I flew into San Jose for a wedding in nearby Saratoga. I needed to be close to the airport and this was the best choice. The hotel was close to the airport but just beware that it is confusing to get around this area. One-way streets, divided boulevards, and confusing signage added about 30 min to me getting to the hotel. Just keep your eyes peeled […] and get a GPS, because even internet directions can still leave this tricky. The hotel would do well to put up more, larger sings on both sides of the corner that it resides on. Otherwise, the staff was great, the room was clean. The tub was old and discolored, but clean nonetheless. It is right next to a Subway, Chipotle, and a Starbucks, as well as some Asian restaurants-so it was easy to get a quick bite to eat. Mehr

Everything was great,price was great too!!

Booked last minute and they were very accomendating. Clean room, great service, and close to restaurants.

very nice, clean, comfortable many choices for food share the parking lot. nice breakfast

Rooms were quiet anc nicely appointed. Continental Breakfast was superb and hotel is very close to the airport. Highly recommend staying there.

We arrived early and were allowed to check in with no wait. Very courteous. We had breakfast at the hotel and ate at the restaurants in the same parking lot for dinner. No travel until we had to go to our destination at the convention center. The kids swam in the heated pool at the end of the day. I would definetly stay there again.... This hotel was nice, nice tv, nice bed, clean and really comfy. Close to the airport, and not too far from downtown.

Didnt sleep much because the person in the room above us was walking around their room all night and I woke up with a stiff back and a very stiff neck. I wont stay there again.

This hotel was very nice and close to the airport. Construction was going on next to hotel, but I would still stay there again.

This hotel was very very quiet which was surprising since it is very close to the airport. The only negatives I have is that the bathroom is very small and the air conditioner / heater is pretty noisy. For the price it was comfortable and fit my needs for my trip home.

The bathroom was small. The bathroom needed add'l cleaning. Other then that, it was a very clean and nice.

This is a great place to stay when flying into San Jose. Convenient location can't be beat. Very friendly staff and nice accomodations. I had no complaints whatsoever. I couldn't give it a five because there are a few things that other places do better, but there was nothing that these folks do bad. Perfectly adequate but nothing amazing. Outside of hotel is hard to recognize - building doesn't look at all like a hotel. Best perk is that Starbuck's and Chipotle are in plaza outside. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, ok continential breakfast, staff very friendly and hepful. Older hotel but decent for price. Would stay there again.

The location is just a pleasant walk to my office. Shuttle van to-n-from airport is great. Didn't know about airport pickup until I was leaving, but will use it on my next trip. Very friendly driver. Please please please upgrade your internet. Shameful to have such a slow connection in my room in the high tech capital of the country.. Aging facility, but tucked into a neighborhood filled with small eateri\es and within 5 minutes of the air terminal. Service was excellent.

If you need to be close to the airport, this hotel is ok. The only problem I had with staying at the Fairfield was that I didn't check before booking.I discovered later that the hotel shuttle does not leave before 6:00 AM.weekends. Our flight was at 6:20.AM We had No breakfast and had to pay $15.00 for a cab ride that took 5 mins. I would suggest staying […] at the Marriot down the street, they have 24 hr. shuttle service. It was so easy to fly to SanJose and get our rental car and then go to the hotel....decreased stress with all of that. We came for a concert and it made it a ton of fun.

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. Professional staff helped us with maps and check-in. We had our 10 y.o. granddaughter with us and she enjoyed the Nicholodian package which was offered. The pool was clean and well maintained and towels were readily available. In all, we would certainly stay at the hotel again.

Location was good. Stayed for the convienience of airport transportaion but was surprised to find that the shuttle did not run 24 hours on Sunday so we had to use a cab for $15.00. Otherwise it was a good location, since our rental car was returned and there was food right there, pizza, mexican, subs, etc...Satisfactory for the money.

Friendly staff (including the early morning crew and shuttle driver); cookies, lemonade and water in lobby upon arrival; beautiful courtyard (though pool could have used a cleaning and there weren't any towels available); breakfast was good. Definitely recommend for families and would stay here again. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here a couple of nites along with another couple and all four of us were very impressed with the service, cleanliness and comfort. We were also pleasantly surprised to find very good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitly recommend it.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was convenitent to the airport. It was a great deal.

Hotel was great.. area was good the only downside or problem we had was..you could hear every step the upstairs guest took.. the floors squeeks and the back and fort walking..specialy at 5 a.m...we had to call the lobby..it was just anoying hearing the floor squeeking every step they took upstairs...My brother inlaw was in the room next door to us (1st […] floor) he also complain about the guest staying on top of them..he said that he could also here the floor squeeking the the walking... I was very please with the service, VEry happy with Jessica a very nice and friendly person. the rooms are spacious.the swiming pool is in a very good location. I highly recomend this hotel for the price.

From checkin to breakfast to checkout we were very happy & wished we had more time there.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was large, well organized and provided quality food items and sufficient choices. Location right off the expressway. Would definitely stay there again.
