Perfect location with shuttle services to Disney Parcs and 10 mn drive to SeaWorld

We went with one year old. We took advantage of the Disney 3 parks for $100 deal. We had a great room with balcony. Clean and comfortable. Got in real late on Monday night from one park and we were able to get a good meal from the bar. The shuttle svc to the parks worked well for us. Great location, nice walk to Downtown Disney. Nice pool and reasonable priced breakfasts. Ask for a room away from road noise as hotel backs onto I 4 highway. Would stay here again.

Hotel was located near everything. When we arrived early, we were able to lock up,our luggage until we were able to get into our room. We went to Disney and returned later for our room. We gave the front desk our claim check for our luggage and he said he would have them brought to our room. It took 2 calls to the front desk and 1 and a half hour later […] with me going down to the desk the retreive our luggage. The front desk person lost our claim check and I had to go into the storage room to confirm our luggage. Not happy with the front desk personnel . Plus I just check my account and the 2 days we stayed there was not counted to my account. If this is the way this company treats members, maybe we will start staying at other hotels instead. Mehr

Location is good and generally liked the hotel, including the lobby and bar staff, and the pool. Also, it was a great value. That said, we did experience some problems with the housekeeping staff. Room door was left open after cleaning one day, and on another, they swept up a bathing suit when removing towels from the bathroom (bathing suit was never […] found). We realize it may have just been an isolated incident related to just one housekeeper, and after pointing out to the front desk they were very apologetic and did their best to compensate us with free meals, however, the room being open was a pretty big error. I chose this hotel after reading all of the previous reviews. It is a great place to stay if you want a clean, well maintained and comfortable hotel close to Disney. I considered a resort hotel but I wanted easy access to parking and our room. The free shuttle to the Disney parks and the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel made our stay even better. […] Also kids eat free. The hotel food is comparable to the family restaurants at downtown Disney. There is also a gift shop in the hotel, which is great for picking up any last minute Disney gifts. Nice pool. We booked this room based on the bed sizes being "queen" I guess they literally measured the queen for these beds to call them queen. The gal at the front desk said that there are several different queen sizes(?). When you try to fit people over 6'4" in beds like this it is very uncomfortable. Good thing it was only for one night.

We stayed at this hotel to be close to Disney, it was perfect. The only 4 I gave was because my and family and I did get stuck on one of the elevators for a few minutes, but the staff was quick to get to us and very kind. We had a great meal at the restaurant, I would definitely recommend this hotel for your Disney stay.

Nice hotel at close proximity to downtown Disney. Provides half hourly bus transport to the various Disney theme parks. Staff has been helpful during our stay there.

- Newly renovated 2 years ago or so. Furnishing in the bedroom is reasonable for a 3.5 stars hotel. They are new, so the fact that they are somewhat basic is entirely tolerable. However, toilet is very cheaply done up and simple. - Room is clean. Fridge and coffee facilities - Free wifi in room. Paid parking. - Not at all near shops, supermarts. […] Walkable to restaurants and entertainment in Downtown Disney - Pool is a very old fashion layout. You probably won't want to spend much time there. No significant inviting landscaping there. - Free bus to Disney. But it doesn't always take you directly to the park you want to. This plus picking up or dropping off at other hotels mean a 10 min by car drive can turn into 35 mins by bus. I suggest you factor that in if you want to be there before gates open. As an aside, I was there week before Xmas and the gates to Disneyland opens 15 mins before official time - overall, value for money. I recommend it as price of room (and it's updated appearance) is better value than surrounding. Mehr

I stayed here after reading many positive reviews, and I am so glad I did. Everyone at this hotel was very accomodating. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the walk to downtown Disney is about 8 minutes on wide sidewalks past beautiful fountains and landscaping. Parking is $10. per day, standard at Disney Orlando, so no surprise there. […] This is the hotel I will stay at every time I visit Orlando. You won't go wrong here. Mehr

