Hotel Napoleon - Paris

Excellent overall A warm welcome rather unusual in Paris

The superior room was not acceptable for more then a one night stay. There was no dresser or shelves anywhere, so we were unable to unpack our clothes. We had to upgrade to a much more expensive room.

Absolutely wonderful hotel!! Very clean, helpful staff and the location is superb. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!

The whole venue is very nice, very comfortable, extremely well located and the people at front desk spoke at least 4 languages including my own, so I didn't have any trouble at all. The points to improve was the heating control (it was hot sometimes) and the internet free to all the rooms, cause in my room the signal was strong but it supposedly not […] be in every room and then you have to pay. But I received free internet so it was a blessing. Mehr

The Napoleon was a last minute choice. What a nice surprise. We found the location, the reception area, the elevator, the common areas (we stayed on the 3rd floor), and the room exceptional. The few steps to the Arc de Triump

excellent hotel very well located close to Champs Elysees and all metro lines, very good services, as a Napoleon fan it was great to see the deco and all the paints.Charming place to rest and see Paris.

Spacious rooms, clean and confortable. But most Importantly, very polight and helpful staff. Only minus is that they still charge for internet.

We had a good experience especially given the turbulent political atmosphere of Paris during our stay.

This delightful hotel made a super home base from which to explore Paris. Located within steps of the Arc de Triumphe AND the metro...not to mention an easy walk to all of central Paris. While the slightly faded details in decor may put off some travelers...it would be a huge mistake! The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff truly bent […] over backwards to help us in any way they could, including getting a room ready for us for early check in as our arrival was early morning. We had no A/c inside the bedroom while in the living room we had one , the explanation from the reception was that in France the rule was not to have A/c in the bedroom !!!!!! No TV channels because of DIsh problem.!!!! Cleaning of the room will not be completed before 4 or 5pm!!

The hotel location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was small, shabby and not at all what I would have expected for the price. There was inadequate space for luggage and limited wardrobe space. The room and bathroom were in poor decorative order. The hotel bar, lobby etc are very nice but we certainly would […] not recommend the hotel if you are staying in a twin room. The expression 'no room to swing a cat' springs to mind. Though the rooms are small like other Paris hotels, the Hotel Napoleon was nicely appointed and comfortable. The shower was a real highlight with a rain-style showerhead, great pressure and heat. Location is another strong point, the hotel is within steps of the Arc de Triomphe Metro/RER station and just as close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées; […] you are in the thick of it all. Regular rooms are sufficient but the junior suites are the best

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - it was a lovely hotel in a great area. The staff was very helpful and accomodating and all in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spotted this hotel in a Summit brochure. Best thing about the hotel is its location, a minute's walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated internally with lots of character. The room was lovely and the only grip was the bed could've been a little more comfy and I couldn't get BBCWorld on the hotel tv despite it supposed […] to be available! I would go back even if its a tad pricey. Mehr

Springtime in Paris was made all the more enjoyable with our stay at the Napoleon Hotel. We arrived about an hour and 1/2 ahead of checkin time, and instead of having us wait for our rooms to be cleaned, the manager put us in the Josephine suite (a one bedroom apartment with a pull out bed, two full baths and mini-balcony), and then upgraded us to executive […] suites for the remainder of our stay (6 nights!). It was wonderful to have the extra room - nice size closet and very nice bathroom, and allvery clean. The location was literally across the street from the Arc de Triomphe, and a short block from the Champs-Elysees, and less than a 1/2 block away from Chas de Gaulle Etoile metro and RER stops. Perfect for us as we were on and off the trains the whole trip. There is a sports bar around the corner (toward Ave de Wagram) and several nice restaurants on de Wagram (Chez Clement and Hippopotamus) - about three blocks away. The concierges were very nice and provided recommendations and made reservations for us whenever we asked. I won't forget this trip anytime soon, largely because we looked forward to coming back to the hotel after very full days of experiencing the sights, sounds and food of Paris. Mehr

En el bar del hotel un pesimo servicio........

역사가 오래됐는지 택시 기사들도 잘 알고 있구요, 파리의 다른 호텔들처럼 방이 작지만 알차고 욕실은 넓어서 숙박하기엔 편안했습니다. 직원들도 친절하구요. 컨시어지 서비스가 만족스럽습니다. 청소도 매일 아주 깨끗하게 해주구요. 다만 욕실의 물 수압이 낮아 샤워할 때 아주 불편한 점이 있으니 감안하시구요. 가격 대비 적절한 선택이라고 볼 수 있습니다.

着いた時のフロントの男性が感じ悪く、パスポートのコピーを取られたのも初めてで、嫌な感じでしたが、他のスタッフは親切でしたし、部屋は清潔で、可愛い感じでした。ロケーションが良く、シャンゼリゼ通りも、凱旋門も歩いてすぐですし、朝食はとても美味しかったです。夫婦で泊まったのに、バスローブが一枚しか用意されていなかったのが解せませんでした。聞いてみればよかった、、、。パリのほかの４つ星にも泊まりましたが、値段の差もありますが、ナポレオンホテルの方が、４つ星として納得です。

初めてのフランス旅行ということで、立地を最優先に考えナポレオンホテルに決めました。 お陰様で不便な思いすることなくパリの街を満喫出来ました。以下良かった所です。 ・地下鉄の駅もすぐ近くであり、交通手段に困らない。また、空港からのエールフランスバスのバス停もすぐそばにあり便利。 ・凱旋門のすぐそばなので、凱旋門まで行けばホテルに帰れるという安心感があった。 ・ルイヴィトンの本店が歩いて5分のところにある。 ・ホテルスタッフが非常にフレンドリー。僕の拙い英語にも一生懸命理解しようとしてくれて、すごくやさしくしてくれました。 残念なところ。 インターネット接続が有料。（ま、一時間7ユーロ払えば良いだけなんすけど・・。） 部屋の内装も当然にきれいで、大満足なホテルでした。 僕みたいなフランス初心 […] 者の人に自信を持ってお薦め致します。 私も再度フランス行くならば、ナポレオンさんにします。 旅の良い思い出をありがとうございました。 Mehr

Hotel napoleon. Een uitstekend zakenhotel.Uitstekende bediening. gelegen bij het centrum van Parijs.

Una gran ubicación a una cuadra del Arco del Triunfo y Champs Elysées. Un exccelente hotel, comodísimo. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, pero es París, así que están dentro de lo normal. Tienen un buen buffet para el desayuno y la atención es muy buena. El único detalle es que te ofrece sesenta y tantos canales en la televisión en varios idiomas y […] hasta aparecen en un menú, sin embargo, sólo se puedne ver 5 canales en francés, así que no parece muy adecuado que ofrezcan algo que no te van a dar. Excepto eso todo muy bien. Vale lo que cuesta. Mehr

4 gecelik Paris tatilimizde bize ilk sürprizi Napoleon Otel yaptı ve evliliğimiz şerefine odamıza güzel bir not ile şampanya gönderdi. Aynı zamanda personel bizi çok sıcak karşıladı. Otel mevkii olarak champ elysee ye çok yakın ve her yere ulaşım çok kolay. Tavsiye ederim...
