Quality Suites Albuquerque - Albuquerque

Last minute I had to find a hotel for my girlfriends and I . I found the Quality Suites at a price I was happy with and we were all able to stay there. There was a pull out sofa. It was great. The only frustrating thing was the jacuzzi was warm, not hot. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks, Nina

hotel smell bad i guess the carpet was never cleaned or changes or what but I could not breath well as soon as we woke up we left... we had the suite

Best not to stay in a handycap room no comfortable chairs

We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk. She had a great personality from the moment we checked in. When we arrived to our first room, the refrigerator was hot and not working. This was a must for us, since we have a infant and need to keep his milk cold. So we got moved to another room. That room, the toliet was not working nor 2 of the lights […] in the room. We again got moved to a different room. Finally, the 3rd room was good. The beds were comfortable, air was working great. The next morning we went down and had breakfast which was very good. (Bisquits & gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage) We left for the day to arrive back at 4:30 and out room had not been cleaned. I was a little bothered by this. But we called front desk and as we left the room for about 1hr, they cleaned our room. Overall, we were satisfied. For the price & location, not bad. I just think the rooms need to be better maintained and maybe more staffing to get the rooms cleaned in a timely matter. But the front desk was excellent. She had great customer skills and made our stay pleasant. Mehr

We were pleasingly surprised at the quality of this hotel for the money we spent. It is updated and very clean. The breakfast was yummy and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There were some glitches with the internet, but once they fixed it, it worked great. We will definitely stay there again when we return to visit our family. Our last stay […] in Albuquerque was across the street at a more costly hotel. There was no free breakfast and the room was much smaller. We loved our stay at the Quality Suites. Mehr

Great hotel, friendly check-in, room was clean and comfortable, indoor pool was a hit for the kids. Had a little trouble with the t.v. at first, but it worked itself out. Would stay here again.

Hotel was clean and very helpful front desk cleark breakfast was great the pool and jacuzzi were great will book here again.

However, after a long day of travel, I arrived at 12:00 a.m. I turned the heater on an went to sleep. I woke about 2:00 because I was cold. I checked to see if I had turned the knob to a cold setting but had not. I turned the unit off. At check-out, the I told the clerk this and she apologized but said the was nothing she could do other than talk to […] the manager who was off that day. She gave me his card and told me to call him. He is very busy and would not be able to call me!. Mehr

The title pretty much says it all, and I would add only a quick note that the night crew that welcomes check-ins could be a tad more cheerful and attentive. I know it's late but a smile would be nice. We were pleasantly surprised at the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the room. Breakfast we ample, varied, and tasty with very good coffee. I have actually […] recommended this location to my parents, and my brother and his family, both of whom come to visit us each year and will find this an affordable and well cared-for place. Mehr

It was great for the good price I got through hotels.com. Not much in the immediately area as far as stores etc. (although Flying Star is close and wonderful for breakfast). And it's right by the Freeway (I-25), which made it so easy to get around town. It was absolutely perfect for the price. Very good value.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. A couple of items in the room needed attention( one of the closet doors was off the track, shower curtian rod was loose. everything else was good

We were so unhappy with the hotel we left. It was dirty, dark and very tired. It also was under staffed.

Room was very clean and staff was also very friendly. We always stay at this hotel when we come to Albuquerque. We had to stay at a different hotel the night before because Quality Inn had no availability. The other hotel didn't come close to this one. Will always return to this hotel.

공항예서 가깝고,고속도로에서 가까워 찾기도 쉽고. 가격대비 좋은 호텔이였습니다.
