My overall stay @ the hotel was good..the tv and cable did not have a very good connection so yhe cable was fuzzy. Overall it was nice

For the price i was very surprised. I was unaware of the deals that could. E obtained using my iPhone app. With a little effort beat all other hotels where I've stayed.

Ryan in the front desk was very helpful.....but the bathtub need to be cleaned they moved us twice cus both bathtubs were dirty....

Worst stay ever book my room through hotels com just want to say I have nothing bad to say bout hotels com but terrible things about clarion hotel first the check in was 4 pm which is stupud ive never had that late of a check in I told them I work Nights a nd asked if I could check in early and the supervisor would not accommodate that so I sleeped […] in my car allday ive stayed at flea bag hotels with better service we also we nt to Disneyland the next day and when I got back to the hotel they charged fifty dollars to park two cars after there ad said free parking save your money stay at a motel 6 its cheaper and better service and you get the room for more than 12 hours Mehr

It truly sucked especially customer service please do not trust everything

The place needs to be updated but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was extra spacious too! The location was great and not too far from the Disneyland Resort.

You get what you pay for. Don't believe the hype about the wi-fi. You actually have to plug in your computer, don't plan on using your tablet. The personnel there leave MUCH to be desired. You can tell they do not like working there because they do not try to help you, in fact they walk away as you stand at the counter.

Smelled bad and was very gross. The bathroom in our room was so tiny you could barely move in it and the shower was not cleaned recently at all. People in lobby weren't very friendly.

The room was comfortable, but the staff had issues. I requested pillows, was told they were being washed, then 2 hrs later had to call back and then was told they were out, lots of people at the hotel. 2nd day they took the dirty towels and wash cloths but did not replace the wash cloths, requested replacements never showed up. Restaurant SUCKED!!! […] They couldn't even cook the special correctly. Took 4 attempts before it was edible. The waitress was sweet and really tried, but the kitchen didn't care. Mehr

Can't be beat location, just steps from the convention center and a short walk to Disneyland; but property is really old and very poorly maintained. Next time I'll stay a little farther away but at least I'll be in a clean room. Avoid if you can.

The hotel was ok and close to Disney with a shuttle, however the front desk staff was very rude.

My family and I stayed at the Clarion Hotel and were very satisfied were the overall stay. The hotel was clean and in a great location...just walking distance from many great places to eat and close to Disneyland!!! Highly Recommend!!

Clean and quiet, but close to plenty of restaurants, shops and Disneyland.

WE SWITCHED OUR RES TO DISCOVERY INN AND SUITES TO BE WITH OUR FRIENDS ON NYE WHO ALSO HAD RES. EVERYTHING WAS QUICK AND EASY! THE FRONT DESK GUY (IDK IF HE OWNS IT) WAS ONE OF THE NICEST PPL IVE EVER MET! I WOULD COME BACK JUST BECAUSE OF HOW HE TREATED US!!! :)

Very nice hotel.

The room was OK, but rather noisy and we were put in a room for disabled. There were generators, or something similar, running all night. We were so tired that we managed to sleep. We had what appeared to be a shower for wheelchair access? There was no bathtub or actual shower stall; it had no edge to it so water ran over the entire floor. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Convention Center and because they do not charge for parking. Check in was pleasant and room was great for the price, however the mattresses are very hard. Maid service did not clean the rooms till after 2pm each day which was very inconvenient since that was the time we were taking a break from the […] convention. The major downside to this hotel is their lack of customer service. Not once did any staff person offer assistance, or ask if we needed anything or even say hello. When i did ask for a late checkout of 3pm on Sunday ( due to a late flight) I was told they could only give me an extra hour. Then she proceeded to lock us out of the room at 11am anyway ! As we were leaving, a family arrived from Canada. The airline had lost their luggage, so the father was inquiring as to where he could buy clothes. The girl at the desk told him to try Walmart and when he asked directions, she told him he would have to call a taxi and ask the driver. She didn't offer to call for him, or look up the closest store. The management should pay more attention to the lack of customer assistance. It will definitely keep me from staying there again. Mehr

We misplaced some documents when we checked in. Our problem was taken seriously and eventually ended up with the General Manager. What an outstanding gentleman! Our papers were located and everything else about our stay was great. This location is within three minutes of the convention center and is a great value for the price.

No free breakfast and coffee for guests in lobby, room too small .

