"Very Convenient Hotel"
Great
There was a lingering smell of smoke and left over food that stayed w/ my personal clothes. I also developed a rash that's akin to bed bug bites.Thank God I only stayed overnite.

They quoted one price for the shuttle from the airport, but the driver charged twice that. Then, they charged us twice on the credit card. There was no one to talk to about it from Thursday night to Monday morning.

"Caravelle Inn & Suites a great value"
Caravelle Inn & Suites is conveniently located right off of the 101 & 880 Freeways. The rooms are spacious & they all have microwaves, a mini fridge, iron & ironing board, coffe make & blow dryer. They offer continental breakfast 7am-10am. The property itself is a good value for the price. However, there are no fast food restaurants close by. We arrived hoping to be welcomed by the receptionist but in return was very abrupt about the questions we had and didnt seem too interested in helping anyone. I booked a room for two beds in advanced but when we arrived at the room there was only one bed and we then asked about this and she said it was not her problem and that there was nothing she […] could do about it. We were very displeased with the service and my wife and I will no longer be staying here next time or even recommend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

Rooms have a full ironing board but you have to ask for an iron at the front desk. The continental breakfast is limited but acceptable. I could not get the wireless Internet to work. Right next to I-880, so if that type of noise bothers you, don't stay here.

"Comfortable - Good Hotel for the Price"
The hotel is older, in fair to good condition. There were a few cosmetic issues. Staff was nice enough ... room clean, bed comfortable ..for the price very good hotel
"Pretty awesome for a motel."
We really liked this motel. Cute on the outside & spacious on the inside. Has the items you need like microwave, fridge & hair dryer. (you would think ALL motels had those basics but they don't.) Security cameras are there for your safety too. Mgmt & staff very friendly & helpful. I would stay here again. (street traffic is a little noisy but I use […] earplugs so it wasn't an issue.) Mehr

"Loud"
First night there was a domestic fight lasting all night long. Kept me awake from 11pm till 4am. Second night there was another fight however it did not last as long. Could hear the train and traffic all night long. Walls are extremly thin!! Could hear everything.

I booked this hotel because i had an interview the next day and was just staying for one night and wanted an inexpensive hotel. The hotel was only three miles from my interview so it was convienant. Free breakfast in the morning was nice even though it was just muffins, cereal, oatmeal, juice....Just basic stuff to get something in your stomach. Overall, […] its an older hotel but still pretty nice. My only small gripe would be the beds. My kids were with me and we had a set of double beds in our room. Both of the beds sagged in the middle so your head and feet were higher then your midsection which was quite uncomfortable. But i actually slept good so it worked out. "could be better"
The cable box couldn't be plugged in to a non timed outlet without moving it and unplugging other items. no coffee for the maker. the cable text was in spanish. the shower head desperately needs to be soaked in vinegar to remove the calcium build up. very poor water output. other than that. beautiful. :)
"Not so great"
This is a cheap place to stay, but there is certainly a reason it is cheap. The furniture in the room was rather damaged, and they have not upgraded from the traditional key locks to the magnetic swipe. I did not feel safe because of this.
Hotel was great only complaint hotel was having constuction work done which started at 4:00am. This made my stay relly bad.

Across the street from a liquor store and a bail bond. The room was not at all like the picture on the website, and it smelled bad. It was in very poor condition with burnt out light bulbs and a broken AC unit cover. There was no closet, instead saloon doors in front of an ironing board. The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful.

Stayed here for just one night before and after a concert at HP Pavilion. It's in a convenient location, friendly staff, and a very clean room. A bit outdated (they still use actual keys for the doors), but comfortable and inexpensive.

The room was clean and the cleaning service was very good. It was a little bit loud, close to a main street. The staff was not very helpful. The breakfast is nice and there is a room to have breakfast.
