but I hate feeling like I'm being nickeled and dimed. Mehr

This hotel fulfilled everything promised. Clean comfortable, and the "heavenly bed" and "heavenly shower" were nice. "Seperate tub" was standard... nothing to write home about...

I would go back and stay again for no reason at all other than just to stay at this beautiful place.The veiws are great and the room was beautiful.The bathroom was ( WOW )

Our stay at this hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was really nice with a roomy shower. The thing to be aware of is that they do offer WIFI service, but they chanrge you $9.95/day per IP Address. That means that if you wanted to link up your iPad, Laptop, and your Smartphone devices, you would be charged $9.95/day […] per device. That can get expensive quick. Two nights in a row I had nothing on my bed besides one sheet. Night one I turned up the heat and dealt with it assuming that the mistake would be remedied the next day. The next night, when I returned to my room there was still no duvet or blanket. Mind you, I was not asking for an extra blanket, I was asking for them to remedy a mistake where I had […] none to begin with. I called to let them know and request one and after 30 minutes they had someone come CHECK to see if I was lying. And then it took them another 45 minutes to bring something. This resulted in me only getting 5 hours of sleep and I was there for business so it really effected my day. If you're going to stay at a nice hotel, you shouldn't have to fight to get a blanket. We met family here for a dinner on a special occasion. The service was outstanding and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the special atmosphere of the Aquos Restaurant

The room was clean and modern and had a wonderful bed. The staff was top notch and the water view was great.

Enjoyed the East wing, great view. Boat rental and jet ski right at your feet. Dinning facility great (in house). We will return.

From the first greeting we were hooked on the staff who are positive and professional. If it was my business and I'd give them all a raise. The room was immaculate—which is rare and a nice surprise. The all white bedding let's you see exactly what is and ISN'T in bed with you. We were just there overnight so can't comment on things like the beach (though […] the boats do come to shore in the same place you swim). The breakfast in Aqua is pricey but the food and service were good. And for those who love their Starbucks: The in-hotel cafe is the real thing, not just their brand of coffee. So overall, this hotel rates high, especially since cleanliness and staff are most important to us. We travel mainly for business and comfort is a basic essential. Mehr

My husband and I recently stayed at the Westin for his bday weekend and its a perfect place to stay. The mall is 5 min away , Busch gardens is 15-20 min away and we can head over to clearwater beach too! I love this hotel and will continue to book it for our Tampa getaways. Oh and they have a Starbucks!!

Everything was fine. The front desk person was extremely nice and helpful.

Room was great. Clean. Lots of amenities. But no outdoor pool in Florida? "Private Beach" was not really a beach. A lot of boats pulled up which made it not appealing to go for a swim.

Great hotel. Here are the drawbacks. The only pool is inside... The private beach is right next to the highway ao there is constant noise. Other than that the rooms are awesome. Very clean and a very comfortable bed. I would stay there again.

The Hotel was located on the side of a busy highways. The staff was less than friendly. Restaurant was overpriced and the service took forever. Service was not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel, and we had to call front desk twice to have someone clean our room. The so described "private beach" was tiny and anything but private. Anyone had access […] to the beach and at some point the hotel guests had to leave as an unruly crowd of what looked like local gang members dominated the beach. Would not stay there again! Mehr

My wife and I started our weekend stay with me leaving my new iPad at the front desk after check-in and heading to our room. I called down when I realized it was missing and they promptly brought it to my room. We were therefore impressed with their honesty. My stay was 5star.. Everything about my stay was top notch. From the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out. Clean, beautiful, great customer service & i will highly recomend it to others.

Room was really nice and clean...Would recommend to someone else and we will definitely stay here again when in the Tampa area....

This hotel is not only new and beautiful, they have a great seafood restaurant on premisis, a starbucks, a great gym/pool and also a private beach area with jetski and boat rentals availble. It's also only about 5 minutes from the airport and all kinds of things to do in Tampa.

This HOTEL is stunning and so is the service!! We booked a junior suite and due to a large number of bookings, we were upgraded a larger suite that had beautiful amenities and a beautiful view!! Aquaknoxx serves great cocktails and a great brunch as well. the indoor pool was so nice being that it was 47 outside!! LOCATION is a 10!! international plaza […] mall was 5-7 minutes away and airport was 1-2 minutes away!! I will be booking again VERYSOON! Mehr

The entire hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The kids loved the view of the water and airport (could not hear the planes at all).

The hotel was perfect. It was very clean, modern and everything we thought we were paying for.

What you would expect from a Westin. Staff accommodating when we requested a bayview room. Dissapointed the wifi connection came with a daily fee. Other wise GREAT for the price.

Will stay here when in Tampa from now on.

Only minutes from the airport but it felt a world away in my room. Beautifully appointed and the view from my window was spectacular. There on business but it felt like vacation drinking in the endless blue water.

This hotel is well worth the money.. There is not only an airport shuttle, but it is also a courtesy shuttle... It took us to all of the restaurants and nearby malls for free for all of the four days that we were there.. The hotel and view were gorgeous, and the staff was more than accommodating.. The restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel made EVERYTHING […] easier... Awesome!! Mehr