This hotel is very conveniently located in Anaheim. The only complaint that I would have, and it's not really that big a deal, is that whenever anyone takes a shower/bath in an adjoining room, the sound of the water is very loud in your own room. Other than that, hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and I was surprised that the room-cleaning […] service came by as late in the day as they did as I was in my room until late afternoon on some days during my stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that would be going to the Convention Center, Disney, City grove or Angels Stadium. Just a word of warning to any late-nighters that there is a definitely lack of a late-night/bar scene in the area. Mehr

The hotel was okay for the price. I asked for a rollaway bed for my 3yr old daughter, no one ever brought one. After almost an hour later my daughter had already fallen asleep on the bed so I called & cancelled it. The 2 bed rooms have small beds. The water ran all night ( which I did read on other reviews), the bath tub would fill up when using shower […] (serious pluming issues)...not sure if I would recommend or go back. Mehr

This hotel was very conveniently located for me since it was right next to the much more expensive Marriott where i had a conference to attend. The hotel is also within walking distance to Disney and the Anaheim conference center. And there are several restaurant options close by. For the price i paid, it was quite a bargain to stay there. My room was […] large and comfortable. Nothing fancy but again, for the price i paid, and the fact that i spent very little time in the hotel it was well worth it. I liked the free wifi option. I didn't need to buy any newspapers while having breakfast in the restaurant since i could read the news on-line while connected to the lobby wifi. The staff was friendly. The receptionist helped me log on to the computer behind the desk and print my boarding passes when the lobby computer was not working, which helped me greatly since i had very little time to catch my flight. One thing i wished for was for the outdoor swimming pool to be heated. I couldn't swim because the temperature was in the low 60's when i was there. Also, there was no gym within the hotel. All in all, while it was a basic, no-frills hotel it came at a very good price and was well-located. Mehr

the people at the desk were not very nice,there was only on guy there at night a younger man he was the only one who smiled and was friendly,also complanted about the room was very dirty the night we checked in.

We stayed here for 5 nights (only one night was reserved through Hotels.com), and it had some pros and cons. The hotel had a good location in relation to Disneyland. Roughly a 15-20 minute walk. Free parking was a gret amenitie. Saved us $60. We also had breakfast vouchers for the hotel restaurant. Totally worth it. Supplied us with a great meal before […] a big day at the park that would normally cost $11-12/meal/day. As far as negatives: pool is not heated, bathrooms need updating, and the beds in the "suites" were only doubles not queens. Overall it was a good stay. I woould probably stay again for a decent price, but there are plenty of other options to try as well. Mehr

Everything was OK!

Reasonably priced. Helpful staff, nice clean facility and room. Close enough to walk to the Disneyland parking lot and shuttle. We will stay there again if we can afford another trip to Disneyland.

Our family stayed at this hotel due to the convenience of its location which is a few hundred yards from the convention center. It is also walking distance to restaraunts and Disneyland. The is the best priced hotel on Convention Way when you receive free parking and internet in your package. Our room was large enough for our family of 4 to be comforatable. […] The balcony and mini-fridge and microwave were very useful. The decor at this hotel is "old school" as is the TV and the restroom; however all were fine with us as we did not spend much time in the room. One major inconvenience was the elevators....they are extremely slow - we waited 10 minutes for it to reach our floor at one point, so give yourself plenty of "waiting time" if you need to use the elevator. Bathrooms need redone very dated

Good hotel for price and location. Clean room, good elevators. Only 2 negatives: traffic noise was very loud in the room in the morning and the shower hot water cut in and out on both mornings going hot then cold. Mostly annoying

there was niot enough help at the front desk when we picked the hotel it said it offered free breakfast which it did not. hotel needed some work. parking was a joke.

Thanks to Hotels.com we got a great price on our room. There were plenty of things with in walking distance and we felt safe walking at night. There was a $50.00 fee for using my debit card that may not get reimbursed to my accout for 15 days which I didnt care for but other wise things were great.

Decent hotel, especially if you are just using it to sleep between Disney days. While the website says the hotel is 2 blocks from Disneyland it is probably close to a mile from the hotel to the Disney gates. It is VERY walkable - we did it 2 times each day. You just need to be prepared for the distance. You can purchase shuttle passes if you don't want […] to walk. Although we only stayed 1 night, we were allowed to leave our car in their lot for both full days while we went to the parks. Our room was on the front of the hotel and it was a little noisy with shuttles, busses, and people meeting up. Don't know if it would be quieter on the back or not.
