The hotel is in the perfect spot. Right off the freeway, by fast food if you eat it, there are stores all over and the rooms are fairly a decent size. Beds are comfortable and they have an arcade for kids to play in! Because of the area, dont be surprised to see ppl who aren't professional, and professional is the only proper word i could think of to […] use so i dont offend anyone. But even tho they arent professional, i have never had a problem anytime ive stayed here. The only thing i didnt like is that the pool only stayed open for kids til 10pm and 11pm for adults. even with adult supervision, the kids still cant be in there. but all around i think you be happy with this hotel. its clean, big, and the showers are nice too. :) Mehr

We had a late hour return flight. Upon hearing me tell my husband the hot tub was open for another 1/2 hour, the desk clerk offered to allow us in after hours if we wanted. We had excellent service both stays (night prior to outgoing flight & night of return flight). Would definitely stay again as it is close to the airport.

Eveb though they saw i had my boyfriend with me, two of the security guards had to flirt with me. One even gave me flowers in front of my boyfriend.

Friendly staff both at checkin and check out. We had an early flight and they volunteered a room away from other guests to allow us an early evening. Would definately stay again.

We stayed at this hotel on a Friday night. The pictures on the hotel webstite do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The pool was warm, but had ants floating in it. Also, the pool hours that are posted were not followed by the staff. Do not expect to use hotel facilites except for the room you booked. It is in your best interest to look elsewhere […] and spend an additional 10 to 20 bucks and stay a hotel with "QUALITY" service. Keep looking..... Mehr

The hotel wasn't too bad at all. The elevator did break for awhile and the room across from us was a loud party and reeked of weed into the hallway.

Not a bad hotel, but for the money I would have expected more.

This was the best hotel stay I've ever had, the room was very comfortable and relaxing. Like how the room is set off to the back with the small den setting on walk in, more like a home feel to me. I will definetly be back for a stay and will have others with me. Thanks! :-)

I loved the suite layout having a bedroom area and living room area worked out so well. Great location, close to the airport, and amazing places to eat. Was there for a music festival at Alpine Valley Theatre. 30 minute drive seemed like nothing when 24 hour restauants awaited us by the hotel. When we arrived at the Quality Inn, not only did our room have a terrible smell in it. But, as we opened the door, the door jam broke. We were not able to close our door. The Desk Clerk changed our room. The next room was not clean at all and the whirlpool tub was in aweful condition. Then my husband and I went down stairs to the pool area. The hot […] tub was not fully working. When we asked the Desk Clerk, she said that only a couple of the jets were working. Crummy.....to say the least! Mehr

We stayed one night at this hotel and decided to go swimming the next morning before check out. We went down to the pool room and there were no towels so we asked the girl at the front desk who told us "towels would be brought in in 2-3 minutes". We went swimming for 20 minutes and towels still hadn't been brought in. It was at this time that we found […] out from the other couple in the pool that they asked for towels prior to soming in too and were told the same thing and they had been in the pool prior to us coming down. So my girlfriend went out to the front desk soaking wet to inquire about the towel situation. It was at this time that the girl at the front desk informed her that the towels still weren't out of the laundry. So according to her NONE of the hotels pool towels were clean which is something I can't believe since the pool had been closed for 10 hours over the nighttime. Needless to say I will never go back to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Mehr

I was a little surprised at the bench seat to a van sitting in the entry as you walk in. but that kind of set the stage for condition of carpets in halls, thread bare, room was clean the air-conditioning was not so hot,one unit in the bedroom and had to run a fan to get to the front of the suite it did take a long time to cool the front of the suit […] down. I was staying during the heat wave. I had ask for extra coffee for my room since iam a coffee drinker, was told we dont have any but we keep coffee made in the lobby all the time, wow what a trek that is since my room is on the 4th at the very end of the hallway, ok I walked to get coffee and guess what no cups. I ask for some cups Oh we only have the cups out durning the free breakfast. That was the first night. The breakfast on sunday was great. but come monday when very few rooms where booked well slim pickings. I had to ask for maid service, then it took 4 hours to get that maid service. Mehr

I was very impressed at the quality of the room for the price. It was inexpensive, but very spacious, lots of amenities, and the breakfast surpassed all expectations.

Super friendly staff, very clean, excellent breakfast, $5 shuttle to Summerfest...!!!!!!!

Just a few minor things about the hotel when we stayed there. Hot tub wasn't working well & ended up being closed up while we were there. The phones weren't working at all but they fixed it the next morning. However the rooms were very clean & very quiet. There was a Quinceanera going on one night while we were there & we couldn't hear it at all. Staff […] was very friendly. Mehr

Tried calling the front desk but the phone didn't work. We went to the front desk to see if they had a TV guide and they said no so it was just flip through the channels. The refrigerator in the room was totally iced up and the room smelled smokey altho it was a non smoking room.
