We would have been happy with the hotel, but when we got there we had no hot water at all. It was very light (after midnight) so there was no one on site to fix it. We took cold showers. They did take $25 off of our bill the next day, but nonetheless, we expected more with a 4 star hotel.

I have used this hotel before and its generally good for a quick visit. I spent two days there for as trade show. I used the free shuttle from the airport which was fine - wifi internet was patchy - breakfast was decent but service was poor, not enough staff i think - bar good with good service but extraordinarily dark!!

We stayed at Wyndham Indianapolis West last month. Booked a room with King bed, but was given one with double beds. I was not too happy about it, but did not complain. Heater was quite loud at night. We could not hear our neighbors, but could definitely hear people talking as they walk by in the hall way. We walked around the hotel and some parts of […] the ceilings were old and stained. We did not try the hotel's restaurant, so could not comment on that. It locates on first floor of the hotel. Overall, we would stay here again if they give us the right room next time. Mehr

Overall a good location, Could use with an update. Furniture dated and shows signs of use. Banquet staff was excellent and chairs for our conference were very comfortable. Good Bed, very low sink in Bathroom, I"m 6'2" but this we even low for me.

Clean hotel with good shuttle service to airport. No complimentary breakfast, but restaurant in hotel.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was extremely comfy! Only improvement they could make would be increasing the water pressure for the shower.

wyndham Indianapolis, we stayed during a business week-end of the Big Ten football playoffs. Shuttle service was available for the many MSU and Badger fans which made parking a non-issue. upgraded bed linens and mattresses made the stay comfortable. tHE ONLY NEGATIVE IS sUNDAY BRUNCH HOURS SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXTENDED

The meal (stake) provided to our convention group was of very poor quality and would have been prepared better by Stake :& Shake. The service received by the staff at our banquet was a total disaster. People had to serve themselves coffee, the desert was served prior to removing the dirty dishes. Hotel facilities and services were very good with one exception. Parking was inconvenient. Guests cannot park in front of the lobby to register. Handicapped parking spaces near the front door were limited and always full. Other disabled parking was located much further from the door than many regular parking spaces in front of the hotel. We stayed during the Big 10 football playoffs and had an enjoyable experience. Cabs and shuttle vans we available to Lucas Oil Stadium to avoid the hastle of parking. Bed linens and mattresses were upgraded and very comfortable. Sunday brunch should be extended beyond 10:30. Easy access off the highway. Industrial area

hotel staff was very helpful. really good restaurant location for me was perfect-close to the airport and less than a mile from my salescall

This hotel was very good: clean, nice staff, updated rooms. However, I had picked it because it's close to the airport. As it turns out, it's not very convenient to reach from the airport for two reasons: 1. there's a lot of construction around the airport and one of the main exits that reaches this hotel is closed, and 2. the Wyndham is located on […] the opposite side of the airport as the main entrance. So it took about 15 min to get to the airport. It wasn't terrible, but I wish I would've known before I booked it. Mehr

Stay booked for a Rally for company. One of my girls left her jacket in the room after check out. They refused to send the maid up for her. She had to yank me out of a meeting (the front desk specifically asked her to get me by name) because she was not on the room reservation. I came up and the front desk girl denied that I was the original room payee. […] I whipped out my receipt and the front desk girl had a massive attitude. I explained how frustrated this process was and asked for her manager 3 times before she realized she typed the wrong date in, and finally provided me contact information. My Managers requested a suite- the heat was broken and instead of letting them know the heat for all suites would be the same, they were moved to another suite with no heat. It was a bad experience for all. Mehr

Although I had to wait to check-in, the service was very quick and friendly. The desk clerks were very personable and offered many suggestions for entertainment both inside and around the hotel. My room was extremely comfortable - the temperature had to be adjusted a few times to get the perfect feel. Overall, great stay!

I would stay here again and I hope the yearly convention I went for uses this hotel next year too. On site restaurant was failry priced for a hotel. I had problems with my reservation and the staff was very helpful in getting it resolved over the phone. Room was comfortable, but I couldn't find a way to lower the temperature.

Supposedly, the hotel underwent a millions of dollars renovation a few years back, it was not obvious. The hotel room had large dark stains in the carpet (3-4 inches in diameter) There where black spots over the shower in the ceiling that looked like mold. There was a large chip in the side of the tub that had been poorly patched with filler a different […] color than the tub. There was a room service tray in the hall when we arrived that was still there when we departed the next day. What staff we had interaction with (front desk, bar tender, airport shuttle) were all pleasant. Mehr

The hotel was very beautiful and clean.Our room was extremely cozy and cool.Most of all the front desk was very nice and helpful especially a girl named Allyson she went out of her way for my pregnant wife. We will definitely stay here again!

Although the hotel has a convenient location, it is beginning to show wear and tear. I stayed for 4 nites- tub would not drain-ewwwww, and I told the front desk of it twice, but daining did not change. The ceiling was so gross over tub/shower area, it was disgusting looking, and those 2 things made me wonder what else was wrong...ulphostered pieces […] in lobby were dirty and showing wear and tear...for being a Wyndham hotel, it was disappointing. With all that said, the staff was very helpful and friendly (with the exception of tub issue) Mehr

The hotel is run down, the service was terrible when we were there. No remote for the TV, had to call 3 times before they brought it. Room was supposed to be "non smoking" but smelled of stale smoke. Wouldn't stay here again if it were a free room.

Now I have to admit that I used reward points, but others were paying double what could be found at other three star proberties around the airport. At these rates, you should not expect to pay a dollar for a direct dialed local call nor only get a cup of coffee free the next morning

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a little crazy getting there because of the road construction, but so was the Brickyard. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. A grade above what we've encountered in other hotels in the area.. The only disappointment was the size of the pool. We will be checking availability of this hotel next year.

I like the hotel and enjoyed the room very much. It was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend to a friend and would stay again. The staff was friendly and very courteous!!

This hotel was close to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This was a clean and comfortable room. Very enjoyable stay. just what we were looking for.

Came for a convention at the hotel and it was nice being able to stay at the same hotel. Everything was nice, except not many places to eat around the hotel, but it's only a short drive to find some. The hotel restaurants were decent. Didn't go in the pool so I dunno about it, but it looked nice. It was easy to get back on the highway as well. All the […] staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice. Good price for a decent hotel. The a/c in the convention part of the hotel wasn't working well on Sat, but that was because some jerk kept setting off the fire alarm. Overall, very nice hotel! I would def stay again! Mehr

Not much to eat near by

We enjoyed our stay this part Sat. nite. It probably helped that we were accidentally placed on the 6th floor which is the airline employees floor so it was totally quiet. The room was comfortable although I couldn't get the room as cool as I would've liked. The one slight issue I had was with the mattress which was softer than I normally like and dipped […] toward the middle. We ate in the restaurant and my wife and I both had the filets. Both steaks were cooked perfectly. The only issue was it took a while to get them. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I plan on staying there again next year. Mehr
