We were happy with the hotel, very friendly and we were able to take our dog. Good breakfast and also the exercise room. We enjoyed our stay.

"Great Bed"
This hotel is not as fancy as some La Quintas, but very comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming, and the bed was terrific. We would stay again.
"Clean, nice place"
Stayed for 1 night recently. Very courteous staff that I dealt with. Lobby was very nice and clean. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Bathroom was spotless. I felt very comfortable staying there. Had easy access to wifi and nice tv's. Good place to crash for a night.

Great pet friendly hotel...all pet rooms on first floor and could not tell pets ever had been in the room...staff was extremely friendly and made sure your needs were met...will stay there again!!!!

the room was small..two people cant stand between the beds.. acuesed my kids of peeing on comforter.and crouched cause they were going to have to wash it..so that tells me they dont clean them after every time room rented out? also we had several rooms.and something was put in another room by accident .and they went through our still occupied room to […] find it.also my laptop computer had games loaded and i didnt leave it that way. Everything was great! One item should be addressed and that is there should not be smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor. The smoke smell in the hallway was not good
"Bad Experience"
Pool "doesn't work" because the heater is broken and the temperature of the water is COLD! Hot tub is so full of chemicals, our clothing was bleached. The night manager was friendly, but that did not make up for the attitude we received in the morning. We asked for an extension on checking out since we had a meeting that went past check out time. […] I was told they had to have the rooms. There were only four cars in the parking lot the whole time we were there. The place was almost completely empty. The lady behind the counter started being rude and told me there was no such thing as a late check out at any hotel. Mehr
"Dirty hotel"
This hotel is dirty. Chairs in entryway were old and ratty. Shower had some sort of build-up on the top. Toilet wasn't clean. Breakfast was good.
The indoor heated pool was cold. Hotel needs a good cleaning.
"LaQuinta Crossville- Comfy Beds"
The beds here were what stood out most to me. I got a very restful night's sleep. I was pleased to find that the room had a mini-fridge, as the last time I was traveling the hotel did not have one. The staff at LaQuinta was courteous and accommodating.
