Rooms reeked of smoke. The couch was totally disgusting as were the carpeted floors. If this place was new it would be perfect. Air conditioning was only good in the main area and did not filter into the bedroom which was pretty bad. The pool was very nice as were the grounds. Rooms were good, staff was pleasent. There's a nice pool area with a small bar service. Quiet hours are supposed to start at 10, but apparently guests don't like to respect that rule. I made 3 calls to the front desk to get the party outside my door stopped, but the partying guests didn't listen. Finally at 11:30, the party broke up after enough people […] complained. The pictures on the internet look nothing like the hotel itself. The room was a non smoking room that smelled like there had just been a big party with people drinking and smoking. The Motel seem to run well,and everything was in order.Very nice staff.

Hotel was close to many restaurants, and freeway close to all Phoenix area activities. We particularly liked the Taco Tote restaurant just down the street. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, and well stocked.

Was clean and a decent hotel. Close to I60 thats was a plus. But tv only had 2 channels did not like that at all.

This was my second time staying there. The rooms are clean and the customer service was great. The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful (even though was working New Year's Eve lol). The only problem I had was that I was charged twice by accident, but when I called the hotel about it they were very helpful in fixing the transaction. the room was okay, needs some upgrading. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. We left our room about noon the first day and when we returned that night found the room in the same condition as when we left. The bed had not been made and the dirty towels still on the bathroom floor, We went down to the lobby and they said we had left the do not […] disturb sign on so it hadn;t been serviced (not true, we made a point of removing the sign before left). We were given some pool towels and told "Merry Christmas" !. The neighborhood appeared to be fairly safe, although we did have someone in the parking lot watching people coming and going the first day. We alerted the desk and never saw that person again. I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We didn't check in till about 1 in the morning and the toilet wasn't working, there were fake eye lashes stuck to the lamp between the beds and the front desk was rude. We switched rooms but it ended up being all open the bedroom, dining and kitchen area in one room. The air conditioner was loud and […] you could hear the traffic. Had no problems. Was pet friendly which is what we needed. Plenty of parking. Very nice continental breakfast.

the room set up was great but the ac was in the liveing room only no ac in the bed room so the bed room was not as cool as the living room

enjoyed my stay thanks to all the staff

The Hotel room was more than we expected; it was roomy and we loved the kitchenette. We were disappointed at the cleanliness of the carpets as our son's feet were very dirty from walking barefoot.

Not the Hilton, but if you want a clean place to stay for cheap - this is it. Free breakfast in the morning hit the spot.

Overall is was great rooms are awesome and real friendly environment

Nice hotel if you're looking for a nice but inexpensive place to stay. My only complaint really is about the TV, in which the channels were not clear and didn't have a lot of channels to choose from.

The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. The pools were nice and well kept.

Suite was smaller than expected, one large room separeted into "areas". It was enough room for our 2 day stay, but have been to other Inns and Suites in the area that had actual rooms. Very conveniently located, easy access to I60. Clean and Quiet. Beds and feather pillows very comfortable. :)

This was one of the less expensive motels I could find.It was a two room suite with a kitchenette. The rooms were small and combined they were only equal to a good sized single hotel room. Each room had its own TV and the kitchen had a full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The free internet connection was convenient but slow. Don't expect to […] stream video. There was no telephone in the room. I called the front desk. Staff said they would report it to maintenence on Monday. I was there on Saturday.

Not the best place to stay, if I had to do over all would not stay here.

This hotel was posted as 2 1/2 stars, it wasn't even a two star. The first night we got there, we were about to go to bed and the sheets were dirty, there was make up and food on one bed, and hair under the sheets in the other bed. I remember when my grandparents used to get a little two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living room rental at this location, over a decade ago, at the Quality Inn and Suites on Country Club and the I-60 in Mesa. They have done disgusting amounts of travelling throughout life, and they always came to this place to stay, as the kitchen and living […] room areas really made for a nice, homey feel. Well, ten years later, I must say that not much has changed! The rooms are equipped with stoves, full sized fridge and freezer units, and microwaves - and I was in the ECONOMY studio suite that claimed to only have a "kitchenette"! Honestly, it is an old hotel, and they have yet to do the billion-dollar face lift on the property, but for those of you who have no qualms with staying in an aged but well-kept, clean, cozy, homey, low-key, and welcoming little nook in a typical south-central Mesa neighborhood, then this place is by far the best value and experience for you to choose!!! Seriously, after spending much of the night working on my laptop - because of the free wI-fi Quality Inn and Suites hooks up for their guests - I did not want to drag my sorry butt down to the free continental breakfast, but made myself go anyways - hey! It's free food. And beggars cannot be choosers, so I resolved to take advantage of the free bagel and cold coffee that they must have set out, like, 4 hours ag----!?!!?! Wait!....Wait. . . . . . .? I chose this hotel because it was in a familiar neighborhood and the outside looked inviting. I was so surprised when I went into my room! It was much, much more than I'd ever expected for the money. I was awakened in the middle of the night by a man pounding on a neighbors door and screaming obscenities. The management clained to be unaware of the disruption. The entry door to unit stuck and had to shoved very hard to open.

Hotel is a dump. Rooms are worn out. Looks good from the street. Room clerks lie to guest. No way would we ever stay at this or any other "Quality" Inn. Dirty!

This Quality Inn was just one overnight stay, with our children. We had two rooms, next to each other. We were attending the water park nearby for one of my daughter's birthday. The rooms were very nice and quiet! The beds were also very good, with them being just right in the soft/hard category!! We slept very well. The only downfall would have been that the room devoted more space to the kitchen and not the bathroom. It was hard to move around and to have both of us in there at the same time...forget it. We stayed just one night to go to Sunsplash which was within walking distance. Great location, restaurants are close and right near the freeway. The room was clean, the check in was fast and friendly, the breakfast was great and saved us money by not buying breakfast. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to others.

Great price for the Memorial Day weekend. Pretty clean but older rooms. I had the king suite. Big new king size bed. Fold out couch incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. Felt like it forced you to lean forward. Good shower. Bathroom door was repaired and the overhead fan didn't work. Biggest issue was no air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Took over […] 2 hours at full blast for the AC unit to cool off the other room, and that's with a box fan borrowed from the front desk. Didn't use the kitchen other than the coffee maker and the fridge. The service staff was good. Worst part about the hotel is the location. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but I didn't have any major issues. Overall, it was a great rate and a semi-decent room. Mehr
