I merely wanted coffee... 2 waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. lol later, I was a little too full to get back on the road. Only downside was that I wasn't made aware of the pet charge ($10) until checkout. Not a biggie, just don't like surprises. #twothumbsup

Always clean, best pillows in town, Alex is awesome, great breakfast would definitely recommend

It was a nice hotel but they gave us the wrong room and were not going to change it until i called hotels.com. i can not say enough about hotels.com they were so helpful and i will use them for everything.

I selected this hotel primarily because it was situated directly across the road from the event I was attending. Very pleasant surprise,,,extremely good housekeeping, pleasant staff, more than adequate free breakfast. Great value for the location. I would stay again.

COMFORTABLE ROOM, CONVENIENT LOCATION TO AIRPORT, GOOD BREAKFAST. ONLY PROBLEM WAS NO SOAP, SHAMPOO, ETC AND DIDN'T NOTICE UNTIL MORNING SHOWER. OTHERWISE, VERY SATISFACTORY STAY.

Hotel is older in a less than great neighborhood. The rooms have large sliding glass doors that don't really work. Carpet in room was very worn and dingy. Oversized recliner made half of the room not verry usable. Old style tv. Dark, small bathroom. Towels could use an upgrade. Be sure to make a note of the breakfast times, 6am to 9am. Manager will […] come in about 10 till 9 and start shutting doors and removing breakfast items. Quite the surprise the first morning. We got to breakfast at 8:45 and very little left to eat. Made sure to get there at 8:30 the next morning and quantities were good. Mehr

The Howard Johnson Express is just around the corner from the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds, which makes it a great location. The price is right - Not too high. The breakfast is fantastic - IT IS A BREAKFAST, it's not just stale danish like at most hotels.

Everything worked fine, the breakfast was really nice. The room was comfortable and maid service was great. Definitely would stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast at the Howard Johnson hotel we stayed at. We were expecting cold cereal and toast. When we got to the breakfast room, we found hot sausage, waffles, scrambled eggs and hot biscuits with gravy. It was wonderful!

Definitely a hotel from the 70s BUT it is impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good and the rates couldn't be beat. This is our second stay here and we'd stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and size of the room. Way beyond my expectations for such a cheap price on a room. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone coming through. We stayed there for a week. we were on the first floor and the sliding patio door would not lock secure, The chain locks should be sideways and they were long ways. We forgot key a nand was able to get into out room by the sliding door cause, even tho the chain was on the door we were able to push open and slide chain up and off. This is the only thing that I did not like.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again. We had three rooms for this trip and all of them were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of food. For a price, this is one of the best values in the USA.

I was very pleased with my stay at this Howard Johnson. It is priced like a discount chain but the rooms are decorated and furnished similar to a higher-star hotel. Comfy sheets, a down comforter and new decorations and furniture were a pleasure to find. I was passing through on a road trip and picked this hotel based on other reviews. I got stuck on the second floor (no elevator) about a quarter mile walk from the lobby. I was carrying a ton of bags and, when I asked for a closer room, was told it would cost me $10 extra. Forget it.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. I will definitely stay there again in the near future.

My uncle (82 from MA) & I (49 from TX) were visiting my 71 year old mother who lives in the area. We had stayed at another Hotel in the area for 4 nights before I had to go back to TX. I was unable to book another 3 nights into the hotel we were at. I managed to book my uncle into HOJO for 3 more nights before I headed back to TX. I came to Oklahoma City on business, and this hotel was nice to come back to after a long day. It was close to the airport, and the rooms were very updated and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Had to go for a family member passing away, this hotel was close to where i need to be, the price was right, room was nice and very clean the staff was a lot of help and very kind i will stay here next time i go to the city.......

This hotel was had very good location, easy access from the highway. The front desk clerk was super friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. I bring my dog everywhere and he was comfortable too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and stay again when I get back to OKC

Shower wouldn't drain, we booked non-smoking room and got a smokers room. Room was not that clean. Reported to front desk but got no response.

My car was broken into, before I felt safe, after....... Be aware of your surroundings!

You can tell that this is an older hotel but it's definitely a great value for the cost of the room. It's in a pretty central location and close to the main attractions of OKC. The rooms were clean and pretty big and the shower was really nice. The only real complaint I have was the AC in our room was really noisy and woke us up several times throughout […] the night. One of the locks was also broken so we had to walk around to get to our room but overall it was a good stay and they accept pets which is a plus for us. I would definitely stay there again. Mehr

My husband and I went to Oklahoma on vacation and for him to record his CD with Tate Music Group in Mustang. I booked our hotel on line in Ohio not 100% sure if it would be good or not. I was very pleased with how everything turned out the staff was very nice and our room was cleaned everyday . I would stay there again.