Newly done, beds and pillows very comfortable.Had a dead car battery in the morning ,at no charge the hotel had AAA come out and jump car.Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel close to Disney will stay here again very clean great stay. Although you have to pay to park your car.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the building extremely clean and well-maintained. There's a free shuttle bus every half-hour to Magic Kingdom, and you can walk to Disney Downtown shopping area, or walk 3/4 mile to a larger shopping center with restaurants and a supermarket. No free shuttle to Universal Studios, though. Parking is $10/day. The […] room was clean and well maintained, but there were a few minor annoyances-- no clothes line in the tub, only one short towel rack, limited space on the vanity countertop, and only one garment hook in the bathroom. The fridge was running, but not cooling. We reported it, and they either replaced it or maybe vacuumed dust out of the radiator, but it was okay after that. (No freezer compartment, though.) Free wifi was slow, but wired internet connection (also free) was much faster. If you arrive without a car, but need a car for the day, there are car rental agencies at neighboring hotels, where you can get a car for the day. (Book ahead online for better rates.) Mehr

I was extremely pleased with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was very clean especially the bathroom. It was very convenient to Downtown Disney and the parks. The bus service was very good. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The Holiday Inn was inexpensive, centrally located to all the theme parks, and extremely comfortable. We had no significant issues. My only recommendation would be to improve the food at the hotel which was fair at best. Nice perk though that kids eat free.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and quiet. Will revisit this hotel the next time we are in Orlando. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was close to where we wanted to be. Mears bus service was also very wonderful in transporting people from the hotel to the Disney Parks, even when we missed our bus, Mears staff were able to provide an additional […] bus with little wait time! My husband and I live in Saint Petersburg, FL and have Disney passes and stay for little weekend getaways. This was out first time trying a different hotel we usually stay in a few we have stayed in mutliple times. It was a wonderful beautiful hotel. Looked brand new, food in the hotel for breakfast and dinner was very good. Hot tub and pool were wonderful. […] The pool felt so warm like bath water and it was chilly that night and we were still able to swim then jump into the hotub. The room was beautiful we had a view of Downtown Disney and we could walk there and we also saw the fireworks at Epcot and the Magic Kingdom from our room and balcony. Can't wait to stay there again. I love that Lake Buena Vista area the hotel is located so many resturant options and areas to shop. Mehr

great location, hotel was clean

I was in the area for business, not for a trip to the Magic Kingdom. In the evenings, Downtown Disney was a two-minute walk away and was buzzing with activity. Great location and I will definitely stay there again on my next business trip to the Orlando area.

The hotel was wonderful, however we were not told about the the charge for parking our vehicle per nite.. The comfort of the room was nice however we could not get the temperature comfortable for us. It was either putting the air condition or the heat, therefore we were either hot or cold.

My family of four stayed for two night in November at the Holiday Inn, This hotel is recently renovated and very attractive. Given the openness of the rooms into a central interior courtyard overlooking the hotel restaurant, I was initially concerned about the possibility of noise, but found it was actually quite quiet . The room and beds were comfortable. […] We heard no noise at night. It is conveniently located close to downtown disney - the major shopping and restaurant complex on the disney property. Due to exhaustion, we ate twice at the hotel restaurant for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the food. It was good, as was the service. The employees at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. My main complaint is the shuttle to Disney World - yikes, it takes a long time, only runs about once every 45 minutes and stops at a number of hotels in addition to Holiday Inn. That makes for a long, uncomfortable ride - though it is free. I really felt that the hotels should get together and run more shuttles more frequently. And dear God - please remove that obnoxious, repeating advertisement of the Disney parks. When you are stuck on the bus for an hour, you surely do not want to be watching that ad over and over again. Other than that complaint, overall, it was a positive experience staying at this hotel. Mehr

Room was very clean and staff was excellent. Room was kind of small for Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn express standards. Closet was tiny as it was only able to handle 5 hangers 2 slacks and three shirts. Would I stay here again, yes but would not have more than two people in the room

Although not technically on Disney property, this hotel was really convenient to Downtown Disney as well as regular shopping center with many chain restaurant options. Shuttle service to and from all Disney parks was always on time. The in-hotel restaurant was decent, the front desk folks were helpful when I needed to print out my boarding pass and […] when we needed some laundry service. From the start this was a great stay. The bellman was courteous and helpful. The front desk staff friendly and informative. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return to this hotel.

EVERY THING WAS EXCELLENT.

This hotel is a five minute walk to Downtown Disney. Never had to worry about driving, car was secure. Pool was very clean. Valet team, outstanding. Gave us great tips for downtown Disney events. Since we are bilingual, he told us about the latin band playing in Pleasure Island. Nice Job. Staff at breakfast was curtious. Room AC was cold, and balcony […] was a nice addition. Will recommend to anyone with kids. Shuttle service to parks saves you money. So do not get mad over the small fee for self parking. Thank you. Mehr
