...sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt allerdings ein wenig außerhalb der nächsten Stadt. Für den Kurzaufenthalt aber zu empfehlen.

"Gem of a resort"
We could have stayed on the Cranwell campus of beautiful landscape, golf course and spa. We enjoyed going to the many nearby museums: Williams College Museum of Art, Clark Gallery, MassMOCA, Norman Rockwell Museum, Berkshire Botanical Garden. The weekend was a treat.

This was our first time visiting the Cranwell Resort and were absolutely pleased. Not only were the accommodations beautiful, the staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and have a great sense of humor. "great spa experience"
Everything was terrific. Only concern was with the breakfast. The ala carte we ordered was overpriced, not that good. The buffet may have been better, but it also was pricey.
"Cranwell Resort - Outdated"
The room was outdated and the room was way too hot with no way to cool it down at night. The spa and exercise facilities were nice.

"Hotel in the Snow"
There were 10 of us celebrating our 50th anniversary. We were given a suite which was wonderful. It snowed 20 inches but that didn't deter our good time. The hotel and the facilities are wonderful. The staff friendly and accommodating. We had hired the van to take us to the restaurant we had reserved. Despite the snow and road conditions, they were […] able to get us there. "Back again at the Cranwell Resort...wonderful !!"
Another amazing experience...David, the Maitre'D was exceptional and so gracious...his historical knowledge of the hotel and the area was fasinating!The room service and food quality fantastic as was the spa facility. And the location is STUNNING particulary in the Fall!! We'll always return!!
"great stay"
Wonderful stay! The staff were very gracious. The dining room was an experience for the decor and ambience, although the food was not quite as special. Color scheme of the rooms and decor were extremely nice, big flat screen TV with lots of movie channels, but the bed was a bit too firm.
"Cranmore Inn"
We came in to town for the James taylor concert, and were only there for one night, but it was perfect. I will come back fora Spa visit! Eric our breakfast waiter was great!

"The Cranwell-Perfect getaway, hassle free"
Hassle-free and lot's to do and see! We loved hanging out, doing a little workout, whirlpool before hoppping in the car and trucking around the Berkshires. Even in the off-season, there's plenty to see and do. Shopping is great. Make sure you get to all the downtown areas, they are really fun and funky! We're going to do it again next year!
