Wenn man Mitternachts in ein Hotel kommt, sollte der Check-In nicht 50 Min. dauern. Danach waren alle Angestellten sehr freundlich und nett. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und die Attraktionen schnell via Monorail oder Bus erreichbar.

The grounds and lobby are beautiful. We were a little disappointed with the room. Nothing very special for the amount of money you pay. The cafe food was not good, we had to send back the food two times before we got our money back.

The hotel beautiful and the staff was excellent We stayed in club level, which was nice but for the price thwy shoukd offer a kittle more food chiicws such as eggs in the morning and maybe prepared finger sandwiches or salad. I am used to Ritz Carlton club and they do an excellent job with variety.

We arrived early expecting to store our bags and then join our grandchildren in going to the Magic Kingdom. When we arrived at the gate we were promptly given a pass, we then parked under the veranda and went into the lottery where the conceirge immediately asked us if she could help us and gave us a room, escorted us to it and made sure everything […] was first class. The Grand Floridian Hotel and Spa in Orlando was not what I expected. Making dinner reservations was a nightmare, even calling room service was difficult. The staff was Disney happy all the time but not helpful when you needed something. Also, although the name says "spa" in it, the spa is closed for another two years. You have to pay to use the spa […] in another Disney hotel that is off the premises. Mehr

The luxury and convenience to the Magic Kingdom was a big plus. The view of the nightly fireworks over Cinderella's castle was amazing as we had a two year old with us and were back in the room by that time. We will be back.

For the amount of money you pay to stay at the Grand Floridian, the only true quality and benefit is the convenience of being so close to the magic kingdom. To start out, I called to ask some questions about the park hopper to the conceige desk before our trip. Because i booked through hotels.com and not directly through them they were not able to pull […] my reservation nor would they connect me to the club level conceige desk. We stayed 3 nights at the club level. We were not able to eat dinner once on the property nor were the club level conceiges very helpful in finding a place to eat. It took 40 minutes for the bell service to pick up luggage at check out. very, very disappointed:( I would rather stay farther away and have better service especially for what they charge..... Wonderul hotel! Would highly recommend. First class service and beautiful grounds. Room was lovely. Restaurants were excellent! Not one negative comment about this hotel. 5 stars!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Grand Floridian hotel. Everyone was very helpful. We definitely plan on going back. You will not be disappointed.

I booked a room on the club level in June 2011 and checked in to the hotel around noon. The room wasn't ready so we checked our luggage and went to see the concierge. We bought 3 day park passes for 3 people from the concierge and we proceeded to go to the parkl. We returned to the hotel around 8 PM and went to the concierge to get our room key. They […] told us they couldn't find out reservation. They "lost our reservation" even though we had already checked in earlier. They later told us that they cancelled our room by mistake and they needed to find another room for us. We had a tired and cranky 5 year old with us that needed to go to bed. This was ridiculous! We waited over 45 minutes and they still couldn't get us into a room. After much complaining they finally got us a room . In this hotel, your room key is like a credit card which you can use all over Disney. You can use it in any of the restaurants, attractions, gift stores, etc. I tried to use it in the hotel restaurant to pay for dinner and I was told I could not charge anything on it because they forgot to put my credit card info on the new room key. How embarrasing! I had to go back to my room to get my personal credit card to pay for the meal. The next morning, I spoke with the concierge to make sure our Disney passes were on the room key so we could go to the park. She told me they weren't because they forgot to put them on when they issued the new keys. She proceeded to put them on and then we left for the park. When we got to the park,. only 2 of us could get into the park. The third park pass was never put on the card! After waiting on line for over 40 minutes on the guest services line, we finally got in! We were very late for a reservation that we had made previously. This is totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel,. It's been one mistake after another. The manager gave us a few freebies as compensation but these mistakes really stressed us out on our vacation. All I heard was apologies from the staf Mehr

Disney Grand Floridian is a very beautiful hotel. We just wish we had more time in USA to enjoy the stay and participate in the activities!!!

traveling with a 5 year old was easy at this hotel. they have activities all day at pool in water, out of water, prizes, it was great. the water slide in the pool was great, too, and they have plenty of options for food.

Overall, Grand Floridian offers a great experience. The staff is polite, the grounds are beautful and clean, and all attractions are easy to reach by either boats, monorail (the stop is on the second floor of the resort), or buses. No need to drive anywhere. The restaurants on the property are superb and there is a pool bar. The concierge was disappointing. […] I used the service merely to buy park-hopper tickets. They actually messed it up, charged me an arm and a leg and made me wait forever. It would have been better to order online or to buy directly at the park. The rest of the stay was flawless. We booked a boat ride for our private party one night and enjoyed the most charming water aprade of ilghts right on the lake and then the fireworks display from the magic kingdom. It was a neat and informative tour, we went all over in that boat and it was very entertaining. The rest of the services in the hotel work like a clock. Even if you end up with minor trouble like I did, it is still worth it - the overall experience is great. I would stay there again Mehr

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and worth the money! Super friendly staff. Entire hotel grounds are immaculate. Would live to stay again and would recommend thus hotel to anyone!

This hotel is just as magical as it looks! It makes the DISNEY experience even better than what it is.

This is the top of the top at Disney. We stayed in a concierge suite, which was VERY pricey, but the service was 5 star and second to none.

