The woman at the front desk (Friday, April 5) was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was small but clean, in good condition (newer furnishings and carpet) and had everything I needed. The continental breakfast offered a variety of foods but was out of most foods 45 minutes before the end of the meal period. "Best value but not the best place"
One of the desk clerks was rude. The rest were friendly. The out side was unkept. I've and snow all over. Beer cans and razor blades in the parking lot. Beer cans and trash bags all up and down the hallways. Room was small bathroom smaller. No hot water when we took a shower. We would stay at this hotel again, the hotel was clean, quiet and safe. The room and king size bed were comfortable, complimentary breakfast in the morning was good, bread, bagels and hard boiled eggs were fresh. The hotel staff was friendly and polite. Great Location for the hotel. I purchased a room with a king size bed. The room was right beside the stairs and the rear entrance. It would be nice if there wasn't guests up all hours of the night, wasted, bouncing off hallway walls and room doors (more then 1 night this had occurred). I understand that this kind of behavior happens more then one would hope for but if the staff isn't going to do anything about it then they can expect an unfavorable rating and me to never return. The first impression of the room was that it looked clean. We found it to be quiet on the night we stayed there.
