The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was very professional. The attached restaurant, Houlihan's, was nice and the staff was very pleasant. "Nice place, but caution on van service"
Nice place. On the hotel-to-airport van ride, I called in the evening and the front desk said it was "on demand" before 6:00 am. We came down at 5:15 am...the story changed to "it's every 30 minutes, so next van is 5:30." I picked this hotel on its name and location. I stayed 3 nights. My room needed cleaning and updating. The hotel's room Services Book was so sticky and falling apart. Customer service was lacking when I went to the front desk to ask for a few items. I was told to go to the restaurant to get them. "Nice hotel."
We only stayed one night so did not use many of the amenities but the location was perfect for us, close to the airport with free and fast shuttle service. The room was a little small but clean and the beds were comfortable.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"convenient and clean"
As far as DC airport hotels are concerned, the Crown Plaza was a nice surprise. The location is right near the airport immediately off the Dulles access road (not sure the proper name for it). Its location made it very convenient for all the things my wife and I did. Starbucks and many restaurants are right across the street as well on the south side […] of the access road offering a lot of options for strip-type mall food - TGIF, Pho, Chinese, etc. Our original room was above an enormous generator that started making noise around midnight and again around 3am. We were moved to a different part of the hotel without a hassle or questions and slept well the rest of the stay. Staff was courteous. MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Super airport hotel"
Pick up from the airport brilliant. Desk staff super. Room was super except air con which resembled aircraft noise. Fortunately we we very tired so tried to ignore it. This is the only thing we can criticise. Geri on reception was great in giving us advice to get to downtown Washington. Great hotel.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

My wife and I stayed here for only one night prior to catching a flight at Dulles. The hotel is very good for its location close to Dulles airport and offers long term parking and very good shuttle service. It's clean and quiet.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