When we booked the club level at this hotel, we expected standard accommodations with a few added benefits. Instead, we were personally greated at the front door to the hotel, escorted on a tour of the grounds and to our room. The check in process took place in our room (no lines!), there was a private consierge, and food and beverage offerings throughout […] the day. Mehr

This was our first visit to this hotel, although we are frequent visitors to Disney. The difference between this and the other premium hotels seems to be an effort to offer impeccable (over-done) service, which is obvious at check-in. We were greeted at the door, escorted to the check in desk and entertained while waiting for our turn, and driven by […] golf cart to our room at one of the satellite buildings on the property. Our room was very nicely appointed, the only exception being the shower, which was either incredibly complicated to use or defective. Another review which I read mentioned the numerous disruptive service carts constantly speeding around the property - this is definitely an issue, although the property is lovely and beautifully maintained. I guess the bottom line is that I would stay here again for a special occasion, but it is kind of pretentious and formal - maybe they feel you expect that for the price you pay. Mehr

We checked in Monday night & out Thursday morning. From the time that we set foot on the property, it was as noisy as could be. Construction extremely loud; lawn personnel trimming right next to pool while people were trying to relax as well as other areas surrounding pool; & golf carts continuously driving through property with laundry carts & others […] bumping along noisily the entire 3 days we were there. Rather than a peaceful 3 days poolside, it was the noisiest, most stressful time ever spent at a resort! We also had tea off the lobby - while the staff were very nice, we felt rushed the entire time we were there - every few minutes checking with us, bringing the bill soon after we received our bevs/foods, so again what we thought would be a relaxing, fun moment with the girls was not what we thought it would be. our bathroom floor was wet the entire time due to leaking from the bottom of the toilet. After 24hours never got fixed. Complained to manager . . . got a "We very sorry". Checked out that day.

Estivemos no Grand Floridian de 16 a 21/01/12 e nossa estadia foi excelente. O hotel é muito bonito e o staff muito atencioso. Da chegada ao aeroporto até o express check out foi tudo muito rápido e conveniente. Apesar de ter reservado um quarto com vista para o jardim, na hora do check in, a atendente nos deu um up grade para um quarto com vista para […] o Magic Kingdom, o que foi uma agradável surpresa logo na chegada. Utilizamos o Disney Magical Express, que é um serviço de traslado do aeroporto ao hotel onde vc nem precisa tirar as malas da esteira que eles entregam diretamente no quarto do seu hotel. Foi muito conveniente, especialmente porque estávamos em 2 mulheres e 2 crianças. A comodidade de transporte (ônibus,monorail e barco), vários restaurantes (sendo uma cafeteira aberta 24h), lojas, piscina climatizada e jacuzzi (até as 24:00) fizeram de nossa estadia no hotel muito agradável. As crianças voltavam dos parques e ainda queriam brincar na piscina, mesmo com as temperaturas baixando a noite, puderam aproveitar bastante. Café da manhã com personagens no hotel também foi um diferencial. Quando voltarmos para a Disney, com certeza nossa hospedagem será no Grand Floridian. Mehr

Gostei do hotel ,é muito bonito e bem cuidado, mas achei muito caro pelo que oferece . Recomendaria a outras pessoas se o preço fosse mais baixo . Se voltar para lá vou procurar outro hotel com custo beneficio mais equilibrado .

je crois que les notes et les commentaires ont déjà tout dit. Un personnel charmant et un hôtel splendide. De délicates attentions tout au long de notre séjour, et plus encore pour notre fils. Bref la magie Disney est présente et même si pendant ce sejour nous sommes coupés de la réalité, quel bien fou...

ディズニーリゾート ナンバー1ホテルの名にふさわしく、快適なステイ。マジックキングダムへはモノレールで1駅という立地の良さ。エプコットにもモノレールでアクセス可能（途中乗換あり）。他のディズニー直営ホテルの場合、バス移動になることが多く、バスの待ち時間や広いリゾート内を走行する時間が思ったよりかかるため、モノレールでアクセスできるのは便利。マジックキングダムへは、湖を船で移動することもできる。 マジックキングダム側の部屋だったため、バルコニーから湖畔越しにマジックキングダムの花火が見え、大感激。花火の時間が近付くと、中庭に見物客が集まるので、部屋から見えない場合は、早めに中庭に出て席を確保すべし。24時間営業のデリがあり便利なものの、食事内容はイマイチ。 ホテルのプールは優雅な雰囲気で、パー […] クに行かない日も楽しめる。泳げない（笑）砂浜もあり、デッキチェアに座り、湖を眺めてくつろぐことも可能。中庭を介して、何棟かにホテルが分かれおり、私たちは毎日晴天だったので問題はなかったものの、スコールのときなどはフロントから部屋まで移動する間に濡れるかも…。 Mehr

Vale cada centavo gasto na estadia.Os beneficios sao imensos, o hotel 'e lindo, voce acorda ouvindo a contagem regressiva de abertura e assisti todos os dias os fogos da varanda do seu quarto ( com vista para a lagoa ).O magical express 'e o onibus que recebe vooce no aeroporto e te leva de volta, detalhe voce faz o seu check in no hotel desde que esteja […] viajando nas cias. aereas americanas.Para quem viaja com crianca nao existe localizacao melhor!!!!!! ディズニーリゾート最高級ホテルの名にふさわしい素晴らしいところでした。高いのではなく値段相応だということです。どうせならマジックキングダムビューをお薦めします。バルコニーから見るウィッシュは最高に贅沢です。
