When changes to my flight required an overnight layover in Dallas, I found the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport on Hotels.com at an unbelievably great rate. Being familiar with Starwood brand hotels, I knew my accommodations would be clean and comfortable. I was not disappointed. I flew in from Australia and stopped over before flying onto final destination. The beds were so....comfortable, room service was prompt and the food very good. The fruit bar at breakfast was outstanding. Shuttle service to and from airport was very prompt and pleasant. Couldn't fault anything. A great place to stay.

Good Location for overnight in Dallas area. For a hotel the food was pretty good but breakfast was a bit pricy.

Everything was excellent. Restaurant was outstanding for dinner. Workout room and pool on the roof was nice. Good modern equipment. Denny's across the street was excellent as well.

Enjoyed my stay at the Westin;

This was a decent hotel for a business trip. Good room, good restaurant. I was not pleased with the lack of late-hours room service, but I can deal with that. A solid 3.

All was nice but o ly had one problem when I had a employee stop by they called up to my room and asked if I was wIting for one and before I could ask who it was they said I will send them up and then hung up.... Lucky for me it was an employee of mine and not a crazy person! And thankful for the poop hole in the door.... I called down stairs and were […] like ohhhh so sorry, geeez! Mehr

Great hotel and very clean.Would definetly stay here again.

I was initially booked for 6 days and then requested an extension to be told that it was not possible. I then went online to book the required dates which was completed instantly - very poor! Having visited the US many times I can comment that the overall standards of this hotel are standard at best with the exception of room service and the trainee […] receptionist. Mehr

This Westin needs to update their TVs. The food at the hotel restaurant was pretty bad.

Had a great stay en route to San Francisco with my kids for Christmas. Will absolutely stay again. Room was great, service was superior.

Great place to stay with a great staff. Wish I could have stayed longer but will be sure to use this hotel again!

Checked in with a request for a single King, was told no kings and only two doubles. OK, I can live with that if I need to. Got to room with Broken drapes hanging down. Carpet had spots on it in front of bathroom that looked wet? I wasn't going to check, nor go barefoot. Day two the drapes still hanging so I clipped them up enough so I could block […] out the light. Cleaning crew left dirty rags on the floor of the bathroom so I left them there and again would not go barefoot. Shower water pressure was up and down with odd noises? Perhaps having a plumbing issue at the time, I am not sure but the second scald of my back told me it was time to go. Next time I think I will stay at another hotel nearby. Mehr

From the time I entered the lobby, the staff was very welcoming. They made me feel welcomed. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I will definitely remember this experience and look forward to a future stay at the Westin! :)

Everything was perfect, the beds were so very comfy, the room was clean and the shuttle was there when we needed it. BUT on Saturday there was a class reunion and they decided to have a party on the 9th floor next to my room. I call the front desk and complained and they said they would send security up. Weather they did or not I do not know but what […] I do know is at 3:30 am I have had it and had to call again. Finally after listening to this party for 4 hours, not getting any sleep and having to be up very early in the morning, someone came up and kicked everyone out of the room. When I turned in my key and complained about it all I got was a non-convincing "Sorry about that"....Friday was perfect and Saturday was horrible! Like I said I had to be up very early and had people I had to meet and look professional for and had to do that with only 3 hours of sleep. Would have been nice if they had kicked everyone out the FIRST TIME I called and complained. Mehr

Hotel was great. The resturant was awesome.

Great location if you need to be near the airport and enjoy the comfort of a Westin!

The room was great and the rate was excellent through Hotels,com. However the bar tab was very high for 2 drinks and a salad. $ 42.00 OUUCH!

I had an enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable & the double shower heads were awesome! The food I ordered from the restaurant was very good. I look forward to going back again.

Low popcorn ceilings, TV wires and a hotel TV box hanging from the back down the wall, missing a second night stand, very small bathroom....Hallways with strangely low ceilings. Would book if compared to lower star hotels, but not comparable to other full service Westins.

I needed a hotel in dallas near DFW airport with suttle service and a restaurant on the property. The shuttle took 35 minutes to arrive. Understand, they were very busy. Check-in awesome. Bell staff, awesome. Food, horrible. Server forgot my salad. The wine I ordered was spoiled. Next day we had brunch in the hotel and the coffee cream brought to me […] was spoiled. It looked like I poured cottage cheese into my cup. So, any one of these things could be dismissed. However, collectively they are indicative of poor food management. So, stay here. Dont eat there. I had not stayed in a Westin in many years and had forgotten how nice they are. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The room, bedding, bathroom were very clean, the furnishings were modern. The AC worked very well. The only negative comment was that they had a coffee maker but only enough coffeee for one cup of regular and one cup of decaf. […] There were two of us so we had to share a cup of regular coffee in the morning and in a paper cup instead of a nice mug. We had to take their shuttle to the airport at 4:00 AM for a 6:00 AM flight. The driver was ready to go as promised and was very pleasant and accomodating even at that time of the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel but ask for extra coffee on your way up to your room at night!! Mehr

We had 5 rooms for our stay for the LSU vs. Oregon Game @ Cowboy Stadium. Rooms were very comfortable and convenient to the airport via shuttle. Will stay here next time in Dallas.

Very good hotel very clean and comfortable. Loved it.

Room 503 should be checked out by management. It is the corner of the building and some exterior aspect of the structure produces a loud noise when the wind blows. It went on all night.

We found beer bottle caps on the rug in our room. When we walked in our bare feet across the rug our feet were dirty. For a Westin I expected a little better cleanliness. The staff was great, very courteous. Our conference room was extremely noisy, not a plus for learning. Only one restaurant outside of the hotel made it a downer since we did not have […] a rental car. Shuttle however, tried to be very accomodating. Mehr

It's a good airport hotel, but most of the hotels within a few hundred yards provide free wireless internet. Why does Westin charge from $9.95 to $12.95 for it?

On the night that we stayed there, the hotel was not very clean. The hallways needed vacuuming and the room was not as clean as we would have liked (a spot of stuff spilled on the desk chair, carpet not well vacuumed, etc.). Front desk staff very nice and helpful. I just don't get the draw of this hotel. Way overpriced for what you get - you're paying for the name. Room was nice but nothing elaborate. When I was leaving, about eight concierage guys watched me struggle with my suitcase, laptop bag and large cardboard box without one offer to help. Fifth floor overlooking a/c units were noisy. Room service trays and glasses stayed outside of doors on our floor for a day. Ice machine out of order on floor. Could o stayed much closer to places of interest for same money. Staff were present but never spoke. Again, just blah!

Love this Hotel and I am starting to learn the neighborhood. 5 minute drive brings you to one of the best BBQ places Hard Eight Saloon. Back to the hotel, always clean, always comfortable and always friendly. Haven t looked elsewhere for over a year. Travel for business every 12 weeks to Dallas

The room was ready and presented to us with friendly employees. Continental Breakfast was fantastic and I would love to stay there again for the friendliness of the staff and amazing breakfast!
